Big time scam , waste our time and money , communication was ok , he did Hair drug test , DOT pre employment , we got him airplane ticket to get to our yard , last day he vanish .. Avoid this driver , WASTE OF TIME , SCAM , ..

Driver does what he wants and when he wants. Took extensive breaks without even notifying us first. Major attitude issues, talking to him doesn't go anywhere. Got a $100 parking ticket that he was fighting us on because according to him company needs to pay for this parking ticket. Waste of time.

Put this guy on hiring process. Stalled for 2 days to come back from hotel, explained about issues and that he needs advance. He's prohibited in clearinghouse, lied pretty mutch trying to live of the cash advances.

He stole our truck and didn't answered the phone

We paid him a flight ticket, he never showed up.

In the beginning got tested positive on the drug testing and we did mistake by giving him a chance .. ended up running away with a truck and we needed to call the cops to bring the truck back

AVOID AT ANY COSTS!!! Seems to be a nice and responsible person, however he is a BIG LIAR, asking for advances from day one, he will do a couple loads for you and then pretend sick or any other family issues but to stay home and not to go work before another advance. Finally abounded truck in Indianapolis (currently lives there) HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS DRIVER!!!

Took the new from our terminal. Was really hard to get in touch with them (driving as a team with his wife AMY), not picking up their phones. 9 out of 10 times late at deliveries, very bad communication. The last thing before firing them was leaving the shipper without getting loaded which cost us getting in to DNU list.

The driver always had bad attitude he did not want to comply with HOS Rules and regulations. Driver lied to the company that he will go and pick up the load and he drew empty without company approval back to Chicago. He left the truck and company without two weeks notice.

HE DITCHED THE TRUCK AND TRAILER IN OHIA. HAD TO FLY A DRIVER OUT TO PICK IT UP. STAYS HOME MORE THAN AUTHORIZED.

Worked for us over a year ago and we were his first company. Picked him up for, a sober living home, but he passed his drug test, Richard lies ALOT, never makes it on time to deliveries and is too much drama.

Stay away!!! Always late, turn off phone and don't asnwer days. Keep Truck loaded 10 days in MA, threatening that he is gonna damage load and turn off reefer if we don't send him advance. Alwayas some family emergencies, advances all the time. On the end when we manage with him somehow to deliver the load and leave the truck, another driver pick up truck with 6000$ damage on truck and trailer. Do not want this guy in your company!!!

Signed on to be leased owner operator 2022 Freightliner Cascadia, drove 3 weeks figured its not for him one whole week was making excuses not to drive and once he recieved his paycheck, abruptly returned the truck to Chicago without 2 weeks notice, left the truck on the middle of the yard blocking 9 other trucks all night with windows open, took fuel card and truck book. Good luck if you hire him.

Take care with this driver!! He did 2 drug test we where keeping the truck reserved for him for one month, the first time he did not appeared at all with plane ticket bough and the second time he came with all of his family said I will be right back and never showed up. We spent a lot of money with the hiring process and all of he was doing was lying to us. As well we was asking one of our recruiters to send a picture from her.. Just stay away....

drove team with his friend Joel, they got paid top rates over what anyone else is making ,brand new 2022 truck and trailer,multiple speeding tickets and not accepting responsibility no matter what he does. At the end they didn't secured an valuable load ,did damage to a trailer and told us ''they can go work for anyone /anytime'' and just left

complaining non stop ,wants new truck /specific loads and to be paid on the miles she calculates on google maps. Doesn't want to go outside of the truck if it is raining or do any work without be paid .Left without notice

We bought a plane ticket for him, everything was fine. He never showed up. He didn't even call us to tell us, hey guys; I have found a new company, please cancel the plane ticket...That was so unprofessional. If you want to risk, it is your call.

Beware alcoholic! He was avoiding phone calls and did not reply to dispatcher, so we called Kansas State Troopers and they arrested him for DUI. He was drinking in the truck for several days. A lot of empty bottles in the truck. Truck towed $3100 towing bill. Seal broken 2 pallets missing, cargo claim. Who is so brave to hire Jujuan?

Waste of so much time and money. NOT reliable. He kept saying he really needs the job, he is a runner, good driver etc. He missed first flight and then came with a second one and disappears. Never answered after. BE CAREFUL WITH HIM. NOT RECOMENDED

A total waste of time. Another King of Africa. He owns your company not the other way. You give him truck and watch him... do nothing. Can't go there, won't go there, too heavy, too hard to back in, bad GPS, need new one, want to go there, no changed my mind, won't go there. Want to spend couple days trying to get a perfect load for this company driver and watch him find another excuse to not to take it, than he is the driver you are looking for.

Absolutely mentally ill person. Since day one threats to all office members, constantly missing miles no matter what you do and try to help him, constant threats with IRS, DOT, lawyers. Changes his mind on a minute basis, does not remember what he said 5 minutes ago. Mentally unstable, I would say he even can not be driving a semi truck because he is a threat to any community while is on the road!!! Beware and avoid this person at any cost!
