Booked load with Chip P., told him where is our truck, eta and everything. Truck moved from truckstop and started driving. He called us to ask to add more stops, meanwhile other rts broker called and told that shipper wont load us after 6pm (our eta is 6:15pm). Told this to Chip and he told us that other broker doesnt know doesn't know what he's talking and to continue. Then Chip told us same thing that they wont load us. Everything is on recorded line! They refused to pay anything and hang up. They moved our truck, wasted time and fuel, they made a mistake and doesnt care. I hope that others can see that RTS DOESNT CARE about carriers!
Update: After few days someone from RTS called me to ask about problem and asked if we can delete review if they pay us a TONU, which is fine and we agreed to do. I told him to write me that in email and i will remove this. He told me okay, to give him few minutes to generate EFS code. He never sent any email or EFS code, neither called again.
