started as a team with his brother (Justin Chappell) and from first week the issues begin- lack of communication/refusing to pick up loads because'' the shipper is racist" ,then had an wrong turn in NJ and knocked down power lines in a residential street -after that without authorization they drove 500miles and parked the truck on a truck stop in Jacksonville, told us his brother was "exposed " to Coronavirus at a shipper (the same that was also racist) and cannot work .

Bought flight ticket for driver and he didn't show up, doesn't answer for calls 267-***-4929

Do not hire this driver ever. Did a lot of problems for the company. Made an accident and ran away. Also, very unsafe driver, he will cause you many many issues. Be aware

Driver worked for company for about a week - came to our yard demanding his check and shouted things like "killing people isn't a worry to me" Would not hire driver in the future

very dangerous driver, he accts every time drop truck, and after week work he drop truck with load, delivery was OH he drove to FL, sniplet attached from whats up

FYI : he sounds interested in the job but then does not answer the phone. NOT reliable communication. DO NOT buy him anything upfront.

something was wrong from the beginning, he was in Chicago desperate for work, literally blowing up my phone then we paid for his uber, drug test, he asks us to find him the first load to Pennsylvania where he lives, we ask him to deliver on load to Wisconsin and then we would send him to pa, he refused and ask us to pay for his hotel, the next day when the truck was at the yard he claims (2017 trailer) being "too old" when we ask what is wrong with it he couldn't explain, he just left !!!!! I think most likely he did the same thing to his previous company, this is how he ends up being in Chicago so desperate looking for a job and wanted to get home in PA

Left without the notice, dropped the truck with damages, stole fuel, gonna file charges against him

Absolute idiot, he doesn't understand what he is said. He is not even speaking fluently. Dropped truck in the end in Miami. Always complaining always something is not good. (BTW keep this guy away from your drivers because he gonna ask them where to get the cheapest dildos). And also a big liar.

NOT A RELIABE DRIVER, EVERY LOAD IS LATE, DISPATCHER HAS TO WAKE HIM UP EVERY DAY.NEVER ACCEPTS BROKER REQUESTS ABOUT TRACKING OR PHONE UPDATES. ABANDONED THE TRUCK IN A VERY BAD CONDITION, DAMAGED EQUIPMENT .

James will ask you for miles and miles and miles ! will violate every single HOS rule and will speed - non stop ! When he get a Left Lane Violation it will come with speeding together ! When you charge him for that he`ll start threatening you and quit the next moment ! don`t recommend to hire him, will destroy your safety score for sure !

accident - never informed police. Load Hostage, Truck and Trailer hostage - never returned to the company :( Very bad driver - please do not hire him !!!!

This guys has mental issues! Worked for a month and barely averaged 1500 miles a week.Had to fire him because he kept putting the truck in shops for non-existent issues and being paranoid

This guy is crazy he has mental issues. We do a drug test and orientation. Everything is is fine we talk during the week while the truck was getting ready and this guy is all happy and can't wait to leave and then the day before he was supposed to leave. He goes crazy and thinks that we are lieing to him about the steady we have . He quits and goes on a 3 day text rampage. Saying how we put microphones in his house and these soviet companies are following him.... do not hire this guy he is nuts. Seems okay in the beginning and then he goes crazy.

Severe damage on the equipment, truck was left on the yard without corner bumpers, doors unlocked. Everything stolen out of the truck. Beware. only drives automatic transmission. Two broken rims. Two accidents caused by his laziness, he will not get out of the truck to look around when backing up. Picky home every night and Friday have to finish early because he eats dinner with his family. Joke. Beware!

He stoled the equipment from the truck. Logbook device(samsung tablet), 4 bags of brand new chains. Truck is a whole mess, done only one trip to Houston, and abandoned the truck.

This driver totaled a truck and trailer with a load. Chose unsafe speed while entering highway exit. Consider before hiring.

Had arrangement with this driver to start working with our company. Bought him a flight ticket advising is not refundable. He never showed up nor he called to advise that he will not be coming.

Cut off a pregnant lady, had a big accident first week on the job. abandoned truck after the accident.

Do not hire this guy. He will cause you a lawsuit or something like that. Looking how to sue the company for any regulations you violate. Be very careful with him.

Driver acts and speaks very professional. All indications show he is a stand up honorable man. This driver has always told us he WOULD NEVER ABANDON HIS TRUCK OR TRAILER; well he did in MADRAS, OR (no man's land). Every time this driver went home he always had excuses why he could not return to the road. His wife was in the hospital, his back was hurting, he has to take care of medical test etc. Now he refused to driver after parking a BRAND NEW 2021 FREIGHTLINER for 3 WEEKS. PLEASE do not get duped by this man; he tells his stories so convincingly. Now the company is out over $3000 for truck / trailer / load retrieval, airfare and UBER charges for another driver to retrieve the truck and we most likely lost a customer because driver had a LOAD on his back when he abandoned equipment.

We purchased a flight for the driver, send him to the drug test, got him an uber.. He left the office said will be back tomorrow to finish up, and never came back. Never told us he has automatic restriction on his license either. Would not recommend
