  1. Very needy and very complicated person. He only works on w2, he does not want to drive certain routes, we changed 3 dispatchers in 7 weeks, that's still no go. Dispatcher gives him 450 miles - cancel load, i need more. She gives 700 miles, calls the owner to complaint that we are pushing him, too many miles. Constantly changing his mind on pretty much everything. Want to go home this weekend. Dispatcher takes cheaper rate route just to get him home, then on Thursday he says get me a load anywhere, maybe next week I will go home. When gets mad - starts threatening company with authorities. 7 weeks for us was enough to terminate the guy. Good luck whoever hires him.
  2. I'm not aware what a driver he is, we never actually hired him (thank god!) but as a person AND as a human being - absolute 100% garbage. Good luck guys.
  3. Bipolar and extremely unpredictable. Went through two dispatcher, with each dispatcher he was perfect for a week or two and then begins to show his attitude and work ethic(late/non responsive/completely forgot about HOS rules). Had violations on logbooks DAILY(1-6 violations per day, as simple as no PTI before driving). Last load was to his house in NC, when it came time to get a load after his home time he disappeared. Thankfully the GPS gave us the location of the truck and trailer which he left on the side of a highway next to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Blocked every phone number from the office and never heard from again. Stole the tablet from the truck and fuel. Stay away from him if you need a driver for more than a week
  4. It is hard to work with this guy. He runs on personal like crazy and would argue for every little thing, just not worth hiring him. Don't waste your time!
  5. - Took hour of my time when first called; - Got the ins. approval; - Made me pay for his drug-test and tickets to get to the orientation; - Was making silly excuses why he can't start for a month; - Made fleet check and wash the truck; - And then just changed his mind or something; - I don't know how is he as a driver but as parson, just a shitty human being. Decide for yourself guys.
  6. HE ADMIT THAT OTHER COMPANY PAID FOR HIS HOTEL,WAS ASKING US TO PAY FOR HIS HOTEL TO,STAY AWAY LOOKING FOR FREE HOTELS
  7. abandoned load, no two weeks notice, hard to communicate, driving beyond legal hours
  8. Avid cocaine user, hasnt driven in 20 years. Tries to use his faith in god to make him appear as a good Samaritan. Stay away from this man at all costs!!
  9. No ELD Experience, No communication with phone, 30 phone calls in a row cannot get a hold of him, if theres a problem at the receiver or shipper he doesnt call just leaves on his own will instead of waiting for instructions , horrible understanding of technology, constantly thinking his ex or someone else in our company is hacking his phone and thats not the case, paranoia level is insane here, we think this driver is approaching dangerous nervous breakdown point and we are planning or letting him go ASAP! He needs help and he is probably turning Senile, Unreliable completely unreliable, doesn't know how to update automatic Time according to zones, so he's driving with Chicago time everywhere and its messing with his planning in east coast he thinks hes arriving on time, hes arriving 1 hour past closing. Absolutely dangerous thinking in his mind, schizophrenic level responses and ideas and crazy paranoia. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ! This driver needs serious mental and psychological attention first! Not only that in all of the loads the PODs and documents are either bad quality of impossible to read completely, also when broker requests to report seal# temp and BOL# with pictures of Product on trailer, driver could not do 3 out of 4 things and only send me seal# and no picture. Service failures just waiting to happen. At least 3 brokerages are mad at me already and we only worked together for 2 weeks... Impossible work ethic to work with. And if the driver convinces himself that you are hacking his phone he will try to call police and do stupid stuff even if you had nothing to do with any of his personal problems... DO NOT HIRE unless you love drama and that kind of life, if you love chaos and stress and bad communication, minimal service for brokers and total disregard for requirements of each shipment this driver is for you.

Nothing good , screaming on dispechers , not listening, going home often , not responding to calls, finally abandoned truck. Demanding money. Typical shit. Dont even try.
  13. Typical know it all, actually doesn’t know anything about trucks, the industry, barey knows how to drive. Took a couple of cash advances, dropped the truck at the yard and disappeared.
  14. O/O, that will ask you to pay for all his mistakes, damages on the equipment...
  15. LATE FOR DELIVERIES ,USING TRUCK FOR PERSONAL DRIVING AND NOT ANSWERING CALLS FROM DISPATCH
  16. Be careful with this person, everything looks good for hire , went for prem empl testing, did all paperwork that I asked, scheduled date and time to move into truck -30 min scheduled time texted me that he decided to hire on with different company.
  17. Driver went home to TX. Parked a truck in the middle of nowhere. Company got a call from local police that the truck will be towed away. After talking to driver to please move a truck we got a response, that he does not care. It was a costly recovery from Chicago.
