Although very polite and nice person, Malik Irby has lied to us that he has broken his ankle and could not work for 6 weeks. We kept asking for any kind of medical papaerwork but he has never provided it back to us. After second week we entered his truck just to find out all his personal belongings were gone while fuel card and paperwork was in the truck. Malik abandon the truck and falsely told us he has ankle broken to avoid giving us two week notice. Definitely would not recommend this driver

Driver would hardly pick up the phone, or whenever he felt like it. When he was asked to bring the truck he was hauling back to our yard he refused and kept driving it. Would strongly agree againts hirring him.

Left the truck in Baton Rouge, LA. Very poor driving skills, can't handle more than 300mi a day. Always late! Very limited intellectual capacity. Don't waste your time and money! AVOID!!!

Applied on truckdriver position, everything ok, filled an application, was accepted, drug test was sheduled for him on 11 a.m. so he missed it and was not picking up the phone, after he picked it up and said "i am sorry i just trying to help my sister with her moving, let me pass it today a bit later", we said OK no problem, called him one more time to ask about time when he wanna pass it and heard "guys i am not interested anymore, wanna cancel everything, bye" and blocked us. This guy is just a wasting of your time if you want to hire him

Switch the tires before bringing back the truck to some old dirty and used ones, tablet were missing, fuel close at zero. Would not recommend.

Total waste of time and resources!! We paid for everything to bring him here. The first day of orientation was fine. The second day however the problems began. He started saying various family members are sick. His story changed depending on who he spoke to. Then he said he wants to do local and at the end just got up and left. Do Not Trust - Waste of Time!

Started work on Friday, worked for 4 days than decided by herself to drive empty 250 miles and go home for a week.

Stay away. We spent 600$ to get him to orientation and before he was supposed to start under dispatch in a brand new Freightliner Cascadia 2023 he lied about family emergency and disappeared. In meanwhile broke the tablet as well.

There is no violations this driver did not receive. Company is 100% out of service because of this guy. English language problems.

Left the truck and trailer without reason and response.

Not for hire. Never answers the phone. Never updates logbook since week 1 and drive after logbook hours expire. Wont take loads if pick up is more than an hour away. Speeding most of the time and always aggressive on the phone with dispatch and safety. Refused to take drug test. Fired.

Didn't tell us about the SAP program, told him it's a deal-breaker, started to act crazy, after I stopped answering the phone he started to wright crazy things... You can see by yourself.. Would suggest to avoid this guy, big problem!

DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER NO MATTER WHAT. Used our truck as a hotel, for 2 days gave excuses why not to take a load, even lied about going to ER room. We know he never intended to take a load because never even took his trailer. After many times asking to return the truck to the yard and threats with the police he still did not return the truck although was only 20 mi from the yard... He left it open in truck stop, full of rubish, alcohol and even no key. He took the key with himself and left it at the next hotel he stayed in. Terrible experience. I never wish this for any carrier

Bad driver always disconnecting eld, driving the way he wants refusing loads many times. Fakes brake downs near his house in SC and held the truck hostage. Was demanding us to pay him an absurd amount to bring us the truck back and trailer . HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK . Wont recommend this driver for anyone

The worst driver ever but he thinks he knows everything! Always late for pick ups or deliveries. Always! He never updates you! If you ask him for ETA for delivery he will say he does not know but on the other hand he claims he has 19 years of experience . Blackmailing you. Disrespectful. Very disrespectful. No matter what you do he will always want more and of course with blackmailing he will get what he wants. Threatens to abandon truck and trailer or to return the load to the shipper if he does not receive what he wants. Does not know how to use the split sleeper berth provision. Does not deal with any problems at shippers or receivers. Simply tells you you call them and you deal with them, although he is there. Drives not more than 8 hours a day. I highly recommend you stay away from him although he has clean record and experience. Don't be fools and think, why has he changed jobs every few months. This is your first red flag. Unfortunately nobody said anything bad about him before we hired him.

Waisted me time and money, got approved and never went for drug test, not answering to phone or text messages. just stories

Careless, constantly damaging equipment without notifying company and then quit under dispatch. Always has an excuse on why he didn't do something and never takes responsibilty. Save your time and money.

Paid for his plane ticket, drug test and hotel. After road test , he texted us saying that he doesn't feel comfortable driving a truck. He received Volvo 2022. Do not hire. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

This driver also went through with the process and when it came to doing the drug test and booking a flight he went missing.

This guy left unsecured truck and trailer loaded at truck stop and leave without any warning, even without any message that he leave. Unrespectful nonprofessional dirty driver. Be careful with this guy. He do this to previous companies also!

This driver abandoned the truck and trailer in Houston, TX under the load, he also parked the truck where he was blocking the scales and we end up getting towed to impound, one of the worst hires we had. Not recommend hiring this guy. SSN# ending in 8574

Drives 300 miles per day , no log book , no Communication on the phone or email refusal to take the drug test and abandoned the truck. He told me that he will flip the truck and the trailer. BAD DRIVER Stay away.

Keeped lying that he will come on Monday then Monday I'm on the way then never showed up.He is lying do not deal with him

took load on hostage and run away to FL
