Driver is delusional, damaged our truck, VOE’s came back too late but previous companies also say the same. He picked up a load and started driving to his home with the load.

WASTE OF TIME. STAY WAY OF THIS BAD ONE. STARTED WITH US AND SUDDENLY DECIDED TO TAKE OUR TRUCK BACK AT HIS HOMETOWN AROUND 500MILES WAY AND ABONDED IT. TRY TO CONTACT HIM JUST TO FIGURE OUT HE BLOCK OUR LINE. DRIVERS LIKE HIM DONT DESERVE TO HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE OR BEEN ON THE ROAD. STAY FAR WAY.

After hiring, Driver took truck from terminal and abandoned in his city in public parking. Vintonio dropped trailer off in random shopping plaza and did not give us location. Didnt pick up calls, text randomly from new number. We had to go to recover equipment. This driver is not reliable.

We paid him airplane ticket, meals, hotels, drug test. He finished orientation, got assigned with new 2023 truck and when he was supposed to start decided to go with another company that picked him up from our yard. This guy is just the waste of time and money.....

Driver got involved in an accident and didn't inform us for about 5 days! Do not recommend this driver!

The gay stole our truck after the first load. He went to drive with our truck in different company. Police was involved.

Driver removed the eld device and through it away. Drove abusing PCs against FMCSA rules.

He made us 2 bad inspections, not doing PTI at all, doesn’t care about equipment or a load, doesn’t answer on the phone, barely respond on messages, abandoned our truck with high value load in it, stole everything from the truck and blackmailed for money.

Long story short. Abandoned a truck. Worked for a 2weeks. Seemed like on drugs - emotional not stable person. DO NOT HIRE!

Huge lier , never picking phone. Hard to work with. Took a load, abandoned the truck and rip off the seal. Crazy guy , not recommending

Darrell was owner operator for almost 3 months with us and he leased 2023 Volvo with about 50k miles, so we can agree almost new truck and it was in great condition. 2 and half months later he was pulled over on weight station and he got OOS for 2 Flat tires, broken windshield. He didn't return the truck from Monday to Thursday and he was in Chicago area just living in the truck. When he brought truck back to our yard we couldn't believe what we saw, broken windshield, broken both mirrors, steer tires ruined, trailer tires ruined, mattress dirty and cut with knife. And on the end we send him letter to make it clear his contract is terminated and he said you can't fire me when I quit and called cops to make report on us. On top of poor PTI and maintenance he is terrible driver as well. He tool load from UT-PA approximately 2020 miles and he drove that load for 7 full days. We will not rehire this driver again and any prospective employer should be cautious.

Managed to damage our equipment in two weeks, hit something at the truck stop didn't report it. Had a load going to WA, just dropped the truck, and said that he has mental health problems and he's deppresed for some reason. Not a reliable guy

Unprofessional behavior, he literally disappeared, we hired him and gave him a truck, he didn't even go to load, he immediately ran out of the truck and blocked all our numbers. avoid him

Abandon truck in OK! He hit first time curb, 2 tires and 2 rims had to be replaced. Second time hit some fence on delivery, we had to pay 1500 dollars. Then he got inspection with 11 violations, 9 of that violations he could prevent that he did ever pre trip inspection (tires, lights, logbook). After that we took load to terminal to kick him out but he drove to OK and abandon truck there

We booked a flight ticket for him and he did not fly, and also he did not respond to our text messages or phone calls.

Do not recommend this driver! He stole product from load and stole fuel

His unit was down for repair for an extended period of time. On the day he was supposed to start rolling again (07/31/23), we were informed that he would have to serve time in jail for a prior infraction. The unit needed to be recovered. Not eligible for rehire.

Make sure to verify employment, Abandoned truck amongst many other red flags.

Starter driving our box truck and after a week on the road he just abandon it in Florida

Terrible driver to work with, during the hiring process he acts all nice but as soon as he is on the road he is being a smart ass, doing whatever he wants, and not following the rules. Everytime we have to give him a call in regards to something it's giving us a headache. You can't have a normal conversation with him. Doesn't know the eld rules but thinking he is so smart and knows everything. Keeps unplugging the ELD device and driving like that. We tied to bring him to Chicago for a couple of months now to fire him but he keeps manipulating the dispatch and getting loads to totally different parts of the country. You might also be in contact with his wife who is also really rude. Finally, he left a damaged truck in TX and we had to send a driver to pick it up. Save yourself time and nerves and don't hire this guy.

The driver came to work for us, he completed the drug test but was canceled and we told him that he have to complete an observed test this time, and from nowhere, he receive a family emergency call. We pay for 4 days' hotel and a flight ticket and he just vanished.

The driver did not want to return the calls from the dispatcher for 2 days. When we finally located the truck, we found that it had a broken bumper and some items were missing from the truck. Wasted a lot of money replacing parts and getting it back. Avoid this driver, it will only cost you a lot of money in the end

Not safe driver at all. Carless when comes time to look after equipment we issued her brand new truck, next day she fabricated hit and run accident, few days later she brake the trailer door, then report that mirror is missing. Locked her self out of the truck couple of times. We asked her to come for inspection to our Terminal. Front bumper was about to fall down. She managed to destroy our equipment in a month, we had to let her go. Estimate of the damages are around $16k. Cabin was in terrible condition due to personal hygiene problems!

Irresponsible driver with bad attitude, never accept his mistakes always is someone else fault for her mistake. Liar, asking money for parkings, and other things and don't present receipts. Went home and lying how she starting with driving in couple days so she keep truck 2 weeks and also ask for advance which we sent and then she left the truck.
