WORKED FOR 3 MO. HAD 2 INSURANCE CLAIMS. HIT A PARKED BMW WHILE PARKING. HAD FRONT PANEL OF THE TRAILER DAMAGED WHILE TRANSPORTING A LOAD OF PAPER. TOTAL DCDAMGES OVER 40K. DROPPED THE TRUCK AND LOADED TRAILER WITHOUT NOTICE. DO NOT HIRE.

Driver will look at your truck and start saying things like its not good enough and this is not what he was promised. Then start to complain that he was bate and switched.

He worked for us for 3 months. He decided to abandon the truck and go home for no reason. After that, he blackmailed us to pay him the money, even tho he didn't work for it. Very unreliable man, he doesn't want to work, has anger issues and likes to threaten people. Stay away from this man and save yourself time and money!

Switched from another company, spent a night in hotel, got his truck and trailer, following day went to truck stop dropped equipment and wrote a message i quit because I did not get a dime yet. He was with us for a day received a load paying $3 a mile yet was not satisfied as he put it 1 crappy load. current average market is around $2.50

Driver picked up the truck then went straight home without any consultation with dispatch. Parked the truck and left it on for 3 DAYS. Luckily the parking personnel turned off the truck. Truck left damaged and blood and urine smell was in the cabin. DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

We bought a plane ticket for this driver, the day before he said he would come but he never showed up at the airport. Then he did not answer our calls. He wasted our time and money! Do not hire this driver, he is not serious!!

Avoid at every cost! Bad communication, hard to agree on anything that he feels "bad" for him. Drove 1000 miles off route, dropped the truck and loaded trailer in Chicago (had to go to WV)...

Do not hire this driver. He seems very nice at first, all to show his true colors. We switched him dispatchers to accommodate him, that did not help, he was rude to both dispatchers. Damaged 3 trailer tires. Would not follow log book rules. Now that he is terminated he is holding the last load's paperwork and does not want to turn it in.

Please be aware. Super lazy driver, very very dirty, very bad attitude, almost each p/u and delivery he was late because he was sleeping or just staying in the truck. He was always asking for cash advanced. Once we stopped giving him cash advance, having dept in the company he abandoned the truck. Please attention, this guy is coming so slight and nice, he is using trucking companies for his living, once he collects a good amount of money, he disappears.

Talks nice in the beginning, listening & promising and gives the impression of a very good, professional and acknowledged driver. After 2 weeks with the company, Joel had 2 incidents in his same week, literally destroyed the brand new Reefer trailer, big damages in two spots , never reported anything, hit another trailer at the shippers, lied to the police officer stating he did not do anything, they cached him by checking the cameras. Calls aggressive everyone in the middle of night for non important questions. Careless driver, lies a lot, when we fired him he started to threaten everyone and be very aggressive. Be careful, you are losing the time hiring the driver and money to fix your equipment.

Wasting of company money (for mvr, psp, drug test, flight ticket. He supposed to come Monday and today he just stoped answering my calls and he just texted that he is not coming. 400$ minus

FAILED 7 ROADSIDE INSPECTIONS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. NOT GOOD WITH LOGBOOKS. BAD COMMUNICATION WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS.

Driver abandoned equipment after making the pickup and shut off his phone. Do not hire. Talks a very good game, but will drop your equipment at the drop of a dime.

DO NOT HIRE HIM!! DRUG ADDICT, HOMELESS. HE WAS LYING ALL THE TIME. DROVE FOR US FOR 1 WEEK, HE PUT THE DEF IN THE ENGINE OIL. VERY POLITE WHEN HE WAS APPLYING FOR A JOB.

Hired this driver and went through the whole process. Confirmed start date several times. Week of start date he stopped answering calls or texts. No showed on first day. No communication. Might be an excellent driver, but we will never know since he ghosted us after we held the truck for him.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! This driver spent more money paying for damaged loads than he made for himself and the company. From his first load to his last, he never showed up on time for pickups and was always late for deliveries. He had multiple claims and at the end of it all, we fired him. All these damaged loads were not acceptable. Do yourself a favor and do not hire him. He is from the Houston area.

Driver is a border Mexican that is a thief. Company paid for DT flight ticket hotel and then abandoned his truck the first day of hire. He has a accomplice Jose Guerra Armando and they work together. Stay away from both drivers because they are thiefs

Don't hire this guy, he left us a full trailer with load. He didn't answer for couple days. The broker thought we stole the load and we couldn't reach him.
