Avoid this driver. Very arrogant, disrespectful. On SAP program.

Reckless driver, worked with us for a little less than 3 months. In that time he jacknifed the truck because he was driving to fast in a turn on ice, had 2 blowout, got 3 violations. But that wasn't the reason he quit. He was expecting a big paycheck but because he delivered the load on Wednesday instead of Monday, cause he decided to spent some time at home when it was on the route, it wen't towards next weeks check and he was not happy about it. Said that we either need to give him $1400 or he is quitting, we said we cannot do that cause he can't even cover this weeks expencess and has negative balance in repairs and tickets. He was at the shipper at the time and told shipper to unload his truck cause he is not taking that load. Drove from GA to AR (our yard is in IL) put the truck at his friends yard in his home town in AR and blocked it in so we couldn't take it for days

Mentally unstable. Driving when the higher powers tell him to drive. Keeps saying he is pureblood Collins and he's not bound by any laws or regulations. He's a nutcase. Late to every delivery. Seems fine and very polite, but he's from another planet. Do not hire under any circumstances.

Extremely unprofessional broker. We setup with this broker for a GA to AR load - our driver is empty and ready for dispatch and at the last minute they have pulled/cancelled the load from us with no TONU and saying that because we are associated with a brokerage they cannot do this load with us. We are a small family owned trucking company thats been in operation since 2010. All of our setup documents are for our CARRIER MC authority. We also provided them with Truck/trailer numbers, drivers cell number for tracking, we emailed them location pings from our e-logs and GPS, even sent them pictures of the truck as proof that we are an asset-based trucking company. Did not matter. American Logistics Group broker "Roman G" still insisted that they had to take the load away from us. Very unprofessional - do not book with them.

Booked a load through them just for it to get canceled after 2 hours of sitting on location due to "lack of materials". Which caused our company and my self to not only lose money, but stranded me in Texas over the weekend because it was now to late in the day to get anywhere to load.

Brokers that are pure fraud. Every comment is redundant. Fraudsters. Irresponsible, they don't answer when you have a problem. They leave you waiting. For any recommendation not to take loads from them. If it were possible to give zero, that's what I would give them.

CARRIERS BEWARE, DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THESE PEOPLE. AFTER DOING A OVERSIZE LOAD FOR THEM, PAYING PERMITS AND EVERYTHING OUT OF MY POCKET NOW THEY ARE PURPOSELY TRYING TO F W MY MONEY. NOT PAYING, DELAYING MY PAY. ORIGINALLY SAID THEY DO QP NOW THEY ARE SAYING ITS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND SINCE IM A NEW CARRIER TO THEM THEY WILL HOLD MY MONEY FOR 30 DAYS. A WEEK AFTER LOAD WAS DELIVERED NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR IN TRANSIT PICS AND ELD OR TRACKING DOWNLOADS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY W THIS BROKER.

Carries BEWARE!!! Indian scammers! Don’t get any loads from them, Harry Smith, obviously not real name. Probably Rakesh or Mohamed his real name. Never send rate con, threats and aggressive behavior. Do not book loads with them! They will lie you forever and never send you RC! Maybe better that I dont have that load because as I can see other reviews they also trying to cut and not pay! Peter Taylor is the one I spoke! Terrible service! I dont know who gave them a license for work!!!!

I've had a chance to book a very poor load out of FL to TX, we got to the delivery at 8am, with an apt for 10am. Didn't want to push anything, but after 11am and no people showing up, I told them what was going on. They (Oscar Otabek and some guy Ziyod, with no last name...) told me they reached out to the receiver. After 12pm I contacted them saying we're requesting detention, they only then reached out to them. No people at receiver, not even sure which dock do we have to go to, absolutely no help from them. They obviously do not care about drivers nor the carrier. It's now 3pm and we still have no movement, who knows how long its going to take...

This broker is careless about working ethic and will go with cheaper carrier after booking the load with a fair pay carrier. All they do is lie in your face that loads are cancelled . Do not trust them . Never ever book a load with them .

Worst broker . No reply to the emails . No response at all. I booked a load with Chris and Blake . All the information about the pickup and delivery was wrong. Took 5 hours to load. When we went to the receiver they said it was scheduled for delivery yesterday and then rescheduled for today at 11.30. I was told the appointment is at 8.30 . Took 5 hours to unload. No detention nothing at all. Very unprofessional staff . Don’t trust them at all.

We paid air ticket, drug test and he never showed up! Once he finished drug test we were discussing details about organization of his arrival that he had confirmed a moment ago, and than all of the sudden he postponed it for the next day. We bought an air ticket after he had confirmed it, but he didn't show up at the airport and he wasn't answering our calls and messages in the morning. Later during the day he asked us to book another flight, claiming that he was at the airport when we texted him that we are about to cancel air ticket. That was a lie - air ticket wasn't refundable and couldn't be canceled. Also, at that time check-in was already finished!

Doesn't know the job, he stopped by the house loaded and disappeared no call no texts no response.

ok driver while driving, but always complaining about loads. Always not happy, refuses loads. dont waste your time. Only lasted a few weeks before quitting.

Worked for us for 2 days only and stole the tarps from the trailer. Did one load and came empty to the yard, left the truck, and quit. Also said that he is not tarping anymore and this job is not for him.

Darnel proved to be a highly unreliable and problematic driver, irresponsibly abandoning our trailer in a remote area, causing considerable financial loss. His demeanor was consistently contentious, demanding unwarranted payments, and his interactions were marked by unprofessionalism, severely disrupting team harmony.

This driver started with our truck and then gave it to an unauthorized person to drive it instead. We found out about it after he got a very bed inspection. He 3 bed inspections in just a month and damaged our truck and the company score completely STAY AWAY!!!
