Stopped answering the phone after I bought him the flight ticket.

Always fighting with his dispatcher over instructions. Taking pictures of how he secured the load, and tarping the load. In the end he abandoned the truck in KS.

Took a -10F reefer load to NJ as he told us his first load needs to get him to the house. Once he arrived in NJ he abandoned the truck and trailer and stopped answering all calls when he was supposed to be at delivery in CT Monday 7AM. Truck was parked in NJ with no calls, texts or any communication from this guy. ONCE WE GOT TO THE TRUCK WE DISCOVERED THIS GUY WAS LIVING IN IT DOING DRUGS AND REFUSING TO GO OUT OF THE TRUCK WHEN OUR RECOVERY DRIVER WAS THERE. NO WORDS FOR THIS GUY.

Jimale Sanders once hired, went home to GA and dropped the truck. Said has a funeral to attend. Disappeared for more than a week -did not answer calls or messages. On a payroll day he asked for his money for the loads he did on the way to GA and dropped the equipment. Don’t waste your time or money.

Abandoned truck without any warning OAMB

Sounds like a delightful person without even talking to him. He texted me his license on Saturday at 10pm And on Monday 8:30 he told me… whatever he wrote…. Seems like an entitled man who thinks he is some kind of a priority for anyone who he sends his license to. I’m gonna pass on Hiring him definitely.

WORST CANDIDATE EVER DO NOT TRUST HIM !!! This driver was presented plenty of opportunities to come on board moved appt dates as he always came up with excuse why he cant make it. Driver really knows how to lie and make up excuses. Very unprofessional and not trusted. i would not recommend anyone to start process with this driver as he will WASTE YOUR TIME

Truck abandoned

Very arrogant behavior. Making plans to start with us. Called that he was ready to do the test, laughing on the phone. At the end stopped answering and didn't go for the test. Waste of time!

Agreed to work and disappeared last day without any notice. Do not waste your resources on this driver - unreliable.

Abandoned equipment during holiday time home time off, driver was waiting to get his paycheck, disconnected GPS and abandoned equipment.

Did not pick his over the weekend load and caused freight guard to the company on the next load he did the same did not pick the load and drove 200 miles in the opposite direction !!!

We have trusted this driver 2 times and got him a flight tickets, both times never showed up even he was promising he will be there and desperate for a job. Stay away not worth of your time DO NOT HIRE!!!

" Driver " Solis Jaime Leonel applied for an OTR position and followed all the instructions UNTIL... We booked him a flight and provided him with a hotel room close to the airport. Once he got to the hotel he asked for some food because he did not eat all day,he said. We encouraged him 75$ for dinner expenses and for his luggage check in fee. In the morning, 90 minute before his flight Solis asked for more money because his bank account had a negative balance, as he explained, he was very persistent and said if we do not give him more money he won"t go to the airport. At the same time the hotel attendant called us and complained about Solis"s behaviour. He said that Solis being aggressive, threw his luggage around and that is why the hotel can not provide him with the shuttle service to the airport due to safety reasons. Imagine, what would happen if this guy got your truck and trailer? Driver Solis did not even start to work here but he brought so many issues... better let him go his way.

DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER!!! He stole our TRUCK , and FUEL. He also made some changes to the oil tank, which made the truck leak and break down. When he did that, he turned off his phone, stopped responding, and started threatening over texts. This person is an aggressive and terrible individual to deal with. AVOID THIS DRIVER AT ALL COSTS!!!

He is waiting on anybody so he can sue, he is not picking up dispatch calls until 2pm, he is blaming everybody but him, he had his company didnt work out, so he is waiting to sue just to get any money.

quit with a text message after his 2 weeks vacation without giving 2 weeks notice and refused to bring the truck back to our terminal.

Keeping truck hostage for 2 weeks, CRAZY

Beware this guy is extremely dangerous. hijacked our equipment Stole all the tires, rims and reefer unit. There are criminal charges against him pending.

showed in office very shy, told us very responsible. After hire cannot took him from truckstops, every single load, 3 days late. FIRE

At first, he was a good driver, but in the end, something happened to him. He imagined that someone was following him, they wanted to kill him. When we asked where are the truck and the keys he couldn't answer. Said he was in jail last night cause he beat someone and things like that, We had to recover the truck.

Didn't arrive for a job orientation. Never buy him a ticket.

Driver quit & held truck & trailer hostage for over three weeks, equipment was reported stolen. While employed for two months he refused loads and when taking home time it was a hassle getting him back on the road. Late to p/u & delivery and refused tracking which caused us all types of fees. STAY AWAY!

hit and run

This driver is a complete waste of time. We spent $700 on him and on his first load he returned the truck stating that it has mechanical problems. We offered him Brand New 2022 truck and he left. He is just a part of the professional drivers who use the companies as travel agencies. We wouldn't recommend him!
