DONT HIRE -Driver fueled up and held truck/trailer & cargo hostage. He told us he wouldn't return equipment until we sent EFS for $500. He disconnected ELD & tracking, all equipment was reported stolen to police. Still missing.

This is one terrible driver, who missed a pre-employment drug test 4 times, safety manager waited for him in the office God knows for how long and how many times. Doesn't have respect for anyone. Doesn't pick up his phone LIKE EVER. Doesn't respond to any text messages or calls, is always late, and acts like he doesn't care at all. Very rude and irresponsible person, THIS DRIVER IS A PLAYER. Beware before booking him a flight, he won't show up, or if he does, he'll leave your equipment Good knows where. Friendly advice, stay away from this driver

He came to our company with $0 in his pocket and started complaining about our trucks. While in the meantime he left the truck from the previous company in Atlanta, GA and came to us. He asked to give him our truck to go to Atlanta, GA park our truck so he can return his previous truck to the company, then to fly from Chicago to Atlanta to pick our truck and continue on which we said no and he flew back to Atlanta. So we ended up wasting time, energy and money thinking he was ready to start with us. Not honest person to work with. If he took our truck i can only imagine what would be with the previous truck in Atlanta. GA

Hostage Load and Equipment for 2 weeks as soon he was informed on termination !!!! Having mental issues... Able to attack people!!! Did damage on equipment. Each load Issues at the pick and delivery. Always Shortage and Damage on Product !!!!!!!!!

Traveler, scammer .....don't buy plane tickets, he will not come for orientation. Ask him to get his own ticket and you will find out who are you dealing with.

Mr. Steeve started as a nice guy, but he can't get his sh**t together. Before hiring him PLESE CHECK HIS MVR, his CDL gets suspended like every 2 months. He was not making good money with us, simply because hi is not really a hard working. Eventually he failed to properly secure the load and ended up dropping a FORKLIFT in the middle of the road, and turns out his CDL was suspended at the time (failure to appear in court). We had no other option but to let him go. He then proceed to harass and abuse both our staff at the office and on line. BAD HIRE! (photos included)

Mark worked for our company for a week and a half. The reason why he is no longer part of our team is because of poor performance, always late at the shippers and receivers also don't know how to manage hours of service. Try to avoid this driver.

Very self centered person that does not care about the company at all, all he cares about is himself and his own interest-no matter what. Always finds a way to complicate things even when everything is clear and well planned. Stay away from this person!

Seemed like a very nice driver, but stole our company equipment and left the truck without any notice, came to the company yard on a day off while nobody was at work, and stole expensive flatbed equipment

LEFT A LOADED TRUCK. In the beginning, very nice, from the moment he arrived at the yard, the story went in a different direction. At first, as soon as he arrived at the yard, he asked for 20 dollars because, according to him, he was hungry and had no money with him, we gave him 20 dollars. He took his first loud, he asked for more money, we gave him a cash advance of $200, and two days later he asked for another $40 because he allegedly had some family situation at home. We helped him for the third time and then, as a sign of gratitude, he left a loaded truck 60 miles from home. We had to recover the truck. The man used us for money and made us a big expense. If you don't want a liar who will use you for money, I don't advise you to hire him

He left loaded trailer in Kansas and drove himself with the truck to his house in Memphis during the night. 2 OOS violations for 1 week. Attaching pictures from the damages he did RXO put us on DNU because of him. Bad driver Stay Away please. Not reliable person, very, very bad.

Hired him before I discovered CDL scan, unfortunatley. He worked at our company for 3 weeks. He was fired for how disgusting his truck was after allowing his dog to ride with him. He was charged a cleaning fee, obviously, which he was unhappy with. He threatened to harm me, my children and my husabnd unless we reimbersed him. He somehow got ahold of my address so I had to file a police report and order of protection. He is compeltely insane.

Horrible waste of time and Money, we have organized and paid everything for him, airplane ticket, drug test, uber, he got into truck, starts driving and asked 200$ cash advance the first day he start driving after 100miles, he didnt get it and he abandoned the truck, he didnt left keys in truck. stop answering phone calls and we had to pay everything for other driver to go to recover the truck and made another keys... Horrible experience and NOT for hire!!!

Very sad individual. Doesn't have any money as an owner, wants to take advantage of other companies.

Beware of this driver, as he will only cost you money. You will do the right thing and believe him that he has a family situation that needs to be taken care off, and he will keep postponing for 2 weeks and drop your truck while he is getting employed with another company.

Melvin has abandoned the truck under a load. After 7-10 day OTR he would take 4-5 days off. Not recommendable to be hired.

per our experience as a company with this driver, please stay away, he abandoned our truck, removed items from the truck as well as parts, like abs modules, etc, he is a mechanic,, he know what he is doing

Emotionally unstable not a good driver

Phillip applied with us Monday, saying that he has a lot companies that want to hire him. We approved him, then he started demanding things in order to work for us. It got worse by Wednesday, when driver started giving ultimatums for simple things and kept on messaging non stop. On Thursday he decided to post on our Facebook page "They're slow hiring mfers I have been waiting all week after a drug screen - no word (he took a drug test 1 day before that message). Unstable person with anger issues. DO NOT HIRE.

Poor communication, late on loads, refused to get out the truck once terminated, be careful with this driver

Driver is refusing loads, late on appointments, planning his own time for driving, drove the truck empty without permission.

Made a damage to the fuel station that was more than 6000$ due to his bad driving skills, I would not lose time on him
