  2. Abandoned loaded truck-trailer and cut the airlines. BEWARE of this driver, really tricky.
  3. Waste of time. Booked him a flight ticket, hotel to get to the orientation - he just stopped answering. Big mistake.
  4. Started working with us with the intention to stay OTR 3 weeks, went home every weekend and make 2k+ , started complaining about making too little, then abandoned the truck and trailer in a truck stop, ignored all phone calls,

Stay away from this guy. He sounds nice at first but only problems with him after he starts. Worked for a couple of months for us. He was doing only 5000 miles a month. Always full of stories. Hard to get him out of the house when he goes home. At the end he abandoned the truck in Ohio.
  6. Since there are so many drivers with this name and DOB just to bring awareness to future employers his Minnesota CDL ends with 420-506. Very difficult to work with, disrespectful, making fun and not taking serious at all the violations received during DOT inspection, left truck very dirty as its a normal thing, threatened to abandon truck in a different state, literally had to BEG for the whole day to bring the truck back to the company lot, very and very difficult to work with.
  7. This driver from day one did things wrong. He did not follow the ELD rules, does not know how to use ELD and did not ask for support. We had to intervene. He submitted his documents with two different emails from the beginning and got upset his pay was late. He would submit documents late past the week payroll even after we explained the deadlines. He would not pick up the phone for dispatch or accounting, he would call on the weekends instead, demanding for his money even though It was explained his loads are going to be paid in the next pay period because he submitted things late. We agreed 3 weeks out, 5 days home. He went home after three weeks, he said he was only staying home 5 days days. He stopped answering the phone. Then abandoned the truck. Even after we agreed to give him an advance on his upcoming paycheck. This guy is a waste of time and a costly mistake to have on your team. Best of luck if you decide to hire him. ----He abandoned our truck!!---------Only lasted three weeks!!
  8. Poor performance always late changing companies every 3 months, total waste of time and money. Did I mentioned wants to be home every weekend?

  11. Total waste of time. Worked for us for 9months, all together he did 3 property damages: 1. 07.14.22 - Hit a truck with his trailer 2. 08.16.22 - Hit Carwash 3. 11.11.22 - Damaged gate at Produce warehouse Total of $53k + Truck and Trailer damages. Not to mention harsh events on daily basis... This guy needs to retire from trucking, is simply not for him. He agreed to stay and work for us until he pays his debt, week later we got employment verification from other company that he looking for another job. DO NOT HIRE!
  12. NOT FOR HIRE!!! Save you money and save your self headache. He drove around for 5 day with our truck. Police was involved to get our truck.
  13. We had to fly another driver out recover the truck from her house. We worked together for about a year. When she was hot she ran, and when when was cold... well, problems.
  14. Absolutely one of these drivers who: Never perform PTI, never inflates tires, every few weeks you will get DOT pull over and violations such a underinflated tires, lights not working, brake chambers, etc. Every month when truck enters shop for a regular check up - you will spend 2-3k$ just to patch it up. In real good market if you can afford violations - that may still profit you. In a normal or ruff markets - every week with him is simply negative. We warned him few times, gave him few extra chances - nothing worked. Had to let him go.
  15. Abandoned fully loaded truck with a load in front of the office and was not willing to make the delivery. Hard to communicate from day 1 asking for a lot of money not working with dispatch bad attitude

  23. Don't hire if you don't want to recover your truck. He abandoned the truck and trailer. He did that to two previous employers also, but we received verification a little bit later.
  24. Abandoned the truck with very first load, not even finished . Left truck on the street, 200 miles from delivery. :looks like needed free ride to TX. Layer and scammer
