  1. No connection, impossible to get through, constant problems, had an accident. When picking up a truck, a terrible stench from nowhere, flies.
  2. He went for hometime in GA and quit our company. Abandoned our truck in GA we are in IL! Be careful. I have all the proof about my experience.
  3. Driver was always late. Lazy driver never on time and costed us a lot of late fees.
  4. Driver disconnected the ELD even when told not to. Disappeared with the truck. Called the police to report the truck missing. Very bad driver and very bad experience with this guy. Didn't even deliver one load.
  5. Waste of time, and money. was asking to do a drug test, did a drug test, and disappeared.
  6. failed a drug test back on 2022 as well
  7. The driver gave his 2 weeks notice after only working here for 2 weeks. However, days after he gave his 2 week notice he dropped the truck with a loaded trailer after he called the company and asked for a $300 EFS for fuel - which he never fueled with.
  8. The driver abandoned tractor and trailer under a load. We received a late employment verification and turns out he did the same thing to the previous employer. Poor communication skills. He also stole the company tablet and the truck invertor!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!
  9. Hosted the truck loaded and ask more money after he recived he's check then refused to comunicate with company at all then start heading loaded to LA Home when he was at the drop off in Saint Luis MO Finaly we reported stolen and he got arrested we had to send other driver to recover the truck and delliver the load wich was late couple of days. I will never hire him again!
  10. 1600 miles drove 5 days, called dot, treated with weight station
  11. He was working for us for 2 days, we gave him the truck and he delivered his first load. The dispatch took the 2nd load, he said he doesn't want to take this load, because the load should be tarped, he said to his dispatch to cancel the load, because he doesn't want to tarp. We don't cancel the loads, so he didn't answer on the messages and went home. He abandoned the truck 4 miles away from his home. We don't recommend this driver, however his records are good. Otherwise, he doesn't want to run east at all.
  12. J’Ylan is very short fused, he was setting his own terms and conditions making it really hard for dispatch team to work with him. He pretty much did whatever he wanted and once he was explained that he is hired as a driver not a manager he started threatening to the dispatch team that he will highjack the truck. Then he got a better idea which is to abandon the truck in the middle and of a busy intersection in Omaha, NE. Yes, you are reading that right, so we had to involve the police. The police brought him back and made him move the trucks to a safe parking spot. Since his plan did not work out as planned, he decided to take a bunch of food and then crumble, spill and smear it all over the inside of the truck while making it almost impossible to clean. Advice: If you are considering to hire this guy, do yourself a favor and save yourself from a disaster that is going to happen.
  13. Driver stole the truck with loaded trailer, abandoned it in NJ and was throwing all kind of threats to the company. Blocked every person from the company and was lying to the police that he was at home at the time.
  14. This guy applied to work for us as an owner-operator. We agreed upon everything and sent him a package containing all the stickers, ELD, and paperwork to book him a power-only load so that he can come to the yard without going empty. Once he got all the documents he started complaining about our lease agreement and demanded to change it, we changed a few things and even when we have done this he still didn't want to start. After a week we asked him politely to mail back the package ( worth 300+ dollars ) he didn't reply. After that, he said bad things about us and stopped responding to our messages, and stole the package with the fuel card and everything.
  15. Driver abandoned truck with a load. His excuse was that he's done with trucking. Stay away.
  16. Great guy and great driver. Been with me for a few months, zero issues, easy going, take care of the equipment. Great employee overall.
  17. Took some cash advances, disconnected communication and drove unauthorized to home. Abandoned equipment in Florida.
  18. DO NOT HIRE. Issues from day 1. Hired this guy only because of his cousin's recommendations, but had some red flags from the very beginning. Late for his first flight to the company. Made 3000 LBS overweight on the FIRST DAY in the company. Constantly coming back to FL for various excuses even if the deal was three weeks on the road, one week home. It would always be family emergency, doctors etc. Would come back home to FL for a day or two and than would turn of his cell and stop responding. Would start driving few days later and that would keep happening. Last week refused to start driving and return the truck to Chicago so I had to send another driver to pick it up. Can not comprehend simple things and good part of deliveries would be late. Had him hired for a four months and it was unpleasant and painful experience. Filled a lawsuit against the company for emotional pain and unpaid wages (got paid every dime) in order to get small settlement.
  19. hijack truck for a week
  20. Driver literally destroyed our equipment. He abandoned the truck on a truck stop, was hiding few days, not responding to dispatch and management, was under a load. We send a new driver and this was what the new driver discover when he entered the vehicle. DON NOT HIRE this driver
  21. He left the truck with a load and the BOl's are missing. He was always was late he didn't picked the phone he was always disrespectful
  22. Abandoned truck and trailer with damage in Connecticut, always blowing up tires, rims, driving with flat tire and mess up the rim, would not recommend him to anyone
  23. Abandoned truck. Emotionally unstable. Very emotionally unstable: would curse and yell at one point, and he is happy like a child in 5 minutes. Worked 3 weeks, then said his mother in law died and refused to fly home, so he drove the truck home, stayed home for 1 week to get his check and then said he won't bring the truck back so we can go and take it from him. And of course he says "he didn't abandon the truck, its securely parked at his home, we can go take it".
  24. Driver made 3 accidents, 4 claims, 2 speeding violations, 2 shifted loads due to harsh braking in 1.5 month and did NOT reported some of these to company. Is not eligible for rehire. When we discovered his not reported accidents and violations, we notified driver to pick up last load and bring it to our yard, he turned off his phone , did NOT picked up a load and went empty to yard stopping on every truckstop looking to withdraw cash advance. During truck cleaning we found alcohol, women's clothes and suspicious pills. Be AWARE ! Stay away from getting in trouble ! ! !
