Very unreliable driver! We arranged everything for him, and he was ready to start until the day of the flight came and he suddenly remembered that his kids had spring break and he needed to take care of them. We told him that we could reschedule the ticket but he stopped answering and blocked our number.

This company is absolutely a joke. We agreed with representative Michael Batyuk that we can run load with specific time from CA to VA with delivery on Monday by 6pm and our driver will be their on time. Few hours later on broker Mike told us 6pm Monday is not good while driver already got to the shipper and he has another team option on this load, offered to me to pay $250 late fee or get another load. Now TONU was provided upon request. Please avoid to use, as this company review is reflection of their company.

Worst broker I have worked with, they gave us a load than said no delivery appt and didnt pay TONU, pushing us to take some random load hundred miles away. Be aware of them. Broker was Renee Spruhan, really unprofessional, dont know how to talk to people... I wouldnt even give a zero star.

Do not book any loads with them they will put your load under a side carrier and will not pay you but I am about to come and drive for them and they will feel the money that they owe me

Broker took $286.00 just because I didnt send him the lumper receipt when he ask me too. Told him my factory would send him all docs. He didnt care.

After we booked the load they were keep calling non stop for 5hours. Last minute when we arrived at the shipper, they cancalled the load and ghosted, left us with nothing at 5 PM, when there was nothing else to book

This is ridiculous company,I book the load with Michael Irwin and send my driver to the pick up, after hour and a half he calnceld a load and offer me $50,for TONU. When I ask for standard TONU $150 he offerd me $75, I will put this company on the black list.

I have been in logistics a long time. This brokerage I can confidently say has absolutely no integrity, and should not be utilized in any way. Their business practices are highly manipulative, and predatory. I assume they will not be in business much longer. These evil people deserve the bad karma in their lives

Attention! Please avoid these brokers at all costs, they are the worst! They will hold your trucks for days without paying layovers or detention, and when you ask to get paid you will get yelled at, no professionalism and courtesy whatsoever, I would give 0 stars if possible. Beware, drivers and dispatchers, never take a load from this company.

You can always book a load with them if you want to waste your time. Brandon will take care of it and you will lose whole day waiting for the rate confirmation. Do not work with Brandon.

avoid at all costs. Had a lumper late Friday night. We emailed it when they asked us to Monday morning. And they won't reimburse the $270. Will never use them again since they didn't care to treat us fairly.

The worst, We got $500 cut from our pay, we were late on delivery, had an issue with our truck from TX to Oh ( was for $1800 ) we delivered the next day by Appointment, our truck was At Walgreens for over 8hr to be unloaded and on the confirmation they have fine $ 250 per Day for late, but we got double charge and lost one day at delivery It's our fault, we can't afford newer trucks, that don't break down , it's our fault for working for nothing to begin, and working for People like ACTION -
Please do not use them. I currently have my driver on a load right now. The contact at the apartment to move the bed came up to the van We didn't even know where to go and the broker isn't answering so I talked to the person who had us shipping the bed There's no paperwork And my company is not even on The information for the load. Check the reviews on the d a t low board they don't pay. It's a shame that people take advantage of us hardworkers. Do not use that they will cheat you

Out of the 10 years I have worked with brokers this one has to be the worst. Unprofessionalism at its finest. If load cancels on you, no TONU is paid and when you ask to speak to a manager you just get sent in circles. Whenever there is an issue with your load not only will they not answer or respond to any calls / emails, but they will block you from their load offers even if you have never delivered a load late for them. Absolutely worst brokerage company we have ever worked with in the past 10 years. Also late on payment!

I did a load for BAT the issue was not the detention pay but the fact that bat Logistics claimed the bill of lading was tampered with when in fact they were texting the driver back and forth while he was on detention...I have emails where they said along with the ratecon that they would pay..in the end I don't recommend anyone working with them just for the simple fact that they are dishonest...

Indian double brokers who don't pay TONU or LAYOVER. Short pay carriers and has multiple 5 star reviews from Indian names. This company is a joke. Address in Melville, NY doesn't have a soul. All of them are overseas. Shady shady broker but somehow still in business.

Booked load with Drew Owens Got the load cancelled on me because the driver was not picking up the phone for 5 minutes However he was empty and ready to check in any time If you want to caste your time - Express Freight is your choice

FRAUD ALERT ---- ALL CARRIERS --- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY KEPT TELLING US THEY WILL PAY LAYOVER ONLY UNTIL AFTER CONVENIENTLY GETTING THE LOAD DELIVERED AND TOLD US ITS NOT APPROVED FOR THEIR MISTAKES. OUR GUY WAITED FOR 2 DAYS, BURNT OUR FUEL AND LOST DOWN TIME. BUNCH A RIP OFFS. NEVER TAKE A LOAD FROM THEM.

Horrible company to do business with. We cared a load for them and Christin was very sneaky and misleading about the load drop off. It was initially setup as a Pick Thur and drop Monday. After we picked the load up they told us that it was scheduled for Wednesday. I would never do business with them again.

The rep sent a rate con for a load to be picked up in Opelika, AL but it was picking up in Montgomery-70 miles away. Ciara offered to pay $150 for us to pick up or receive truck not used. We chose truck not use and then she claimed she had to get approval. It’s been two weeks and she won’t answer calls or emails. It’s disgusting how these companies get over not paying detention and TONU.
