Has CDL, but no experience. Did one load for our company and did a property damage too, took down a street light pole while trying to pull into a White Castle drive thru instead of the entrance for the truck stop.
A Volcy ST Fleur (Florida) driver has had numerous accidents and has consistently violated safety rules such as speeding and not checking the truck and trailer. Of all the accidents were the most serious, in one of which a new trailer burned down, and in the second he overturned a truck with a trailer, both accidents happened to the cargo. We received many calls from people passing along the road about his unsafe driving. This driver is uncontrollable and dangerous on the road.
Drives team with Ingrid Tarhonda Mcconico. Abandoned truck with freight in the trailer several hours before the delivery appt (Kraft Foods) . Found truck (new cascadia) without the front bumper, all side panels damaged, holes gauged in them. Very disrespectful to the company staff. Do not hire
Luis has been working with us for a while, had couple "emergencies" to leave home for a while...came back recently after couple weeks of working asked for big cash advance, dropped loaded trailer in the yard and left home with emergency again. couple days later received employment verification...he still called asking about his check, telling us he is coming back to work soon.
hes not reliable at all, would not recomend
South Carolina CDL ending in ...61. Worked for us for 8 months. No issues with him first couple of weeks (except bad attitude). Then he didn't hook the trailer properly that results in a collision between trailer and tractor ($4542.5 in repairs).
A few months later 3 blow out virgin tires (at least 65-70% tread) on front trailer axle at the same time ($2068.19 in repairs).
In none of this situations he wasn't considering himself at fault because he drove a company truck and he is not responsible for anything. At the end he lied that is going home for a week and after 2 weeks he quit without even a day notice and refuse to take any loads to bring rig to the yard (800 miles). This driver is a scammer be aware!!!
Not responsible, have problem with using log book. By employment verification abandoned truck 4 times. For us abandoned truck again. Not professional, can not drive at all. just want to sit at home.ABANDONED TRUCK
Decarlos was driving for us for about a month. In the first few loads he damaged one trailer tire brand name valued around $500. After a month he told us that his truck got repossessed and he left our trailer in NC. When we sent someone to pickup the trailer we found out trailer severely damaged. Door frame was ripen off and upper half was loose (see pictures). He never notified us and told anything. Very very unprofessional. At the end the cost for repair will probably be put on the company's expense. Would not recommend this driver to anyone.
Was trying to get a job with us, was very demanding and had too many requests. Had a really bad review about him from previous company. In the end drug test came in positive for cocaine. I would not start from the begining too much problems
Was a good driver for awhile, then started driving less and less. Took a week off, gave a 2 week notice, but decided to drop the truck by his home without any warning. Not reliable, complains that does not make enough money, but goes home and takes off a week at a time, but drives less than two weeks at a time.
Driver worked for 20 days then stopped communication for 3 days. Once in contact driver said he was in the hospital; he wasn't! On 5th day driver started driving erratic; finally was able to contact him, he advised he was putting his feet up, having some good food and was going to watch a movie. on 6th day we had Police remove him from the truck because he REFUSED TO DRIVE UNTIL WE GAVE HIM A CASH ADVANCE. Thurston is unstable and should not be driving a truck!
Driver came on board, wanted to drive with son. First truck had issues, we provided a replacement vehicle. He drove home and reported issues with second piece of equipment, and we drove 240mi to his home to drop off a third tractor. After examination all pieces of equipment seem to have been tampered with. Driver took the cash advance and abandoned under dispatch the final equipment 240mi away form the yard.
