Mike was ok at the beginning but then started changing and became very unpredictable. Ended up abandoning a truck , violation on logs, driving empty over 1000 miles, without any reason for that. Avoid him, don't take a chance!

Save your effort on this one. First week he hits the trailer while backing up into customer dock. Didn't bother to look just "figured it would fit" he says. Another accident that wasn't his fault but he was too scared to call the cops or get the other parties information. And finally he signs a bol that says -10 on it but leaves the reefer at 38 degrees. $8k in cargo damages. To top it all off he asks for money everything. If weather slows him down, he wants extra pay. He literally tried to ask us for hourly pay because when he went to cash his check the line took 2 hours. And they wouldn't out right cash a check without a bank account. We had to explain to him that the bank is its own business and we cannot control what they do. I would rather leave the truck empty then hire this guy.

Driver had to do a drug test, went silent for a few days. Then finally did a drug test in different city. Since he said that he is driving to the office to do a orientation, after that just went silent again. After a month called and asked can he still work with us. Did another drug test and at the end just said that he found different company. Waste of money, always looking for better options even tho he promised that this time he is really going to work with you.

He was looking for job and doing drug test for 2-3 different companies. We just spend $250 for drug test, uber, motel and next morning when everything was ready he never show up

Very bad attitude. Very rude to the office staff, threats, cursing, profanity you name it. Not a professional driver. Doesn't belong in this industry.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FREAK ! IT WILL DROP UR TRUCK AND TRAILER SEPARATE AND MAKE YOU TON OF PROBLEM!

No issues with him at the beginning , he was on time, easy to work with until one day that he send a text that he can't work for the company no longer. that was 5 minutes before his scheduled dedicated load. I called him to see what happened, he never answered the phone. Since we had no heads up we couldn't recover the load. Truck was left in a truck stop and we had to recover it from there. Few days later I received a text from his number, saying that she is his girlfriend and they had a family emergency and he didn't have the phone with him but he will call me later on that day. Of course no calls. Unreliable.

Adrian worked with the company for couple years, he is a nice person, but he had multiple record able accidents, multiple violations, and was not best with the logs. Gave him a lot of chances. After last accident send the driver home with the truck, and he did not want to bring the truck back.

Dangerous guy took load hostage, we had problems with him

This driver took truck from me on lease to purchase. He never changed oil, destroy truck, destroyed tires on truck and trailer as well and than went home, said that he has medical issues, stayed home 2 weeks and applied for another job. I received Pre employment verification and that is how i figured out. When i told him that he said that is not true and ignored me. He abandoned truck in Ohio at the Walmart, truck was complete mess, he owns me over $3k and at the top of that he sold fuel with company fuel card to another truckers. I would.t hire this person ever again. Regarding driving skills, he cant drive more than 400 miles daily, was late at 50% of deliveries...made us a lot of headache.

Very problematic guy. If you want to avoid issues, pass on him. Bad attitude. No respect. After he was terminated, he tried to use our MC number to book a load. We reported impersonation fraud to all brokers we work with, so his name is in the system.
