She is extremely nice up until a moment you tell her about something she is doing wrong. That moment will be the end of all that niceness. In only 2 weeks she worked for us she managed to drive 900+ miles in missed turns and for personal stuff. Not to mention driving through residential areas and making U turns non stop! She will drive 100+ miles just to take a shower. She abandoned the equipment. Loaded trailer. At least she was nice enough to bring it back to us. Probably because it was convenient for her at that moment. It’s an experience like no other. Of course she will threaten you with legal action and so on. My recommendation….BLOCK HER!
  4. After we did all check ups and drug test, never showed up to the office. Told us he booked a ticket and that he is arriving and after that just stopped answering messages and calls. Dont waste time and money with this guy.
  5. UNSAFE driver. Is extremally hostile with horrible attitude, left our truck in terrible condition, extremally messy and smelling like body order. He was involved in several incidents while with us, from backing into a truck at a truck stop, causing an accident by not letting a car merge into his lane even though the car had turn signal and right away, and was consistently late w/ loads. If you want your company's insurance to go up, have to deal with tickets and want your employees to have headaches all day, then hire him.
  6. Missed the flight. Never showed up.

  9. Just got his driver's license but already acting like a "King of the road". Barely speaks English. Will accuse anybody of "being disrespectful" if he does not like some one, when later upon checking on messages and conversations we found only him being disrespectful and liar. Disobeys company rules, he thinks everything only has to be his way. Driver quit twice within his 3 months of working at this company. Once for "health issues" - waited a week home, received his paycheck and then called in to tell that he has issues. Second time "because manager did not responded to his message right away during Holidays". He will tell you to "come and pick up truck from his FL house" without any hesitation. Overall very manipulative and rude guy, but you will be surprised how nice he can be when he is looking for a job. Be careful and aware!

Stay away from this driver!!! Randy is a horrible liar, very irresponsible and extremely dishonest. We purchased him a ticket to come to the office – ne never showed up. Blocked our number for no reason. Waste of time and money.

The driver had borrowed over $30 000 from the company for repairs of his truck, and ran when it was time to start paying up. Be careful, don't make the same mistake we did..
  13. Booked a flight for driver last week before the Hurrican hit Fl said he was too scared to fly out so was told to drive himself to orientation if he wanted to witch, he did the next week but as orientation was going on he had to be asked several times to put his phone away and when ask what was being talked about, he had no clue. when it was time for the drive test in the truck the instructor said he was too busy on his phone to see what was trying to be shown to him and she did not want to keep wasting her time, so he was let go that same day. He cost the company for flight and for hotel on the first trip make sure if u is looking to hire this guy u have to stay on top of him about his phone and repeat yourself a lot so he listens
  14. If you value your time and money then stay away from this Husband and wife “team”. Very indecisive, dishonest, demanding, unreliable. They called us for a job in 2021, we went through entire recruiting procedure with them for weeks, they had million questions and doubts, even though we gave them everything they asked for and then they disappeared. Few weeks ago they called again. We gave them a second chance to work with us. They asked for 10 cents more than what we pay teams, we agreed, paid for drug tests again, they came to our yard, we reserved and gave them brand new truck and trailer as they requested, then they started doubting something again, and said they needed time to think about everything and agreed to come to office in the morning to meet the owner of the company in person. Well next morning they were upset that the owner of the company did not come to the yard previous day to greet them upon arrival, and because we did not offer to pay for their hotel previous night, and we didn’t offer uber service. They never asked for any of those things, but they thought it ought to be a common courtesy of us to do those things. And of course they never showed up at the office and decided not to work with us. Leaving us with another 2 weeks wasted and hours pf phone conversations, and 2 drug tests.
  15. Very lazy. The driver needs a constant route through the house, drives 400miles a day maximum as an otr. Ignores phone calls, messages, any point of contact until he feels the need to respond. Shippers and receivers have to adapt to the drivers needs as well. Overall dropped the truck and trailer which was loaded, he wanted to get his stuff out but unfortunately the truck was towed, after the truck being towed he tried to pull a scheme for the company to pay for the towing in Memphis, TN in order for him to get his stuff out and as per phone conversation ''when I will get my stuff out, you be finding someone to get this truck''. Gladly, he did not get the truck and the conversation ended him impersonating a small child. All in all, the driver was never insulted or mobbed in any way, the exact opposite was even given a cash advance to keep on going. I would advise to not to hire him unless you want constant trouble.
  16. After 2 weeks in the company she abandoned a loaded truck on the truck stop close to her place in NC. Our company is located in IL.
  17. He stole the truck, stole the load, made accident and after that we found the drugs in his truck. DON'T HIRE HIM.

    Artem Kamalov

BEAWARE, Irresponsible driver! Mr. Kamalov trained and equipped with all the skills necessary to flawlessly execute his job, he was paid for the duration of that process, all of his travels were expenses generously paid for, he was given grace period for over a month, in order to decide whether it’s the right job for him, and his tractor was patiently waiting for him to make up his mind…. after selfishly depleting all of the resources and after officially signing the employment package he decided to drop everything a week later. The contract clearly highlights that any breach of it, (complete absence of the two weeks notice) will be penalized. We live in a truly troubled and dishonorable world, but we continue to urge all, especially those employed with us, to remember that actions have consequences and that any self respecting and a well mannered individual should always take responsibility for personal gaffes and failures. Mr. Kamalov.

Driver worker for us for almost a year, during that time bumped into another truck, damaged our truck(not related to that bumping to another truck). when he quit he left the truck in the wrong yard, stole tire air checking tool, tablet, truck book, cables and etc.

The driver started working with and didn't even complete one load. He brought the truck to the yard with a loaded trailer stating he needs to go home. After that he started accusing us for not making enough money even though he didn't complete a single load with us.
  21. He has been terminated because we discover that he was inadequate during the driving time, over the phone, etc, then we discover that he was under drugs as well that was using the truck for personal uses and damaging the trailer.
  22. not the right driver for a company that needs someone reliable during these times. entitled and delusional.
  23. This guy is unstable from the beginning. He got in a fight at the shipper with the loading employees. A negligent driver generally won't look after the equipment and won't report issues with it. HOS violation. He was late for deliveries and pickups. Abandoned the truck and trailer with a load by his house with no notice or response.
  24. took cash advance, dropped loaded trailer and run away
  25. Ok as a person, but very impassable, always wants everything now and quickly. If truck broke down - its an end of the world. When market slowed down - his behavior becomes unacceptable. Only drives without logbook, only ok if you give him 4,000 miles min a week. No two week notice, quickly dropped truck in the yard after vacation. No English as well. Communication only through google translator or his relatives.
