The driver applied with our company for OTR position, even though that he is SAP and didn't complete the RTD. He gave us too extended time of arrival in Chicago, IL. We payed for his flight ticket to there and booked him a hotel for a couple of nights and he just took the flight ticket, after refusing the offer. This guys is too picky and risky to hire - not eligible for hire!

This driver had a very inappropriate attitude towards office staff. Rude and cursing out on everyone.

Threatened to abandon truck and trailer a couple times. Had convince him not to.

Dropped a truck and trailer with load, also, used our fuel card to fuel up another drivers for cash. Overall, not a good experience with driver. Would not hire him

No dispatcher is good enough for him, he changed 11 dispatchers for the time working with us. Late on every load, carless driving-got into ditch couple of times, fighting with shippers and receivers we got banned from so many places because of him. He put our company on the edge so many times, if you want yourself a headache this is the guy to hire!

Terrible experience with the driver. Dropped a truck with a full trailer in the middle of nowhere on a road. Told us that he got a wheel clamp whilst having a sleep break and needs $1,5k in cash for towing company. Cashed out the check and gone. So basically we will have some towing expenses, issues with a broker and much more. Disrespectful with the dispatchers, pretending to be nice when at the end of the day, devil itself. Would not hire this person if I were You. EDIT: NO NO NO NO, left with -$8k balance

DO NOT HIRE !!! We gave him a 2nd chance, after he played us once , but do not waste your time.

This guy drove the truck for his personal use countless times in the 5 days that he worked for us. Never picks up the phone. Went to the truck stop to recover the truck from him, he opened the door and the truck was reeking of weed. Avoid this guy. Always needs money, unable to provide bank acct info, etc..

Disappeared after the drug test

The driver had an accident and did not report it, asked us to be sent home because he had an emergency, we DH him home, and then he stops answering, we go to recover the truck and find extensive damage to the truck and the rest of the equipment, be aware of this driver I would not recommend anyone lets this driver drive their equipment.

Has no idea what he is doing and treats truck driving like a 9-5 job. Not worth it, will leave you. They all do right and how they are supposed to then after few weeks go back to old ways.

The driver is inadequate, wanted to steal a truck! Did not follow company rules, did not answer calls to the dispatcher .Violated traffic rules, cargo damage, speeding!

Stay away first talk very nice then is approved scheduled for drug test doesn’t go thinks of more questions then starts to call everyone vulgar names.

Worst driver I have ever met. He was working only for a couple of weeks in our company. At first he sounded like a real fit for our company. So we hired him to work as a company driver for us, but it was the worst decision I have ever made… He left the loaded truck not in the home terminal without noticing no one and the truck inside looked like a dump yard..

second time he did drug test and two times we pay flight tickets for him no show up first time his father have heart attack today his younger brother heart attack

Seemed like a good guy, got through the hire process no problem, until orientation, he did not call nor did he show up. He would not return calls or texts afterwards when we reached out to see if he wanted to reschedule. Total waste of time and money.

Avoid him at all costs...paid for his flight tickets and the motel, spent a lot of money and the guy just vanished... Do not waste your money and time on him....

Javon is very difficult person to work with. He has a very bad attitude and behavior. Refused almost every load that was offered to him and his communication skills are on a very low level. We barely managed to get him a load that he would like to drive that will bring him close by our yard so we can retrieve the truck from him. Definitely not recomended to be hired.

Hard to communicate with. Doesnt like to answer the phone/. Logs out of the ELD. Was trying to bring him back to the yard , but abended the truck in TX. Took a cash advance also before disappearing Do not recoment

He took cash advance and while under a load abandon the truck. Wanted to have home time often. Be careful with him !!!

Coming as a team with Fritz Moise, spent a fortune on getting them tickets from Florida. decided not to come with us at the last moment, said they will pay back, never heard from them again, after that, we talked to another company, said they only worked for them for a week.

Owner Operator who actually doesn't want to work and lies a lot. Always complained and refused the loads from day one.

Andre Bickley worked for a week for the company, stole $2900 in fuel , robbed the vehicle and abandoned it. Be aware of this guy.
