  1. on the day of orientation blocked my number, paid for his drug test. Not reliable, would not recommend
  2. The driver left orientation - two times with no explanations. Asked me to buy a flight ticket and stopped responding. Don't waste your time with this driver
  3. This driver abandoned the truck and trailer with a load on it 1500 miles away from our terminal. He is very unstable mentally and emotionally, he would have many mood swings. this driver had a habit of swearing and yelling at dispatchers and then hanging up the phone. He is very intelligent but was never happy no matter what we did to help him. The owner of our company allowed William to pick out his own truck from the dealer for his lease purchase which never happens. The drivers always have to pick their trucks from the trucks that we already have available.
  4. Avoid this driver!!! He delivered the load to PA then parked the truck to the truck stop and told us he is not going anywhere until he gets some cash advance to cover his phone bills... The driver just started working for us and after two days of driving he started behaving suspiciously... he has started blackmailing us that he needs money for food and phone bills... he sent us his overdraft balance and demanded some cash to be given to him. We did not give him any cash advance he left the truck abandoned. Please be careful with him... We also paid for his flight tickets and Uber, and in return he climbed on our head blackmailing and demanding cash
  5. Unreliable, abandoned the truck next day after getting hired for no reason (probably went to work for somebody else).
  6. Terrible driver. Nothing but issues from day one. Cost the company a lot of money. Even threatened one of our guys when he was fired. Left the truck absolutely disgusting. Literally, urine and feces everywhere. Stole our fuel card and the last BOL.
  7. Mr. Samuel Viera Cruz. Good lord where to begin...The man got arrested for SMOKING CRACK in my truck with some unauthorized junkie named Angel Canales in the truck with him who was also driving my truck without a CDL. It was later discovered after I recovered the vehicle (that was on a reefer load) that Sam has had a problem with substance abuse. He got himself clean for a few months but unfortunately went right back down the path when he got some freedom again. Oh and 2 minor accidents. Get your life together Sam, he should not ever be behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle again. Praise God we didn't lose our business.
  8. Driver worked with us for 3 weeks averaging 800miles a week, Dropped truck and trailer. Always late always MIA, Truck was a mess. DO NOT HIRE, STAY AWAY!
  9. ABANDONED THE TRUCK IN NM
  10. Very dangerous driver. Got multiple violations for the company. Abandoned truck and swap tires for all old once. AVOID
  11. Very strange driver. At first said he is best runner but all he wants is to drive 3-4 day and then go seat home for 1-2 weeks. Always has health issue or his family member died. Working for for a month he buried almost all his family. Driving good only if that load going home
  12. He applied with us, bought him a flight ticket which cost 378.60$, first time he didn't show up because of a storm and there was no one to give him a ride. I canceled the flight just a few minutes before the flight and was able to use it as credit and reschedule the flight. He assured me he'll be on that flight but didn't show up the second time as well. Be careful with this guy.
  13. Not safe driver. Complaining to much
  14. Drug addict, do not hire
  15. Abandoned loaded truck , verbally abusive driver to costumers and dispatch.
  16. Worked for 4 months, very mysterious guy. We assign him with brand new Cascadia 2022 and brand new 2022 dry van trailer. He asked for some time off in Miami FL. After 2 days reported that truck from paid parking spot gone missing. We called Police, they located the truck few miles away. Everything was removed for inside the cabin (dashboard, radio, gps, tablet, fridge, power inverter, batteries...). All brand new tires was replaced with old ones. Brand new trailer is still missing, police cant find it.... around $31.000 for parts replacements & towing. He was under investigation from the police, we gave him another chance he worked for 2 more weeks and drop equipment to our yard for no reasons. Be aware!
  17. James was not reliable from the start. He was habitually late and barely drove two to three hundred miles in a day, if that. Not to mention he abandoned our truck in some random warehouse in Valdosta, GA.
  18. Tried to hire this driver on but he was really weird when it came down to his drug testing. Kept saying he had to go to the dentist and he missed two scheduled drug tests that were good for 2 weeks. I tried to get him tested again for 02.22.2022 and we were told to let him know this was his last chance to test with us or we could accept him (we suspected he was on drugs and needed time to clean out his system). After we set him up, he texted back minutes later and said he wasnt getting a good vibe from us. Then he told me to 'Go fuck my mother'. BE WARNED, hes rude and arrogant and he barley has experience to begin with.
  19. Left the truck with broken fenders, didnt say a thing about the damage, said had to solve family problems, anger issues
  20. Been working for us few months and looked reliable. However, he has a girlfriend who stays with him in the truck. He started having some kind of issues and has been asking for cash advances. Finally dropped a truck in upstate NY village and stopped answering calls.
  21. Bought a ticket for this driver, even got his service dog approved by the airline. He didn't have proper documents for the dog to fly out. After that never answered the phone.
  22. I don't even know where to start. Everything is wrong with this one. Too cold in the Midwest, too hot at the south. No communication at all Has no concept of DOT hours and regulations Can't do over 400 miles a day on longer trips... Laredo to Chicago 4 days transit. On the last trip with us our fleet manager called her to put reefer fuel as the tank was almost empty, she didn't answer any calls, didn't fuel for 2 days and the load was a total loss... right after that Abandoned the truck blocking a driveway and fire hydrant and we got our equipment towed. Her fuel consumption was 3 miles per gallon compared to 7.7 for the rest of our fleet Extremely disgusting. The truck had rotting food and worms inside even though we recovered it right away, she just kept food and stuff rotting while she lived in the truck...
  23. Worked for 5 Months. 3 Total accidents. 1 Incident was not reported(insurance called us). Do not care about equipment. Truck and trailer were retuned with damages. Engine needs new cam shaft( no pretrip, no oil check). Lies about everything. Not eligible to be rehired
  24. Hired with good recommendation, good PSP and looked and sound like professional and knowledgeable driver. With in few weeks on the road we noticed some issues with him regarding communication with costumers and dispatch. Only way to describe what happened next is bu consulting mental health professional. Out of the blue, driver started to insult our dispatch and costumers, started sending inappropriate and truly grotesque massages to our communication board. After, he just stopped answering call and texts, and we had to send someone to remove him from our vehicle and bring equipment back. We had to call local police to assist us with that because driver refused to remove himself from our vehicle. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
  25. It was a period he worked pretty good, lately he is working 2 weeks, then flying home to Panama or Costa Rica for two weeks, never gives updates on when he is coming back or how long he will stay home. After new years holidays never picked up phone, left without any notice. Unprofessional with 0 communication skills.
