  1. constant log book violations, total disregard for HOS ,late for deliveries and making up stories when going on home time to stay longer. Also using some unknown apps to determine mileage for her loads and overestimating each trip by at least 50mi,if not paid the way she wants -threatens to abandon the truck and quit
  2. Late from home time, did not pick up a load, and drove on empty 2k miles to drop the truck.
  3. worked for us for 3 weeks on a guaranteed $2200 pay per week, always found an excuse to be late never used all of his hours, purposely defected truck so he doesn't need to drive. when we talked to him about this on the phone he abandoned the truck and trailer loaded
  4. spend money for ticket did not show up saying that he want to try something different but a day before saying that he is coming
  5. Most of the time late for the delivery in the mornings because driver it’s trading night time... very often will have attitude also did an accident hit someone in a purpose from back and run away plus was found drugs ( Marihuana ) by police in the truck. He will sound like a good driver but better stay away!
  6. Driver abandoned truck in TX. Continued to lie about his health until we had to recover the truck. (inside was a mess).
  7. wasted 1 week of my time with scheduling drug tests and everything else, at the end didn't show up for orientation
  8. Mr. Davies is a nice guy, respectful and tries very hard to be professional, but.... he can not stay focused for very long, can not manage his time or make correct decisions if even mildly stressed. He is just not cut out for this line of work. If hired do not expect him to drive more than 200 miles a day or to make any appointment on time.
  9. pulled knife out on fleet manager, did not provide bols, stole everything from the truck and vandalized it
  10. Robert damaged equipment Would not recommend this driver
  11. driver is super difficult to work with, super demanding, HE ONLY WORK THEY WAY HE WANTS!! AND DOES WHAT HE WANTS!! BE AWARE!!!!
  12. Driver failed to follow rules, drove on own business without permission. Did equipment damages, also had a passenger without letting company know. Never returned the key for the truck. Her passenger insulted our front desk worker. Late on deliveries of loads and not answering on call. Light pol was knocked off by the the driver, neglected to report trailer damage.
  13. He didnt come as he promised, not worth to put up with him , excuses after excuses ......
  14. This guy was begging me to give him a job he had a lot of bad inspections on hisPSP, but mostly truck problems so we were going to give him a try. Bought his ticket to fly out to Chicago and he canceled his cell phone line, so decided to cancel the plane ticket. Be careful if your are considering hiring him just seemed a bit sketchy at the end.
  15. His CDL is from NY but he lives in Lawton OK. Where can i start. At first he is the perfect driver. Plenty of flatbed experience and knows about small truck repairs on the road....After couple of months his sneaky games begin, asking for money and stuff and you realize that he is another sweet talker, *he argued with broker about a load that was booked аs 46k on the conf and actually weighed 47500, *from a different broker he asked her to send him money for lunch, * he always has a buddy or know some broker from before, that has way better loads than the ones the dispatchers are getting him, * he has “buddies” everywhere across the USA, and they do everything that you need, and can help you “wherever” you need. His ego is super high, that is why he had 2 accidents in 3 days.... of course he said they were not his fault, as usual its always someone else (even when its a rollover without any other vehicles near you).
  16. He late at delivery with excuse that he has COVID 19 6th time in his life. After that he was parked 5 days. Then he did 2 loads and at the end abandon truck with load. He left truck with opened window, opened door, idle and complete mess in cab with more trash then in one dumpster. You will ease recognize this guy, he is very big, fat and he just talking and talking and talking.
  17. Old guy who dropped truck in FL, dangerous, and aggressive
  18. A very risky hire, plays nice and dumb, but otherwise typical Somali. Disconnects ELD all the time, mentally unstable, screams at dispatchers, then cries on the phone, always some sob story, always late and unreliable. Threatened employees after he got fired, a nightmare to work with, stay away.
  19. Paid for his transportation and hotel, he took a load back home to get his stuff and he disappeared. Had to tow the truck back to Chicago.
  20. Jeffrey was very good driver for about 2-3 months, always on time, organized until he was hauling beer. He did pick up on time but later vanished with loud for a couple of days, we were calling him but unsuccessfully. Later we found him in hotel in Atlanta, GA. Guy was completely drunk, load was stolen, huge loss. Be careful with him, he has addiction.
  21. DID DRUG TEST,ASKED TO BUY TRAIN TICETS TO HIM AND HIS GILFRIEND, WE BOUGHT,6 HOURS BEFORE TRAIN DEPARTURE AROUND 2 AM REICEIVED TEXT WHAT HIS MOM HAVING HEART ATTACK, HE DIDNT CAME, AFTER 3 DAYS CALLED, ASKED IF HE CAN DRIVE FOR US ,WE SAID YES, SAID HE IS COMING AFTER COUPLE DAYS , DISSAPIERD AGAIN,DONT TRUST THIS GUY
  22. Nothing serious. Just made the company waste money on background checks, drug-tests etc. and which is even worse the time of employees and then disappeared. I guess nothing out of the ordinary, just a feeling that he is a little bit unstable mentally. Like he is not sure sometimes, one of the sudden, where he is or what he's saying.
  23. This driver had our company buy an airplane ticket from Colorado to Illinois. We than sent him directly to the drug test facility to do the pre-employment drug screen. He was there for 4 hours and would not urinate. Next he tried to force our company to pay for a hotel. This is when we cut the cord on his free ride. Please be aware of this scammer and con artist.
  24. very hard to work with...! he is just disapearing for some days whenever he wants.. not answering the phone. he had a reefer load, he just left the truck in a truck stop not answering the phone... the broker claim the load stolen because nobody could reach the driver. we booked loads for him....send all the info and then again not answering the phone for 3 days!
  25. When driving solo, the guy is very lazy. As a team, he works well. Aside from that, he is pretty safe i'd say.
