On his first day abandon the truck

He was supposed to arrive to Chicago for orientation, we got him a flight ticket from NC everything was all right, he even answered our calls the morning of the flight, ensuring us it was all good, and that he was at the airport, just to completely stop answering our calls and messages after the arrival time and blocking us on chats. Be careful.

Waste of time!! Paid for drug test, flight, did orientation just to deliver one load then drive 300 empty home to quit!!

He only did 1 load with us. Went home to pick up his stuff, he did a reset in the middle of the week, left the trailer parked at a mall and took the truck and left it on the street. The city of Philadelphia towed the truck, the only payments that they would accept was money order and cash in person. We sent money to the driver and he kept delaying everything for days, he never paid anything, kept over $600 and cost us thousands for recovery and paying to the city in storage fees. Avoid this driver at all cost!!

Driver has big mental issues . He is delusional and can be dangerous even though at orientation was extremely nice and his record is very good. Wish we had called his previous employer before we hired him because they told us about exactly the same experience with him . After first load we had to get police involve to bring the truck back to the yard. Picked up first load and then refused to deliver it because he" believed the receiver would not take the load only 2 weeks later " even nobody from the receiver told him this. After we talked 3 hours on the phone we convinced him to deliver the load. From there things got from bad to worse. He threatened the dispatcher and refused any load . Called multiple police department in different states to look for the truck.

THIS GUY IS A BIG SCAM, do not waist your time

Driver did orientation and drug test and disappeared from the yard claiming family emergency. We paid for hotel ,food and drug test .Waste of time and money

This guy is some sort of hellovadriver... F**cked up my 2022 trailer, on top, somehow, he managed to drive about 100 miles with frozen axle on trailer, fked 3 tires as well.. then, I paid him uber to get to airport, then bought plane ticket to get home because it was 23 december, He decided to not come back to work, and pay for damages he caused, by saying he has some work permit problems.. when i offered him to help with that problem, he tried to say a lot of excuses just to no be involved. Always paid him his money, never had a problem with bringing him home when he wanted, never got him a load to NY and that area cause he was picky not to go, so i played his games and still f**ked me. Thats why next time I will GET DEPOSIT FROM ALL OF THEM. Total damage of 6000$

Keeps calling for job offers and never shows up. Drug test done. Something wrong with him. His language is also very offensive. Please beware!

He came to our company with his friend Antoine Queen. Both of them knew about our policies, offers and everything at all. The day they were supposed to start Antoine started causing problems and after that Dantrel started acting the same. Disrespectful toward the dispatch, refusing every load and complaining about everything. Waste of money and time. We do not recommend him.

Very slow, unreliable, constantly lying, abandoned truck and trailer, caused a lot of financial damage, and then called for a month every day screaming into the phone "where is my money". After he arrived to the office threatening the staff we had to get police involved

First off all she have another guy in the truck with out cdl who who she dont report and he drives and probably securing loads and she is not managing log book at all in after few days off explaining eld using eld she still didn't comply. And she drives 4 years I needed to let her go.

this guy was interested to work for us, we spent the money for the hiring, dryg test and flight and in the last day he stopped taking our calls he's a liar and he's not professional!!

WE PAID FOR HIS FLIGHT TICKET, FIRST DAY OF THE JOB HE WENT 100 MILES AWAY WITHOUT A TRAILER, WE START ASKING HIM WHY HE DID IT, HE JUST DROPPED THE TRUCK AT THE WRONG YARD AND QUIT,!!!

Be aware of this driver, he lies alot. He will pretend like everything fine and drop your truck with no notice. He can't use ELD and blames it on you for an excuse to leave.

Abandoning equipment, poor communication with dispatchers.

Guy tipped three coils one night i paid wrecker service $3400. He didn't follow instructions how to reload correctly and next day he flipped flatbed trailer on parking yard literally, $10750 wrecker service and total damage on the trailer and coils.. He is late on every delivery he usually menage to do 1800 miles week. Very slow and dangerous guy.

Driver made this comment to our owner after abandoning his truck. "Yea well the labor sure thinks so and so does the dot and so does everyone else .. you stole money for worked for .. you are pieces of shit and believe me you will pay .. you guys are so stupid you sent me fucking tax forms .. and you wonder why Americans hate you thieves .. but you may have been stealing from people for years but unlike most drivers I'm actual smart.. and let me put it too you plan and simple you are bottom feeders and pieces of shit my fucking brother was killed and you shits didn't give two fucks so I went home before my fucking brother and nephew you were took by the state so fuck you you foreign piece of shit .. and nice try with the Lies you told to people that were gonna hire me .. see again smarter than your dumb ass can work anywhere I want still I knew what you'd say because you are predictable trash ... just had to make my attempt you had your chance thanks for more ammo .. god I feel bad for the hell that's coming .. fuck the newspapers alone will probably get half your customers to drop your ass fucking sorry ass" Driver is unreliable and quite hostile.

DRIVER REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE, HELD LOAD HOSTAGE FOR 4 DAYS, TOOK NEW PARTS AND TIRES FROM COMPANY TRUCK AND TRAILER AND PUT USED BAD TIRES AND PARTS!! DROVE TRUCK FOR PERSONAL USE AND TO FRIENDS MECHANICS TO STEAL PARTS! AVOID HIRING THIS PERSON!

This guy, called in November 2022 to get a job, he was postponing the hiring day saying that his mom is sick, and if she doesn't die soon, he will start working. Then he called in January and told that his mom and dad both died, that he is ready to work. I sent him for a drug test , and send the address to p/u the truck. After I gave him the truck address, he went there and I never heard anything from him. Be aware.

He will make a hell of your life before even getting into the truck. He will demand all your personal information and to meet with you several times just to insult your age and life inexperience. If you never had a father that beat you and your mother on daily basis you are welcome to hire him just to get a glimpse of that horrible life experience. He seems like a guy that lived this long just because he feeds on harassing everyone around him. He starts calling at 4am and never stops probably until he finds a new victim. Than he comes back at you. So it can be weeks or months of pure harassment. What a waste of time.

BEAWARE. Driver seemed like a good guy at the start, all was great. Needed to comeback to the office, was like 40miles away from Chicago and then got letter from clearinghouse about failed drug test. Deadheaded 1300 miles straight to home because of that, refused get back to the office.

BEWARE OF THIS DRIVER. He has threatened to shoot another one of our drivers. Then he abandoned our truck and trailer. When we recovered the truck we found urine inside of the truck all over the floor. He deliberately put dirt in our trailer, so we couldn't get another load right away and on top of all of that, he broke our driver side window. Terrible terrible terrible! Very disrespectful to our dispatchers.

Total waste of time. The guy promises he will start working,always has some reason to move the date when he will start. After doing a drug test,he never showed up in the company and stopped answering his phone and messages.

This driver is beyond rude and his application has fake companies on it he has no proof for employment then becomes rude and wants to argue with everyone. Stay away!!!
