Don't waste your time with this driver, unless you want someone to stay in sleeper longer than on the road, he drives about 200 miles a day, asking cash advances every other day, does not perform at all. He brings a computer with him and play games online while in sleeper, also carries a gun.

Came to apply, seams to be nice, started working on Monday, at Wednesday he showed is true colors, he did everything to get himself fired that day. Before he left he started asking for money, then the text messages started every day asking for money. There is something wrong with that guy. Be careful . Read reviews before you give that guy a chance please.

Abandoned a truck with the load.

Deion decided that it’s time to go home for a weekend then unhooked his trailer in Nebraska and just bobtailed home to Georgia without any notice or explanation. It took him 4 days to respond to phone calls and messages and actually tell the management what he did. Overall very expensive recovery for us for such a childish act.

Do not hire this driver. He stole money from the companies. he pocked 1824$ dollars from the company and never returned.

No show at shipper, drove 640 unauthorized empty miles from AR to GA. Abandoned the equipment in the middle of the street, we got towed away. We paid $3400 to the towing company and we found the truck nasty and extremally dirty with estimate on body damages for $k11. Good luck with him!

Stay away from this driver. He doesn't follow Company policies and curse all the time. At the end he abandoned our equipment. We wouldn't recommend hiring him!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER! We hired him and on the very first load he started acting crazy. He started sending weird messages and on top of that he didn't pay his phone bill. So we had to wait for him to go to a place with Internet in order to received the ppw. He is lazy and doesn't know how to manage his Elog. He didn't even do one shift without a violation. Late for EVERY load.

Abandoned loaded reefer. NOT FOR HIRE. He did 4 loads for us and was late on every load.

He is just another driver who is a complete waste of time and money. He left in the middle of the orientation for a family emergency. Never came back.

Says he want's to run for months and months at a time, is saving money for a car/home and will take any extra loads he can get, then turns down any extra load we offer and will go hours not answering his phone for dispatch. Says one thing, and does the complete opposite.

This guy complains about everything. Truck, PU/DEL times, areas of operation, has an excuse for everything. Changed 3 dispatchers in 2 months. Ended up abandoning the truck in SC. Do not hire, if you want to avoid a headache.

Drove without a logbook, and every time someone called him about it he gave some stupid excuse saying he would fix it. Lack of communication. One morning we couldn't get to talk to him, for a couple of hours we didn't know where the load or trailer was since his logbook wasn't working. When he finally answered he was in our yard so after everything we decided to fire him. Basically, you can't trust him, because everything he says is a lie.

Cancelled a load last minute on a Friday, because he decided to walk away from a lease and to return the truck, we end up on Carrier411 due to this, the truck he was leasing was heavily neglected, dirty and disgusting, missing buttons etc he didn't care to maintain it. He has some serious bipolar issues since one day he talks normal, another screams and threatens to leave. Very unstable and we consider ourselves lucky that he left without causing a serious accident due to his mental state.

Hire this guy at your own risk!!! He made it impossible to deliver load for 4 days, when we called he was screaming all crazy at his dispatcher on the phone. We fired him then he decided to take our truck hostage

Driver is a big waste of time. Driver went for drug screen and then got his travel plans sent to him and never got on the train and stopped communication.

Don't know anything about trucks he thinks that he just need to press gas pedal and drive which caused so many issue such us breaks Blocked and he said he didn't feel it and burned all tires on trailers.Also, he refuse to delivery load because he didn't want to wait since he need to go home and we told him just leave the truck on delivery and go home on your own expense how we can't have problem. However, he just took the truck with load and start driving from NJ to Chicago of course we turn off fuel card because we know that we will lose so much money since he returning load 800milles back and we will need to return back to NJ again. In one word he will destroy you no matter what , what is even worst he drove reefer without fuel and destroyed all goods inside.

Emmanuel Similien was an excellent driver, he stayed with us for less than 2 weeks, he was always on time and we had great communication with him. He said he will park the equipment at our yard in IL and fly home to FL saying his mother was going under a surgery. He said he will return back after a few days but he never did.
