They do not pay detention-12 hours at the pick up and no detention paid.I booked a load with them that supposed to be ready at 4 pm- I arrived 3 hours earlier at the pick up.Load got ready at midnight and I was loaded at 1am.They were notified every 2 hours about load not being ready and they just told me to be patient.After when the delivery was done ,they said that this facility is FCFS and they do not pay any detention which is ridiculous.

These guys will ignore your emails and phone calls after promised detention. Cameron Atkinson is mainly the idiot im talking about here

People who don’t stick to their promises. And are not respectful to their clients.

Terrible company STAY AWAY VERY RUDE AND BAD PEOPLE. If you are a carrier DO NOT book a load they will waste your time will agree on price then will look for cheaper option and will delay as long is possible. If you are shipper even worst to go with them they do not care your load to get into hands of good and reliable carrier but would give to any one just so they can keep bigger bite if the rate for them this way your load is in huge risk. They are BIG TIME LYERS.!!!

Sent us the wrong rate confirmation, went to pick up and it was for the next day, when asked for a TONU they insulted and threatened us.

Very rude and unprofessional broker if you think you can curse at and constantly call drivers and try to charge 300 dollar late fees and 300 tracking fee deductions off of rate

Carriers, Drivers, Shippers STAY AWAY from this company. Unprofessional lying company in every way. We booked load with Trent Williams, came at shipper on time, load wasn't ready and this broker refused to pay us TONU.

Even if you give updates all day long and you deliver on time with clean bills, they will charge you $300 for not using macropoint. Total scam!

Total waste of time! Driver worked with us for two weeks, then all of the sudden ripped out ELD, stopped answering his phone and drove truck and trailer on his own across USA. DO NOT HIRE

We made agreement to show up on Sunday, we purchased the ticket and he didn't show up on airplane and after that he didn't respond on the phone.

Did one load and quit, we had to recover the truck.

Driver is a scammer.. He is all talk and no work.. Always late, rejecting loads.. And since he got fired after two weeks he decided to tell that we didn't pay him, so police had to take care of him and his acusations.. AVOID him

Driver came in and first month we get a message from his dad that he is in Jail. We helped get him out, we gave him a second chance thinking he would be grateful. In total he was with us for 4 months. We get a call yesterday that he is not leaving the company and that he is not returning the truck to our yard in Chicago IL. He lives in Rural Mississippi. Just like that. We had to get flight to another driver, a Greyhound bus and then a private taxi just to get to his house and retrieve the Abandoned truck. He Abandoned our truck even after we helped him get out of Jail. This was our experience, next company take note.

Zaidoon is very unprofessional. We covered his plane ticket from Seattle, Washington, to Chicago, with the understanding that he would join our team and abide by our agreed-upon terms and company policies. However, during orientation, he showed a lack of understanding of our offer and ultimately chose not to commence work. Don't waste your time with this unreliable guy.

After getting $300 airplane ticket for this guy he said that he could not board the flight because he didn't have $40 to pay for his bag (there was carry on included and he knew that), but also he could have called and told us that and not just waist our money. (if he went to the airport at all)

Lorenzo worked for us around four weeks. In this short time he damaged our trailer and then abandoned our equipment in CA. Would not recommend this driver.

Quit under dispatch!! Were late to load, refusing to answer the phone to his dispatch day before, later requesting day off via text message, then abandoned loaded trailer. Resigned no notice.

Left the company without notice, didn't return equipment. Tried to get money from the insurance with scam schemes.
