  1. BE AWERE! Driver was holding truck for two weeks and demanding company to send him money. Logged out of ELD and lied that eld box doesnt work while being under a load. At beginning he seems like a nice guy but turned to a horror. Never answers the phone while driving. Left truck with total of 6 bad tires, scratches all over the truck. When we picked up a truck, we understood why this driver had way to many problems with the truck. Never seen dirtier truck in my life...
  2. A thief, steals money, diesel, threatens to report to DOT and abandoned our truck and trailer.
  3. He will only waste your time, he had 2 chances with us. to join our company and he stopped answering calls at the day of orientation. Please do not waste your time and money on a no worthy driver like him.

After a total of 2 weeks of him working here, he abandoned our truck 2000 miles away from our terminal. Didn't call us to tell us there was any issues until after he had already bought himself a plane ticket home. He was under a load at the time and we failed our customer. Not eligible for re-hire, total disregard for company policy and now costing us a boatload of money.
  5. Do not hire this driver!!! Late to every delivery, don't know nothing about directions, use GPS only. Attitude issues, stole the truck and drove home 500 miles empty.
  6. Stay away Lost 3 brokers in first week of work 90% late and blames whole world for it but herself Thinks she is owner operator Drive empty 750 miles w/o authorization
  7. We were employing him as a Company driver, told us that he goes everywhere and does decent amount of miles, but when we payed for the flight and a car to get to our office, he changed his mind and that he does much less miles and does not go to 80% of the country. NOT RECOMMENDED
  8. Everything had been set up and the hotel paid for 2 days, after our question about termination in previous companies, she didn't want to answer, and decided not to work for our company.
  9. This guy is just a waste of time! Does the whole hiring process then just stops answering the phone
  10. Driver abandoned truck at the first day at work, come in took the truck and went to pick up first load. Agreed on everything and just left the truck back at the yard with the load in the middle of the night. Aggressive person and triggered by anything. No communication about leaving truck at all. BE AWARE

Waste of time and money. Spent a month getting him into the office. Booked flight and everything. On day of flight we called and he said he landed and was in uber. After that he stopped answering.
  12. The driver came to the office, completed a drug test, we did a full orientation, we bought a hotel, we put him in the truck, we found the load. At that time he said: "Stop. Can’t work here for now. Personal problems" .We found out that he just found a opportunity for a few cents more. I don't know how safe good or bad this driver is. However, I know that as a human being is dishonest and deceitful. Hope this helps

Very poor performance. Refused to drive when it got dark out. Would not accept loads going West. Abandoned equipment. Not eligible for rehire.

Driving constantly unassigned, not sending paperwork, poor communication. Truck returned to terminal.
  15. Driver kept asking for cash advances, lied to company about needing chains, DOT fines, etc. Kept stealing money through efs and fuel card. Every week came up with some issues (broken glasses; heavy rain; etc.), but complained that he is not making money. Not reliable at all.
  16. Do not consider employing this driver! Despite being picked up by one of our long-time drivers (who is also his friend) in Kansas, he was expected to remain in our truck from Saturday until Monday morning to complete the onboarding process. However, when we checked the GPS on Sunday afternoon, we discovered that he was already three hours away, heading towards his home in Kansas. He left our yard in Illinois without obtaining our approval. When questioned about his actions, his explanation was that he was bobtailing to Kansas to collect the remainder of his personal belongings. We have taken the necessary steps and filed a police report as he abandoned our truck in Missouri. Beware!
  17. I spoke to this driver for a few weeks about coming to work with us. We agreed on a date, buy him the flight ticket, Ticket gets cancelled? called the airline, I rebooked it for Monday. He never shows up, he is not answering the phone and texts. I called the airline, ticket is now cancelled. I never cancelled anything and they said it was him. I wasted time and money. I wish you can hear the airline lady say, if you did not cancel the ticket, he is the only one with the information. Who else can cancel it? This was a SCAM, fraud. I bought the ticket in good faith to bring him to driver for us. I would put this in the same category as an abandoned truck. Be careful if you want to work with this guy. Update, this guy has agreed to come for orientation 5x times. first he says he wants to change the date last minute because of his daughter's birthday. The next time is something with his family, it never ends. He keeps saying that he quit his job to come but he ends up saying how he still getting his last paycheck every week. We have been nothing but honest in giving him a opportunity to join our team and he just keeps cancelling knowing full well he never intended to join. Be very careful with this time waster. He tells you he is coming, the never gets on the plane, does not tell you until days after. HE MAKES ALL TYPES OF EXCUSES AND MAKES YOU WASTE COMPANY MONEY. BE CAREFUL.

I should have looked at the review before hiring him. he set up a crane appt and missed it, cost me $1,100. won't answer phone when under load, will ignore all instructions and or dispatch. absolutely no communication whatsoever. threatens with all kind of reprises, investigations, lawyers and courts... be very careful
  19. Worked with us for about 4 months, he would run good. Only problem is he gets very angry when he has 8 ft tarp, or in heat, because has health condition. Once he gets upset he will blame everyone around him starting with shipper and ending with everyone in the company, he would erase all messages if he can and not communicate, after a few days he will calm down and get back to work. So if you can manage his angry excesses he will do the job. He doesn't like to work with maintenance, said we are micromanaging him, would always say we didn't give him the right equipment. With us for the mistakes he does he accepted responsibility in 1 out of 2 cases. When leaving he will slam the door, leaving your company an untruthful review just to tease his ego. Blackmailed me that if I don't fire him then he will take off the review... - sure.
  20. Driver was terminated being late to pick up, deliveries and not communicating. After told that his contract terminated, held equipment hostage, started booking and servicing loads on his own. We were lucky to be able to repo equipment when he was out of the truck. Thousands and thousands of dollars in damages. One of the worst drivers you can hire.
  21. Absolutely bad hire. He and his co-driver, Abdirisak Dhisow, started working for us as a team. From the very start they kept being late, kept arguing with the dispatch and safety department. Couldn't find address they should go. Finally when one of them got selected for random drug test, and we informed them to stop by for drug testing, they immediately, ripped ELD from the truck, turned loaded truck around and drove home for 500 mi without authorization!!!! DO NOT HIRE
  22. He seemed like a reasonable guy. He applied after another company wouldn't send him home with a truck after a month of driving. Didn't have a good vibe at the office and was very self-absorbed, pushy, and used to getting his way. No compliance or performance issues were reported by the previous company, talked to the previous employer, said he was always on time, it was just their policy that they don't let the driver take a truck home. Got him a load going in the direction of his home. Delivered with no problems. Got another short run to get him straight home, 300 miles. He refused and said he would bring a truck back. Became completely unreasonable, drove empty about 200 miles in the direction of his home and, left the truck at a truck stop, locked the key inside. Be careful, need a very clear understanding of what is expected.

A thief, a fraud, he did a lot of damage to us. He took our truck to his friend's truck shop, removed all the parts from a truck that he could resale, stole fuel, and left our truck in an unsafe parking lot. AVOID HIM AT ANY COST. This is the worst type of scammer.
  24. Avoid this driver. We hire him after a recommendation of a friend who drive for us and where to start..... Getting in to ditch 3 times in the first 2 weeks. Lock himself out of the truck couple of times. Don't do pre-trip - 0 awareness of truck/trailer and on top of that he has attitude. He don't use truck navigation, don't know how to use ELD, he damage a property trying to go in place that is not design for 53 etc... The only positive thing is that he is on time with his appointment. Overall this kind of drivers needs to go back in school and learn what CDL is. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him.
