  1. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  2. Worked for a 6 days. Guy from Orlando, Florida. Dropped the loaded trk in Montana. Just find out that worked for another company and abandoned a trk as well. Be carefull with this one.
  3. **DO NOT HIRE** **DO NOT HIRE** If I could rate him a 0 I would, first and foremost he's an unsafe driver, secondly he was underpeforming heavily, once we told him he was no longer employed with us he took the truck and started heading to Florida stating that he just wanted to take his microwave back. He dropped a trailer in the middle of nowhere in some random parking and continued deadheading to Florida. It took an hour to convince him to come back to the yard and pick up the trailer. Returned a brand new truck and trailer with damages that he never reported. **DO NOT HIRE** **DO NOT HIRE**
  4. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  5. You have been removed from this load this is what u gonna see when they find cheaper option after 5 h on the load , and no TONU ,
  6. PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THIS BROKER. I’ve been in business for 10 years with a flawless record. One miscommunication about a pallet left on a dock and a now they freightguard me to ruin my reputation. Completely unethical business practices. They are a double broker company.
  7. Do not do business with this company. Dave Southworth is a broker there and should not be trusted. The company can’t be trusted. The will not pay and honor their loads. If you is reading this review, read the others before this and take heed to the warnings with Dave and this company. Dave is a lier and not an honest broker.
  8. Booked a load with Jerry and we have been waiting for their rate con ...After a few phone calls asking why we dont have the rate con another guy call Jerry and told us that the load is canceled and they did called us at all we thought we got a load for our truck
  9. Poor brokers (Mike Kordo) They like to change the Ratecon whenever they see fit. They like to screw drivers out of their detention time. I highly recommend getting everything in writing before doing any deals with them
  10. Don’t get yourself fooled by this people first they try to be nice and cool but when it comes to pay layover or detentions they are professionalism changed company like this is just a waste of time
  11. Be careful with this company. Try to scam you no matter how good of a job you do. They are trying to scam you with MicroPoint with all the stuff they put under read confirmations be careful I hope I don’t have to work with this people no more unfortunately we are full of this kind of brokers this time a year.
  12. This service is trash please do not do anything with them they charged me 2100, then 3200 ok I paid .. they literally said I need to give them an additional 600 and couldn’t tell me the reason why .. I told them I already signed the contract and the job was done 3 days prior .. basically they were gonna hold me belongings hostage to get extra money out of me for no legit reason .. NEVER again be careful with this company
  13. VERY CAREFUL when you book loads with them, they will try to find any reason to deduct money from you and they will make the driver pay for the lumper fee, very cheap loads!!
  14. This company is very unprofessional and money hungry ! I gave them multiple chances and they messed up both times . They had me wait all Day to get a load and they weren't even ready when I sent a driver 48 miles away . They refused to pay for truck not used
  15. DO NOT BOOK LOADS!!!!!! Let me tell You what this “people” are doing, they get so many trucks at the same time, in that little street parked all over that tight street, to wait 5+ hrs(they take round 1:30hrs per truck, if youre lucky, witch is unacceptable for 12k lbs loads!!!!) to pick up their load to RWJ warehouse in lockport IL, and they take SO MUCH TIME to load cause they’re incapable of doing that too. So ALL of us are now stuck at the delivery, LOOSING a day of work, cause they are incapable of managing their own loads! In addition to that, they don’t answer their phone when dispatchers call to ask what’s going on! And asking them to book different appointment for the same day! It’s cause they know, there’s no other appointment! I picked this load 3 times, every time same thing! Also this is confirmed for an RWJ employee that i managed to ask why is this happening, and that person also told me that this company/broker, is always booking early appointments, cause no one wants to book later appointments, cause no trucking company wants late delivery appointments of course, i wrote this do trucking companies and dispatchers, so they know what they are getting into!!!
  16. Lying sales representatives trying to pass a freight brokerage as an asset owning carrier.
  17. Terrible experience with them booked a load with them, arrived at shipper checked in only to be told the broker double booked the load 8 hrs later and the load had been shipped the day before. then being ignored when I requested a truck no use payment from the dispatcher. Don’t not recommend working with them they don’t care about the drives time.
  18. Double Broker, and scammers specially KATHERINE please guys don’t pick up any load from this company
  19. LOAD NUMBER#6148032 Booked a load with Nate Lake, he sent me info with delivery from 8am to 3pm. He sent me the RC with 12pm-3pm delivery. I am not joking, I asked him 10 times to change the delivery times in the RC in the matter of 2 days I've been asking about it, and he keeps ignoring me, and when the driver is already at the pickup, he is saying I will take you off if you do not sign the rate confirmation. What kind of service is that? And I can't even reach out to them on the phone to talk with someone that can help me.
  20. This guy is crazy! he complains about everything possible, he is not realistic. Communication zero. In the end, he left the truck and trailer without notice, he called and threatened on all phone numbers in a company
  21. This guy its just money and time waste, he was talking on the phone nice,we bought him flight ticket ,and when come to office was total different asking ridiculos questions, sent him to drug test pickup the truck and next day abadon the truck to truck stop and not pick the phone, on end he text like he leaved ,just avoid him!!!!!
  22. The driver had two years of experience on his CDL when we hired him March 2024, but seems like he didn't drive a truck at all. He has no idea how to operate a commercial vehicle. But he told us that he has lot of experience. First delivery he had a huge space to park at the doc, but he got stuck outside of the road in the grass. On first day we spent $760 on Towing. The towing broke the truck's deer guar and did some other damages on our truck which the driver never reported. Second pickup in Alcoa, TN trying to bake up he hit the side of our Conestoga and damaged 4 panels and 16 ft of Conestoga Rail. After a while he called me and said that he also has a flat tire. I told him to send me a picture. In the picture a saw that te tire is missing completely the aluminum rim was bent and the hub cap was cracked. Two hours later the Arconic facility took the load back from his trailer and banned him because of Safety Violation. We had to call route service to fix the wheel problem where we paid more than $1300 for the tire, aluminum wheel, and hubcap. He drove empty to our yard around 500 miles, because the trailer was damaged. After he arrived we discovered another Michelin drive tire destroyed and scratches on the truck and the bumper also had some damages. He was on the road only three days and caused damages more than $7000-$9000. Those three days we was on the road he could not drive more than 300 miles per day.. Stay away from this driver to not have even more or bigger problems!
  23. Stopped answering the phone few hours before orientation
  24. Driver abounded equipment after company charged him for negative roadside inspection (following company policy), and that was OOS, which means that driver did not do his PTI. Low productivity also took a place with this driver. Would not recommend to hire him.
  25. She started with us and on day one we already had issues with her. She got physical with our fleet manager. Not worth the hastle.
