  1. Driver took the first load and said he has to go home to TX to pick up his things. He hold the truck one week, coming up each day with new reason not to go on the road. He abandoned the truck at some gas station . Strongly recommend stay away from this driver, DO NOT HIRE.
  2. Scheduled him for pre employment drug test. Failed because urine was way too hot. They told him to go to other clinic for supervised drug test within 3 hours. He told me he's at the other location but he actually never showed up there. From medstop they called and said he was very suspicious at first sight and that they will report him as he refused to take the drug test. He never answered the phone after that. Disappeared. Dont hire drivers that take drugs. Save yourself a headache.
  3. Before orientation, all of my team safety/recruiting made sure with the driver that he was 100% coming. Even asked him a day before orientation if he was really ready for his flight. The day of the flight he started being unresponsive, and had our numbers blocked. Then when we finally reached him, he said " i couldn't make the flight". Assuming this driver is using the opportunity to get flight credit.
  4. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. No communication at all. Only drove one load, went home and disappeared, not responding to calls and texts. ABANDONED TRUCK
  5. He is not a miles killer, he was driving 8 days load was 800 miles. In the end, he went home loaded without saying anything. We almost got a freight guard. He is capable only for locals.
  6. Destroyed trailer doors on first pick up, didn't want to deliver other 4 stops, turned off reefer. We got Freightguard from broker. She cut tires on trailer, called towing company to take reefer. On top of that insulted dispatch team. Person has mental issues and needs professional help.
  7. Extremely arrogant guy. Brought him from FL for orientation. Everything bothers him. Doesn’t like this doesn’t like that. Tire has tiny scratch, he needs it replaced. Complained on company policy and fines for violations. Claims not his problem if gets violation. Doesn’t know what is out of service, never heard of it. Got him hotel and will not proceed with hiring process. Too many red flags that usually ends up with abandoned truck. I would not recommend hiring him.
  8. Do not hire this guy, he does not know how to drive at all. I will leave some pictures of how the equipment looked after him.
  9. One of the most horrid waste of time drivers ever. His entire family managed to screw up every load we gave them. Same surname for his brother. He abandoned our equipment, went home and said he quit. Waste of space loser. Lies and doesn't work on time.
  10. Driver on a lease to purchase plan - abandoned truck. Lazy, irresponsible ,late for appointments with a very bad attitude, difficult to work with. Don't waste your time on that driver. You'll save yourself money and stress !!!!!
  11. passed drug test, bought airplane ticket and booked hotel, driver arrived, came up with some story, family emergency and gone
  12. Giron Holbert Coleman (correct name) worked for us for 1,5 months, quit without notice, thanks to him that he brought truck on the yard, he did not tarp load as result it was damaged and very bad maintenance for truck, truck was a mess + 2 tires totally spoiled.
  13. drop truck in FL, after that file complaint labor dep
  14. The problems started when they didn't answer the broker, so then they gave themselves the right to argue and be rude to the broker with whom we have been working for a long time. They refused tracking and in the end parked our trailer at Walmart, refused to return the equipment, and blocked our company numbers. Very, unpleasant and rude, they behave arrogantly. Make us many costs and problems.
  15. Driver went home and went complete radio silence for 3 weeks. We send people to check on it and found the truck in literally forest. It was left in some freaking dump where we had no clue how to get it back. Felt that we will need a helicopter to remove the truck from the location. We was able to get out and get talk with William who already had new job. He said he would of bring the truck back to us , but we would never know at this point.
  16. This piece of trash came and never started with a single load, stole equipment and left bobtail. Used a lot of money on fuel and bribed company out of money to tell location of where the equipment is. Do not waste your time with this coward.
  17. Leased truck from us, was constantly dictating where and how he wants to drive, damaged trailer (melted the axle) and left company with negative balance
  18. Driver picked up a load, all weekend stayed within 50miles from the shipper while not picking up the phone to anyone. On Monday he left a loaded trailer at the truck stop then deadheaded 270 miles to a city which has an airport, dropped the truck and left. Trailer was found damaged, no keys for the truck were left, all BOL's missing. Driver was from Chicago and our terminal is in Chicago he still decided to drop the truck, cannot be trusted
  19. Felipe Slaton drove for us only 2 loads, the second load he did was passing through his house per his request however he parked the truck and the loaded trailer in Atlanta GA, Pilot truck stop and never returned. We had to send a recovery driver to make the delivery. Bad communication with him, therefore we definitely recommend avoiding this driver!
  20. Wanted to start as an owner, went through the hiring process, then asked for bobtail insurance. We made it happen, one week later stopped answering the phone. Waste of time and money. Later we found out that he also abandoned a loaded trailer for another company. Be careful!
  21. truck abandonment ,stolen flatbed equipment
  22. William falls into this infamous category of the worst drivers ever. He worked for us just under a month and we should’ve trusted our gut feeling and let him go on day one. He tried to scam us from the beginning; he said he paid $1000 for one way ticket from Philadelphia to Chicago and asked us for reimbursement. William was constantly late, never did what his dispatcher asked of him and always caused all types of delays. After we sent him home for the first time, he held our truck for over a week (home time was supposed to be 3 days) and without telling us anything, he drove 700 miles empty and left out truck crashed into a fence at the yard. We would never rehire this driver!!!
  23. He was terminated after getting out of service and did not care, not reliable.
  24. Was pretty irritated from the first minute I told him we pay percentage, called me and said that doesn’t deal with escrow so I offered him a W2 position which he declined after which I politely told him that I will skip him and he instantly became aggressive and started threatening me and my family texting disgusting stuff. Will totally recommend avoiding this guy.
  25. The driver was very nice in communication and very persistent in coming, he called every day to ask if we bought him a ticket. At the end, he simply did not show up without any explanation. Very irresponsible considering that all accommodation costs were paid by the company.
