Not serious, scammer. We both him flight ticket, after landing he stopped answering our calls.

Purchased a flight a week in advance. Asked if he is good for a flight a day before, he confirmed. an hour before flight he vanished. No respond to calls or messages. We could not get over $300 refunded.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional company. Booked load with Tyler M. He promised me he will pay detention at the shipper. I spent there 12 hours and now he is refusing to send me new revised rate sheet with extra money on it for every hour I was there. He gave me 100$ and told be I should be happy because his boss didnt want to give me anything. Also they never picks up the phone. Always on hold. Why no one is working there? DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THEM. I have everything proven in my emails and still got screwed by them. Because companies like that people go out of business!

YOU WILL REGRET HAULING FOR THIS COMPANY! They post the cheapest freight, they do not answer the phone if you have a problem with a load you happen to book with them, they are not professional at all! We had a 4pm appointment and did not get loaded until the following day and it we had to finally copy the CEOs of the company in order to get our well deserved layover money! They do not follow up on emails unless you copy their management, the brokers are rude and do not work with you when you have a problem (and I have had a problem on the only two loads we ran for them). I don't understand how a company so large can operate the way they do, maybe they should stick to just making beverages because they suck at logistics

Absolutely terrible company to work with. They lie about the appointment times. You will sit there for hours waiting to get loaded or unloaded. They will not answer the phone and will not reply to your emails. The way they communicate is very unprofessional.

Same problem as everyone else no detention paid. People who work their have no knowledge about logistics and respect to people. They do mistakes and play stupid. If we do a mistake or run late they just love to charge us but when they do that it is fine with them. Business like this are a shame to some good companies over there. Guys sometimes it is not worth it, even in a big need to take load from this company.

Never do business with this company. lie about pick up times. then do not pay detention. when they nees updates even with macropoint keep calling and bothering dispatch and drivers for no reason but when times comes to pay detention the all company disappeared and no one is willing to compansate specialy with thise people

DO NOT USE AS A FREIGHT BROKER !!! SENDING ON MISSED DELIVERIES ON PURPOSE, YOU FIND AN ANSWER AFTER 3 DAYS SITTING WITHOUT NEW APPT !

Folks, if you like to get paid for load this is not company to haul for..... You will get your rate deducted for smallest things .... Just stay away as far as you can....

Left the company after the major accident which he caused. Said that he just taking home time but never returned to work. Don't trust this guy.

Very nice and polite over the phone trough hiring process. Was approved with her husband, plane tickets were purchased. Once they came to the office, her attitude switched around 180 degrees. She started demanding food, asking for hotel room, telling us that she does not want to be in orientation, because her time is money. This morning we had to go recover our truck in truck stop, because she suddenly remembered that she needs to be home every friday ( we are OTR company, and it was explained to her 3 weeks on/4 days home,\ and she agreed to that). WOULD NEVER HIRE HER AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Got caught recording the conversation with me while he was trying to lure me talking about the logbooks and how the government is trying to bring us all down and how we need to fix the logs in order to make money before even getting hired... Dosn't know how to use emails or how to send bill of ladings, extremely slow dude. Let him stay in a truck a day on a parking and had to let him go,also said he drives up to 500 miles a day. Beware of this driver, i would not recommend him

Driver did a drug test, and never heard from him after that. If considering to hire, make him pay the drug test himself.

Drove teams with her husband Dale Robert Kozlowski, she ran the show, both very difficult to communicate. As a team they managed to be late on loads that gave plenty of time to make it on point deliveries. They always assume that someone is trying to screw them over and in doing so any little hiccup turns into them bolting home and holding equipment hostage. Do not waste your time with these 2, they are past their prime when it comes to work ethics. Currently equipment is being held hostage.

He went home, and decided to not come back. He abandoned the truck in TX in a parking lot , truck was not safe. He did not want to collaborate with us to give us the truck key back.Poor attitude towards all the departments in the company.

Abandoned the units in Houston, TX. Was always rude and unprofessional. Despite all the issues that he caused, he is now threatening the company that he will damage any of our trucks he sees!!!

I was working with this driver for over 2 months, was really into the company, first Orientation that was scheduled after the hiring process had been completed he missed the appointment and told me to push the dates forward for him. Next Orientation scheduled I did not book as he was unreliable after the first instance, to my surprise the second one had to get pushed as well. 3rd Chance I had to re-do the whole hiring process and renew records, he gave me high hopes and even booked his own flight, upon arrival he mentioned he got his own Uber to get to our Orientation but then requested a Uber to get to us as he made a mistake on the address even though I specified many times before the exact location. The requested Uber location was another company which obviously wouldn't take him on board and he tried to use us as a 3rd, maybe 4th option after no one hired him. Hire at your own risk, wouldn't recommend spending budget on this driver, unreliable and does not communicate properly, OTR would more than likely be a problem for dispatchers as well.

Finished the hiring process and disappeared without any explanation. Time and resource waster.

Horrible experience... very first load, driver simply abandoned loaded trailer, bobtailed home, stole our ELD and tablet. ABSOLUTE BAD HIRE!

Drove for us for 4 weeks. Was doing pretty decent at first, however he abandoned the equipment without any notice. Was impossible to get a hold of him - no contact whats so ever. Wouldnt recommend to hire if you are not willing to pay recovery fees :)

Don’t waste your time and money on this person! Not a working person!! After we agreed on his special needs, after we spend money on drug test and flight ticket he informed us that he is not able to come because of his wife accident just couple of hours before his flight.
