Poor performance, lack of communication, abandoned equipment,

NOT FOR HIRE. Save yourself self from problems. He was late on every delivery. Driving 2-3 hours per day.

He is constantly complaining about the phone calls for temperature updates and brokers' calls and he is driving the reefer division. He is very angry and upset all the time, he was at delivery and didn't want to deliver a load unless we pay his Sign On bonus in full amount and he was here for only one month, get a raise of 0.90cpm, and to not be called for temperature updates from brokers, and after hours.

Driver had went home and did not return and had truck impounded.

Abandoned truck under the load. Disobeying HOS rules and dispatch procedures. Police were involved in this case.

Terrible person. Uses the truck for personal stuff. Drives 300-400 miles off route without telling anyone. He is not answering the phone when he does that. He just drives however he likes it. He had a unauthorized passenger(pregnant girlfriend) who drove a truck without anyone knowing about it. Until she caused an accident. He never reported it until his ex wife called to report it. Because guess what, her car got destroyed. They are playing for some setup with insurance fraud or being just crazy. He was immediately terminated from his job on spot 2000 miles from terminal. Found traces of cocaine in a journal when cleaning the truck. Disregard’s rules and regulations for HOS. Drives on personal all night long, for several hours. He has a lot of personal drama in his life that nobody needs to be around for that. Drove couple of times for 100-200 miles just to “take a shower” Visits Casinos every chance he gets. After that he gets incapable for driving next load no more than 300 miles. He drove for two months. And even if there was no accident he would still get himself fired Real quick. Stay away if you have some respect towards this business.

Took load from WA state to WI. He turn of the GPS and he drove to Memphis, TN. He just texted us that he abandoned our truck. No for hire. He abandoned loaded truck with produce.

He only drove 3 days for our company. On the third day he abandoned our loaded truck and switched off our reefer, so we could not recover the load! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Driver indicated personal problems at home, asked to be dispatched home to unload stuff out of his truck and then he would bring the truck back to the yard and leave the home. Driver did not do that, instead decided to abandon the truck in St Louis. **DO NOT HIRE**

DO NOT HIRE! JOB HOPPER! WE PAID FOR THE DRUG TEST, WE BOUGHT HIM A FLIGHT TICKET AND AT THE END HE TOLD US THAT HE WILL BE GOING WITH AN ANOTHER COMPANY. SCAMMER!

We had a bad experience with this driver. He came to the office and talked on the phone all the time with other companies about work, but he assured us that he only wanted to work with us. When we booked him a hotel for the weekend and were waiting for the result of the drug test. He took advantage of this and did not go to work. He lies all the time. Be careful with this driver.

Drove home empty 1300 miles and then abandon the truck. Be careful with this guy.

We employed Jose and after a few weeks, he started acting very weird. Asked for a cash advance to start driving, manipulated with the truck and money. We asked him to bring the truck back - he didn't, we needed to recover the truck ourselves. You can't rely on him, he doesn't make any profit to the company, he goes from one to another company to collect cash advances and leaves the truck in one of the states. Not for rehire -EVER.

This guy is big ,HUGE LIAR. Everything what he is saying is a lie, We bought him a ticket and he did not show up. Probably went somewhere else and blocked regrutier phone.

Abandoned Truck/Trailer Loaded at the company he went with for employment after only 2 weeks working for the company. Did not return and/or leave the tablet and BOL's. DO NOT HIRE

We tried to hire this driver, ended up being a waste of time and money. He told us before flight that he has to finish up some stuff, then disappeared, no answer to texts, or calls. We tried to cancel the flight, but it was a little too late. As far as signs the only ones we saw was that recruiter said he would explode out of the blue and send crazy messages but then would say sorry was not meant for you just got the numbers mixed up.

Abandoned truck in Louisvile, kY and keept lying for a two weeks he will be back to pick up truck and never did.

Lazy driver, loves to sleep 15-16h a day. Using truck as place to stay. Poor communication, to get a hold of him is like winning a lottery.. Waste of time!

Drives good, but he is mentally sick. Thinks that everyone is stalking him, disrespectful and out of his mind. Threatens to sue in court every single day.

Driver was always having issues with time management and did not quite understand the meaning of leasing the truck. Always ran into issues with loads and decided to quit. He did return equipment to the yard, but it definitely took him a while to do so.

Late, Bad communication, irresponsible. Drama Queen with a lot of personal issues.
