  1. total scammer, said he was moving from az to florida. went trough the process, we bough him transportation and he did not show up and gave us bs excuse. Lost money on processing and flight ticket. STAY AWAY!
  2. Dropped loaded trailer in Oregon. This driver was always late and was giving silly excuses why he was late.
  3. Poor communication, Late, Doesn't know how to use electronic logbook.
  4. The driver came to the orientation, took our equipment, and didn't wait for the load, he left with our equipment and stole the tablet. He wrote that he would return the equipment by mail, but since then he has not answered the phone or sent the equipment back.
  5. He stole our fuel and stole valuable equipment from our truck. Beware.
  6. Driver left with around $20k in negative, lazy ass pretending to be a really good driver until he has to do something. Then he threatens to take off with truck back home to FL. does not care about truck abandment on record. He stole equipment from yard, drove around for personal use, used it to sleep in it so not to spend money on hotels. Promised to return, lied again. all the time just full of lies. Be careful with tire replacement receipts will cheat to get his way. I believe he sends same pic of same tire from different angle at different times.
  7. Driver was working for us less than 1 week, he abandoned the loaded trailer and truck in NC. He didn't answer to any of our phone calls, he stole our tablet from the truck and the inverter. Very very very shady and will present himself as a small sheep
  8. FLEW THE DRIVER OVER FRIDAY WITH UNDERSTANDING TO START WORK ON FRIDAY. UPON ARRIVAL THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE HAS GRANDMA IN A BAD SHAPE HE NEEDS WEEKEND OFF, STARTING MONDAY. WE WERE OK WITH IT. ALLOWED HIM TO USE THE TRUCK OVER THE WEEKEND WITH A MONDAY LOAD. ON SUNDAY, HE BLEW PHONES OFF WITH DEMAND FOR A LOAD. REMINDED HIM, IT WAS AN AGREEMENT THAT HE WILL START ON MONDAY. MONDAY CALLED HIM, HE SAID YOU DO NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO. I AM GOING TO LEAVE ON TUESDAY. GOT HIM OUT OF THE TRUCK. FREE TO GO ANYWHERE. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.
  9. This driver has been saying he will come to our company for months, then changes his mind the day before. Multiple times. He finally comes on a Monday, the expectation was to do 3 weeks out, 5 days home. Starts Monday afternoon for orientation. By Friday Morning, he tells dispatch he has to take a shower and do stuff. He calls back 3pm Friday saying he is ready for a load as if Friday at the end of the day. We had a load ready for him on Friday morning but he was not answering the phone. In conclusion. This driver is a waste of time and money. He makes himself unavailable and blames you for not finding him a load. We can not book him a load if he is not willing to be available. Then he quits the very next Monday so 6 days after starting. Inconsistent and hard to trust. How can you make any money with a driver like this?
  10. Very good driver. Was an owner op with us and never heard him complain once. Very good attitude.
  11. ABANDONED TRUCK AND A LOADED TRAILER IN AL
  12. Wasting of time and money. He did drug test, we book him flight and he never showed up. He just block our phones.
  13. The driver whose truck kept breaking down to be fixed at the service center because the owner is his friend. They charged us more, and most likely he shared the money with them. He used the tour money for his needs. He was a fast worker, but he often caused damage to the cars he transported. The last time he damaged the vehicle he left the company and disappeared, so we covered the repair costs.
  14. Very irresponsible driver. The hiring process took a bit longer than usual - not a problem it happens. Booked a flight for the orientation, he cancelled the flight the night before the orientation and later asked if he can come the next day. Again, not a problem. The day of the re-scheduled orientation when the recruiter called him to ask if he is ready for the Uber, he first said that there is a delay and later said that he missed the flight. He came on the third day. Hire at your own risk!
  15. Just making problems and changing something all the time. Wants to go home earlier than what he agreed on at the beginning and after he goes home its really hard to get him on the road again. Applying in other companies all the time. Wants to be an owner operator and when we give him a deal he doesn't want. Unreliable, disloyal and impossible to work with. All of this in just 4 months. Very bad experience after all.
  16. Taylor Joshua was part of our team for 4 months, he managed his HOS properly and drove everywhere. The issue with him was his attitude and his behavior, at first he seemed ok, but in the long run he has shown his anger issues, therefore we definitely do not recommend to be hired.
  17. Driver did drug test, we paid for hotel and he didn't want to sign any hiring paperwork he took off. This driver is waist off time
  18. This guy is very unserious. Changed his mind 2-3 times about starting work with us. When he finally decided and said that he is sure with packed bags. We booked him a flight and the next day he texted us some excuse and after that just stopped answering our calls.

The driver worked with us twice. He quit without putting in two weeks' notice and left the truck with a loaded trailer in the yard.
  20. Went home and never gave notice to leave
  21. Driver just beyond lazy, started to work for us as a lease driver. We took a load from PA to WA. it took him almost 2 weeks to deliver the load. He drives about 200 to 300 miles a day. claiming that he has very bad hemorrhoids or hernia, come to find out that he has another man in the truck with him. NO Clue if it was related to his lack of work ethics but had something to do with it in my mind. He finally made to delivery and we told him to go empty to the yard. It took him another 6 days to get back to IL and he has just let me know that he is dropping the truck in the North suburbs, hopefully no other company takes a chance on this guy. I came very close to receiving a Freight Guard from the broker because of the lack of work ethics on his part. Do not waste your time with this so called driver, he is a complete waste of time. UPDATE: Abandoned equipment about 80 miles away from yard.
  22. Worse driver ever. Trouble maker, he is fighting in every facility we send him too. He is mentally unstable person, he ruin our reputation in font of our regular customers. We got fright guard report thanks to him.
  23. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS DRIVER! After one week of discussion we agreed on date of arrival. We booked him a flight ticket and at the end he stopped answering, stating that he couldn't get a ride to the airport but he is the one that choose the flight. Just another unserious driver.
