  1. Did not return equipment when was scheduled to return it, was trying to go empty to his house about 1000 miles when he was stopped and truck was taken away from him. Truck was trashed. Driving skills bad, multiple incidents that was "not his fault" scratched up truck, always was missing exits turns even when directions were given live on the phone, do not waste your time with this driver.
  2. Driver worked for our company around a month as an owner operator, everything was alright first couple of weeks, after that he started to ask about smaller fees for the truck rent, after we didnt approve his requests, he asked him to get a load going towards home because he had some kind of an appointment, after he got loaded he started blackmailing the whole company to pay out thousands of money for him in order for the load to be delivered, we've been trying to communicate with him, gave him an EFS check for $500 just to get that load delivered since it was an expedite, after he got it cashed out, he just dropped the trailer and didnt tell us where it was, we had to search for it in GA area, thank god we found it, and he was just gone without answering phone calls or messages DONT HIRE THIS GUY
  3. Very unprofessional, got stuck at receiver due to a third party and started demanding thousands of dollars for compensation for a few days, was told that it is not possible so he then proceeded to return equipment and threaten legal action, was very rude and aggressive at the office
  4. Do not hire. Rude. Irresponsible.
  5. Oversleeping every time, late.
  6. ABANDONED TRUCK. Cuss and swears everyone that he talks to. WORST DRIVER EVER.
  7. Driver abandoned trailer in NC and truck in Whitestown,IN. Eric is unresponsive not answering phone calls or text messages, so we have no clue yet if he actually delivered the load that he was under until we get a response from the receiver.
  8. Took a cash advance and then abandoned the truck after a week of excuses why he is not able to drive. Avoid!
  9. Being late, poor communication skills with dispatch, was involved in a Hit and Run accident which he didn't report to company. Would not recommend this driver for hire
  10. After a week with the company decided to abandon truck and trailer under load in the middle of nowhere. Cost us a fortune to recover and then offered himself to work for the company as a dispatcher or some other position but not driving. Likes to present himself as a big professional....
  11. Communication with recruiting was great, but as soon as he contacted dispatch problems started. He drives well, but everything but that was difficult. After 2 weeks went home and didn't start for 3 days, rejecting loads, and after that reported that he got Covid but will start in the morning?! The equipment was abandoned at a truck stop.
  12. overall good driver at first worked with 2 month did two driver referral's however , got keys locked in , we paid for it got flat we paid for it , got the truck towed over 1k$ came to the towing company cleared out the truck bended the vehicle no call no show no two week notice , would not hire again .
  13. He used to be an excellent driver and knew the mechanical part and such. Today, we found out that he dropped off the truck by his house in KY and just left. No notice, no nothing. We had a conversation on Friday and he sounded like he always did, however, the truck has been dropped off and he is not answering our calls/messages. He has been treated the best way, we gave him a brand new 2023 Peterbilt after we got them in, and he still did dirty to us. Hire or not - up to you, but this is what you should watch out for.
  14. This is one of the worst drivers I came across lately. Lazy and unreliable, but worst of all was arguing and lying. Accusing company employees of calling him inappropriate names not realizing all calls are recorded and his accusations could be checked. Refused to return the truck, when he finally did (two days later), he called the police on the mechanic who worked there saying that the mechanic hit him. There were video cameras and once again he was caught lying. I am not sure if he's bipolar or has some other mental issues, because one moment you can have normal conversation with him and the next, he's yelling, screaming and saying he's being threatened.
  15. beware of this driver.... threatened to kill and beat the crap out of our dispatcher and fleet manager, arrived always late to pus and dels , complains constantly, was put in a brand new truck... phone never on...sleeps until 11 am always... and when he was told we didnt have another truck to switch him into he became violent and attacked our fleet manager, banging our car, this man is truly delirious.... dont hire him, unless you want problems--- based on our personal experience.
  16. Foul language prior to being hired.
  17. Came to ffice, went for a drug test, called an ambulance - says she had covid - never came back.
  18. He was arrested and drugs were found in the truck
  19. Driver quit while on home time , and under dispatch, abandoned truck in Charlotte NC at a truck stop .
  20. Driver unplugged ELD and stole truck after being asked to wait for a load at the truck stop. She took off south toward Texas and she refused to return our calls. The police had to stop her and remove her from the vehicle. The officers took the keys but somehow she broke back into the truck at the truck stop.
  21. work for a while without issues. then lied that truck broke down, faked receipt, steal from fuel card and abandoned the truck in Memphis.
  22. Driver came to the shipper and was rejected to get loaded because they wound an liqueur bottles inside the truck. Company was informed about this and then he just decided to drop the trailer, damaged all the wires from GPS that we could find a truck location. Eventually truck was found towed it was completely empty everything that he could to take from truck was taken out. Not to mention all the family issues emergencies that he had every single weekend.
  23. Very picky driver, and just like any other guy from Cuba -- Lie after lie after lie. Could not afford anymore because of excessive vacation all the time. He is leaving home for few days and its always a week or two. If he says he is leaving for a week - consider this will be 2 months. Simple unacceptable, by holding truck for them and their stuff inside you are loosing much more money than you are making. Be aware.
  24. Worked for 3days. Dropped loaded truck. Never picked up the phone and did not explain this situation. Just stay safe with drivers like he is. DO NOT HIRE.
  25. Abandoned the truck in TX, stole the tarps, chains, and binders. Wouldn't answer the phone
