BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID! Our factoring company has been trying for over 60 days to get payment on a load we did back in December. I had to get involved and no one returns calls nor emails.

Book 2 loads and lost days with both drivers for one layover of $150 - Don't book loads with them

Picked up for this company 3 or 4 times since May. Each time they book a load is always been canceled hours b4 you book it. Afterwards they refuse to pay for dri ers time running to pick up. They won't pay for a truck not used each time. For anyone out there they have a bond for the load start going after they're insurance coverage on load.

All Carriers Beware !!! We are in business for more that 8 years and have encountered dishonest brokers before but AAA Logistics Services in one one of the worst. Extremely unprofessional. Broker Shawn booked a load with one of our dispatchers, then after we are already loaded and rolling calls to cancel it, but calls a different dispatcher, from our second office, promising a compensation, then calling the original dispatcher and lying about what he agreed on with who. Better wait extra time for another load than book with them, even if they are the only one broker with suitable load. NO ETHICS, NO PROFESSIONALISM. PURE GREED AT THE PRICE OF ANYTHING AND ANYONE.

Becareful when booking loads with them, they deducted $200, $1500 to $1300, without a notice. When we told them we would leave a review, they threatened to give us a Freight Guard!

This company has been sending us harassing emails trying to solicit to us. I have called and sent multiple email responses and they keep sending emails even after they have been told to stop and promised to stop sending them. Marian Thomas is the rudest representative ever and refuses to believe that our office manager is in fact a manager and constantly calls her an "answering service". She refuses to accept no for an answer and is horrible to speak to. STOP EMAILING US! This is absolutely absurd. Edit 6/7 : We have since received a phone call from management apologizing on behalf of the agent that was causing these issues. While I do appreciate the fact they they responded to us, I will say that it did take me posting this review before we received any communication.

Can't get ahold of anyone to get any information for a pickup load

This company put negative reviews on Dispatchland. I was claiming for my money which they were refusing to pay.every one out there be careful of this companies. They have very low thinking policies that make no sense but to their benefit.

STONE, and all his loads! reported us to freightguard, because we refused to take a load when arrived at the pick up saw the load was UNSAFE to take it, that piece of machinery was impossible to tarp it , DRIVER FELT UNSAFE to do that because there was a big posibility of damaging it, this cheap BROKER NEEDED A CONESTOGA not stepdeck with tarps. after all explaining this guy was not listeneing us at all, he was threatening us if we do not take it we will be reported , we cannot be PUSHED to take a load if driver feels UNSAFE by anybody. be carefull and do not book with this broker.

Be aware CUSTOMERS and CARRIERS!!!!! Their brokers division is very Unethical and unprofessional! They will not pay you and screw you every chance they get. Same goes to Customers! Stay away from them!! take your business someone good. They do not pay their carriers! So if you do not want your loads to get ruined by some unpaid and frustrated carriers take your business to a ethical and professional brokers!! If don’t trust me check their rating on DAT they have 1 out 5 stars from Carriers. That will tell you about their business practices. Let’s talk about situation first thing first. Update the Response———- he offered $127 For 14 hrs of detention after 30-50calls for 3 weeks!!(4 hrs at shipper, 10hs at 1st receiver) and for additional stop which was 50miles away! All together “$127”! (Which cast us about $300-$400 besides the $1100 load they made us cancel so we can take their fright to the 2nd destination) And it was all During Hurricane ida!! That was exactly there attitude once load is delivered they won’t care!! They treat carriers very bad!! But don’t worry once your customer see these reviews (again please check their ratings and reviews on DAT!!!!!) will hold you accountable for your horrible actions!! And poor planning from our side?? How ?? Lol Sir my driver got to the receiver 30 mins before appointment!! Shipper put wrong product on truck is not our poor planning!!! It’s your fault you pay for it You guys were reported about whole situation during 10 hrs via emails and phone! Shame on you guys ripping off essential works!! Shame on those unethical work practices!

I just has a very bad experience with this broker, we had a trailer loaded for a whole weekend and now he doesn't want to pay what corresponds and now he is threatening us that he is going to say that we are doing double brokerage and all for not paying 240 dollars some cheats I do not recommend anyone to make loads with these guys.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! BROKER WINSTON IGNORES MY EMAILS ABOUT THE TONU. WHEN I CALL THEM, THEY HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!!! BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES!!!! STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!! EDIT: EVERYONE! We never got the TONU so their claims that it was added are just bunch of lies again! Beware of this company! They are ignoring my emails about the TONU, and they are impertinent enough to post here that they did pay us and acting like they are so professional... #JOKE #DON`TEMBARRASYOURSELFFURTHER.

This company is very unprofessional with their brokers, and they exhibit racism, especially towards individuals from other countries who have loads with them. They engage in biased racial profiling. Please be aware of these brokers as they may try to take advantage of you and damage your reputation and company. We need to report individuals like this to inform customers of their misconduct, especially someone named Katrina.
