stolen flatbed equipment - truck abandonment

Lies about everything. if goes through home dissappear for few days or a week. Abandoned truck even thou agreed to return. never had a late check, was paid always on time. Not reliable driver. would never hire him again

THIS PERSON IS NOT OKAY. SHE KEEPS SAYING WEIRD STUFF, TRIED TO SCAM US TO GIVE HER $500. LEFT THE TRUCK WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. ACCEPTED A LOAD AND STARTED DRIVING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION.

He talked a good game, but when we purchased his drug test and plane ticket he didn't show up. Looks like this is a pass time of his. DONT HIRE

Steven Stedman had only been working for our company for a week and he abandoned the truck and trailer. Please avoid this driver as he only causes problems.

took the unit home right after being hired. Never started working due to health conditions. Abandoned the unit after two weeks of downtime. Not eligible for rehire.

BEWARE: This guy conned us into getting him a plane ticket then once he traveled he blocked our numbers. Common thievery ... no room for drivers like this in the industry

EVERY LOAD PROBLEM WITH THIS GUY , AFTER TOLD HIM TO BRING THE TRUCK TO CHICAGO, HE DISCONNECT GPS TRACKER ON THE TRUCK, WENT TO LOUISVILLE,KY, AND SAID PAY ME FIRST OR I WON'T RELEASE YOUR TRUCK, JUST BECAUSE HIS PREVIOUS COMPANY DIDNT PAY HIM, WHEN WE RECOVER OUR TRUCK FOUND 2 DAMAGES.

Refused on 1st load to safely and legally secure load. Then threatened to abandon equipment. Complete waste of time.

Trusted this guy enough to waste 300 plus to get him to orientation only to have him take another offer, then lying about the reason he left us with the expenses of getting him here, watch this guy he is slippery and a smooth talker, invest at your own risk, untrustworthy

This guy will make you a mess at company, with truck, with rules with everything. Unresponsible person!

Terrible experience, had to recover the truck from the side of the road (loaded) the police found it abandoned with the keys inside. After checking the satellite we found out he had gone for a 900 miles joy ride over the weekend - out of route - and when we actually went to recover the truck, we found a white crystal substance and a glass pipe in the driver area. (along with all kinds of garbage/ maple syrup spilled all over the sleeper). We are all lucky that no one got hurt.

Driver took the load and decide to leave the truck with load at his town. We called him and ask him to deliver this load first and we will buy him a airplane ticket to home back, but then he start black mailing how he will only deliver if we pay him in advance. Therefore, he left the truck and we need to recovery asap how we can deliver load on time and not getting freight guard. Totally unprofessional and unreliable

This driver went home and never communicated with anyone just decided to abandon the truck and trailer fully loaded. Him and his nephew Alex did the same thing with 2 different trucks.

Went through background check and did drug test after couple attempts. Then asked to wait couple weeks before he can start and disappeared. Not answering calls.

The driver, who didn't even start working with us, but was already asking for money in advance. He demanded money even though the truck was in the service station for repairs. Total failure and I don't recommend this driver at all because he doesn't have any exp.

He was hired on May 8, 2023. Once he passed all tests and was ready to hit the road he started to ask us for a trip to San Antonio to take his belongings. Once he got home lied about his sickness, told us tablet was broken for the ELD to buy him a new one, asked us to buy him a blower, cash advances etc. Once received everything he requested abandoned our truck in San Antonio. Recovering team had found the truck and everything was stollen. ( IPAss, PrePass, Ktag, Dash Camera, Fire Extinguisher, Tools, 2 matrasses, tire chains, fuel card, keys, tire gauge, tablet, ELD device, microwave, truck binder, jumper cables, Load locks). Poured the oil and coolant in to the fuel tanks. (Truck and reefer). spilled bleach in the cab all over. all this happened after 2 days of employment.

Called in for work, agreed on details, came in for orientation and drug test, and so on! On the next day he just disappeared, not picking up the phone! Waste of time and Money! Be careful if hiring!

This driver used to work with us, he was very unreliable, and at the and he left our truck OTR and left, he never answered the phone, and he never talked to anyone from the company

Waste of time. Driver abandoned equipment, no idea why drivers waste company time and money. To come out and join a company and then after several weeks up and quit without any notice.

The most irresponsible driver that ever worked with us. He managed to put def in the fuel tank causing huge damage to the truck that amounted to around $20.000. After he let us know what he did, he realized what kind of mistake he actually made and afterward, he abandoned our truck in Florida and stopped answering. He caused a lot of issues in the short period of time that he worked with us and his performance was very bad.

Very unserious and unprofessional driver.
