Paid for this guys flight, drug test, MVR, PSP.. Well over $500 to hire the driver, he never shows up to his flight. Stay away from drivers like these, they don't belong in this industry.

At the beginning he was responsive but right after we received the results the driver changed a little - was difficult to reach him at times, always having different excuse. Agreed on a date for the orientation, purchased a ticket for him. The day of the orientation he turned off his phone and never came. Waste of time and money

Left his truck and trailer in the middle of nowhere in Florida. Hу вecided not to return it to Chicago. Quit without 2 weeks' notice. Argued constantly with his dispatch. Doesn't pick up a phone.

Driver agreed with all the company info on the phone. Explain the pay structure and policies. Buy the flight, and in the first 30 minutes of orientation, he says he does not like the policies. and leaves to another Chicago Company. Not honest, just basically stole my money for the flight. Be careful with this guy. Job hopper and makes you spend flight and uber money. Not work it.

On purpose damaged and dropped loaded truck since didn't liked recent paychecks. Stole fuel from the company, left -$5,235.24 in debt total. Overall lazy driver, max 500 miles a day, and ALWAYS late to every load, and ALWAYS has excuses. AVOID!!!

Abandoned our truck. Seems very nice at first but is very hard to work with. Very lazy and unprofessional and rejects loads. Does not follow the home time policy. Please be AWARE before hiring her.

Ghetto Latino gay. Asked for rase month after he put 60000$ trailer on fire and threatening to hold truck hostage after he was not approved rase! Do not hire!

Waste of time. Had strict guidelines on how he wanted us to fly him out for orientation, then after orientation was complete he vanished. Lied and said he had an emergency, then that he couldn't get a load, then that he saw one bad review. Would not hire.

Damaged equipment. Lied about pick up making us think he was holding it hostage. Abandoned truck and trailer shortly after starting employment. Sent management team threatening messages. DO NOT HIRE.

The driver is very unprofessional. We booked him a flight and he came to our office but left because sending the paperwork to accounting was too complicated for him. Very unserious behavior, be careful with this driver.

Used the company for hotel and drug test. He has many other issues and he is not in a stable state of mind. Please stay away, this guy is a waste of time and money. He is not safe to have around people.

The driver was late for all his loads and loads had to be cancelled due to him being late and he made several excuses for not being on time. He abandoned the equipment after only doing two loads in a 48 hour period and tried to bribe me to give him $1,600 to get the keys, fuel card, and load receipts back. A police report had to be made and when he was instructed to take the companies property to the police station he then took everything to the truck and locked it inside the truck.

Virtues: knows how to load, knows how to unload this driver really knows his job. He worked with us, and he didn't do any damage to the truck or cargo. He was never late, he was always on time. Cons: he wanted to spend a lot of time at home (typical driver reasons) and didn't want to make extra miles even though a good tour was scheduled. In the end, he didn't want to return the truck to us, so we had to convince him

He drove for us for about 5-6 weeks, his last pick up was in Laredo, TX. After he got loaded he didn.t do anything to secure load, off course on first braking load went forward and damage front wall of trailer plus side panels, total da,age more than 4000$. We asked him what happen, he said"A car cut me off i had to brake hard to save their life"... well we have on board camera, I checked and see none of that. Traffic was stopped ahead of him and he started braking too hard because it was too late. He refuse to take load back to shiper to restack so we had towing do that but after that Luis bought himself plane ticket and went to Miami leaving loaded truck and trailer about 1000 miles from delivery and about 1400 miles from company yard.

Alexandre joined our company as a lease driver. Had full breakdown of how our company works before arriving to our terminal. Yet apparently thought rules and regulations will not be the same to him. Once he realized that we will not provide any freebees he decided to act out, by taking the truck hostage and hold it with a loaded trailer. Luckily, we were able to talk him into returning the equipment and there from confiscating the equipment from him. He does not understand the basics of what is said and repeated to him, he will get stuck on one thing and keep repeating it over and over. I would avoid him as a driver or lease operator for my company and would never recommend anybody to hire him again. If he took a truck hostage with a load once, he will do it again and again. Each time he will get better at holding and requesting ransom in return for equipment. STAY AWAY

He sounds and acts alright till he hits the road. That's when all the issues start. He doesn't want to be tracked with the tracking apps on company tablet?!!? He doesn't have any respect for anyone. If he ever answer his phone he yells because he is disturbed even if it's noon and he is sleeping for 14 hours. For two weeks he was banned from two of our customers for curssing. Hire at your own risk. Mentaly unstable

STOLEN EQUIPMENT, DEFECATED IN THE TRUCK, STOLE POWER ONLY TRAILER, HIJACKED TRAILER, DESTROYED THE TRUCK, HID THE TRAILER, AND REMOVED THE GPS. CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR. DO NOT HIRE, DO NOT WASTE TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY!!!!
