We had normal communication with him, but he returned the truck without two weeks notice and he took BOLs with him. If you decide to hire him make sure that you're who gonna fire him and take all BOLs. Now broker refuse to pay for load.

Do not work with these brokers. You will get sent to voice mail every time you'll try to call them and they will not compensate for any accessorials such as detention, layover or lumpers.

Be careful when booking freight with them, they will tell you what you want to hear and make false promises if a problem rises at pickup or delivery. Especially when it comes to detention or layovers, and after they will use an excuse that "customer is not approving it"

Today is a Mother’s Day and i had a load from them to get back home but their broker Edward Sarita just canceled my load in last minute and ruined my whole day! He was extremely rude and hung up on me several time without giving any explanation for that. I really hope he’ll get his karma the same way, won’t be able to see your mom Edward!

Terrible company, double brokers a lot of stuff and then cancels on you when its convenient for them Lady name Kala she is very unprofessional always book and cancel load she did that 3 times with us very very unprofessional company not even deserve one star

Just booked a load with these guys to have them send me a email stating how they found someone to do it for cheaper and they wouldn't be losing on their end. They canceled the load after we made the agreement. Be aware of their business practice . Will not use these guys again, plenty of good brokers out there to not have my time wasted.

We booked load #6152182 with Matthew Lee, but the load ended up being a TONU load because the product wasn't ready when my driver went to pick it up on the 12th of Feb. He confirmed to send us the TONU which we have not received. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING US FOR TONU. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

The driver seems to be very interested in working with us, so we booked him a bus ticket to come. He said that he took the bus, and the ride was around 20 hours, he informed us where he was when he was coming and at the end stopped answering. He had two phone numbers in the application so we called the second number and it was his girlfriend, she told us that he accepted another job offer and didn't even take the bus. He was messing with us, we never going to trust him again. Think twice before dealing with him!

Extremely unreliable, always late, never on time, damaged the equipment and appeared to be intoxicated. when driver was fired called customers telling them to pay money, refused to provide paperwork to office.

Disconnected ELD, didn't want to return the truck. Drove back to Cleveland area (hometown). Had to report stolen truck. Police manage to convince her to plug back ELD and inform where is the vehicle. Note: All while being a company driver not lease.

Dennis used our company in order to get a hotel room, and eventually started to ghost us. He claimed he was in the middle of an orientation at a different company and said he needed to leave due to miscommunication on equipment. So we decided to give him a chance. We found out later that he has been using multiple companies to get free hotel stays and never actually committed to a position. Recruiters beware!

Jarrell Sloan applied to our company. Looked him up here on CDL scan saw all the bad reviews and told him he couldn't get accepted. this is the response i got. Stay away!

Mr. Steven Lynn Small has been an owner-operator in our heavy haul division for a few months. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with him because he wasn't paying attention while driving (4 accidents - casual damages), did not answer the calls, did not take responsibility, did not secure the loads properly, hung up in the middle of the conversation with the team, he did permits for oversized loads with a company which he knows and did not pay them, told to that company that we have to pay them instead of him plus a lot of other things. Once he decided to leave he just called us and abandoned the truck and the trailer with all the devices. Said that he was out even though he was supposed to drop everything at our yard per what he had in the contract. He left us with a negative balance because we paid to recover the devices, trailer and all the unpaid permits.

Driver abandoned the truck and trailer with the load, after the first week when he got paid, at TA close to his house. He wasn't answering his phone or giving us any information's. Do not get tricked with his sweet talk stay away DO NOT HIRE!!!

Charles Jr Clinton requested some time off due to being in a motorcycle accident, week later we find out he was using our fuel card and per transactions($3,000) it is seen he was driving for another company using our rental vehicle. Driver stopped answering messages, phone calls. Intentionally broke the engine. Stay Away from this Driver , he is from Florida!

Awful driver. running his own show. Delivering "when he feels like" (per his words). Late on every load, some didn't even pick up. When he was terminated took the truck, unhooked everything and went to Florida where he abandoned everything. We called multiple time to try to have him return the equipment. We had to involve repo team to make an expensive recovery. Ended up with huge negative. This guy is a walking problem. Good luck if you hire him!
