  1. Stay Far away from this driver. Worked for two months with the company and even company tried couple times getting him out of negative and motivating driver to perform, nothing helped. In two months only couple on times deliveries, SUPER BAD communication. TRUCK abandonment in MEMPHIS, left company with HUGE NEGATIVE.
  2. He was given brand new Truck (2023 KW T680 G2) and equipment. His production was a little below average yet he seemed professional and to have good communication overall. He requested 2 weeks off. Arter the 2 weeks went by, he would not answer any calls or texts for a few days. 4 days after the date he was supposed to report back to duty, he texted he had a better job offer and that he was already working elsewhere. Truck was left abandoned in a truck stop in Houston, TX, 1100 miles away from the Terminal.
  3. This driver is mentally unstable. Do not waste your time, i am honestly surprised that he has not made the top list on here. He has replaced around 30 companies in the past 2 yrs. I believe. He will argue about everything, nothing is good for him. He will argue with every division in the company from accounting to dispatch, to safety. He is mentally unstable and only there is his way. Stay away at all costs, do not waste your time unless you want to regret it.
  4. Don't hire him. he is unprofessional, he can't drive miles. he left the truck with damages and was unreported. he is always complaining about everything. he is waste of time and money
  5. NOT ELIGIBLE, Accident DUI with truck (not under dispatch), while on home time. 3 injured, Arrested, in jail.
  6. Reason: Irresponsible behavior. Left truck and loaded trailer unattended, resulting in theft of our trailer and cargo. Eligible for rehire: NO
  7. He refuses loads, refuses to drive, abandoned the truck. Advice. not to hire this driver!!!
  8. After only 2,3 days spent in the company, this driver abandoned our truck in the middle of nowhere. We paid for his plain ticket, hotel, drug test and Uber, and we never heard a word from him. Do not hire!
  9. The driver had an issue with the owner of the truck and he literally just left the reefer without fuel close to his home. After a couple of days, we got a call that he hit somebody on the truck stop. He never reported it. He is not somebody who is grateful, he just looks like that until the first stop. Be aware!
  10. Abanded our truck , left without notice
  11. At first the driver seemed like good person and a good drivers. But that changed quick! he became to be the worst driver we ever had. On his first load he managed to get out of service violation on his logs and got put to sleep for 10 hours. He drove for 2 hours with no time left on his log. After that he called us and quit the company. He left the truck with a loaded trailer at the weight station in the middle of no where in North Platte NE. You can only imagine what he put us thru. I would not wish this to my worst enamine. I'm sure karma will get him one day. DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER!!!
  12. Abandoned the truck 40 miles away from our yard. He said he is coming back in couple of days. In couple of days he was 2000 miles away from truck. Will ask for cash advances until you get to the point he will own you money. Broke some panels in the truck. We’re strong odor in the truck that we ware firing for 4 days.
  13. Extremely rude driver. Cursing, doesn't accept loads and argues about the loads, and doesn't make money on the road because he does not communicate with the dispatch. We switched a couple of trucks, and we accommodated the driver as much as we could but he still is not happy with the 2024 year truck. He came back to our company yard on empty miles. We needed to let him go since he was refusing well-paid loads and was trying to drive on empty miles. Not for re-hire, we just wasted time.
  14. If you want to work in vain and pull your hair in the process, then go ahead and consider this driver. Usually, one recruiter is responsible for each driver but this man had two recruiters explaining every single little thing many times over. At the very end, we somehow managed to collect the paperwork and did the plates only for him to accuse everyone of not explaining some specifics (which we did many times as stated before, he also received everything in writing more than twice). He said he'd think about it but it's clear he's denied for life. The whole ordeal took weeks and this was just the icing on the cake. This man cost us time and money, he's the definition of a waste of time.
  15. James kept stealing fuel. We noticed that after just one week his fuel usage was unusually high. We tried addressing the issue, but he just kept doing what he was doing, saying that the truck has issues. He also had a really bad attitude and kept arguing and talking back no matter who called him or what the question was. And to put a cherry on top, he was late to every single pickup and delivery, guess he was too busy selling fuel to worry about the job duties itself. We had to involve the police to kick him out because he threatened to take the truck and sell it into parts...
  16. ABANDONED TRUCK IN TEXAS
  17. mentaly unstable person. One day he wants to drive another he said he had issues at home .After start asked to swing by house to pick some stuff and kept our truck for 2 weeks.Changed his mind 10 times and finnaly disconected his phone !!!! Another time waster!!its hard to understand why they go thru drug test and all process just to take truck and sit home !!!!!!!
  18. Driver abandoned the truck in Florida, very poor performance, we had times when it takes him 2 weeks to deliver 1 load. Not answering the phone to no one. Would not recommend hiring him.
  19. Driver came to the office and wasted two days for all involved. We paid for 2 hotels nights, drug test, and provided driver with a company car. During those two days he used company resources to find another job. Dennis disconnected car’s GPS so he wouldn’t get tracked. When he was supposed to go to pick up the load – he disappeared and later answered his phone and said he took a different job.
  20. Worked for a week or two. Suddenly started to act weird. One day just turned off the log book for few days, and started to drive in a different direction from his destination. At the end left the loaded trailer and truck in North Dakota. We had to pay for recovery and late charge fee for the load.
  21. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER! We waited for him to start 2 weeks, because had a family emergency. When he came everything was fine, we booked him his first load and he started, the load was with a strict appointment ( he knows about it ) and he went there 6 hours earlier, and started complaining that he has to wait. He had very disrespectful and rude behavior against our team. After all, he said that he will continue driving and the story ended with driving empty to FL, stopping picking up his phone. Some time later he texted us to extort money or he will abandon the equipment. Very arrogant and cheeky person!
  22. She worked for us for about 5 months as Lease to purchase and when she came for the first time she was so nice and polite. During her 5 months working with us she has changed 4 dispatchers and no dispatcher was good enough for her. She was constantly arguing with Brokers, Shippers, Receivers and dispatchers. She was also constantly being late for PU and Del and couldn't drive for more that 3 constant days all the time some excuses for some family obligations. Then she was complaining how she is not making enough money. She is from SC and she was only asking for the loads near her house from NJ - FL and in states between. And when we asked her why she doesn't drive more miles and more constantly to make bigger checks she would reply I have a life outside trucks. She drove 2023 almost brand new truck and didn't have any issues with it until few days ago. Some lights for ABS, TCS came on the dash while she was loaded and she took truck to the dealer. Truck was done with repairs and she kept promising she is going to deliver next 2 days and she just send us message how she is not going to drive this truck anymore and started accusing us of some insane things. We sent our driver to recover the truck & trailer and to deliver load when he got to there trailer tire was detached from the rim and truck was dirty with a lot of dog hairs. She asked for newest truck possible and on the end she has abandoned loaded truck & trailer so be aware if you will hire her! There is another review for Djuan Holland just 1 day is off from her birthdate so we believe that is her as well.
  23. the driver used the truck and trailer for personal use, did severe damage to a business property, severe damage to the trailer, dropped the trailer on the middle of a road, drove bobtail and then abandoned the truck on a different location. Didn't tell any of that, but called to ask for cash advance. Also, he had cargo claim on the second load he started with us, and we were having hard time reaching him on the phone. He is always using the same excude that he is having family issues. On the place where he did property damage they had camera and the way he was just running over the curb and damaging the asphalt is proof how he doesn't care. Even if you are desperate for driver you shouldn't be hiring this one. This driver should not be allowed near truck ever again!
  24. You don't need this "turtle" in your fleet to loose you money.
