  1. Booked for orientation, took the ticket as a free pass and never showed up. Unreliable and a waste of time and money.
  2. Here's a heads up about the driver we recently had on our team - Jean Baptiste Brecheneve. His performance was less than stellar. In fact, it was downright terrible.First of all, this driver has a habit of lying coooonstantly, incredibly poor communication skills. He doesn't answer his phone, and not just for a few days - we're talking weeks without any notice or explanation, not answering his dispatcher. This driver has a very aggressive attitude and thinks he can make decisions without consulting anyone else: dispatcher, owner, safety. He has proven to be reckless on the road, getting into multiple incidents, violations: seat belt, cell phone. He hit a parked truck and tried to deny it was his fault. On top of that, he drove the wrong way on more than one occasion and managed to get stuck in mud twice, refusing to take responsibility for the tow truck expenses. He was following too close and struck a car and the owner, who had disabilities, ended up getting cited.Abandoned our loaded truck and didn't bother returning it. Gets into fights all the time and threatens he is leaving the equipment on the shoulder, on the highway, and refuses to drive. To put it bluntly, this driver is rude and disrespectful. I strongly recommend staying away from them if you value your time, money, and sanity.
  3. Driver took a truck home to Florida, indicated he would be home for 2 weeks. Turns out he never answered our phone calls or text messages and abandoned a truck and trailer full of cockroaches.
  4. If you see this guys name appear on the application for employment, run! He sounded amazing at first: willing to work, wanted to drive as much as he can, needs to make money…. Until he got into the truck and drove few states away, then he stole a truck under a load. We called the police, they stopped him in the middle of a highway, he said he missed his turn (at that point a couple of turns and a dozen unanswered calls from a dispatcher ), police officer let him go under one condition: that he delivers the load, he obeyed, or that’s what we think he did. Then started running away again threatening that we need to bend over because he is seriously going to f-us! We called the police again and kicked him out of the truck in the middle of the highway and put him into jail.
  5. Darontae have driven for us for 4 weeks and he went home to go on vacation for 7 days. After those days passed we tried to reach him and he said he is not done with his summer activities. We looked the GPS location on truck & trailer come to find out he removed GPS device from under the dashboard and removed GPS from trailer. We called police to check the location of the truck & trailer and they confirmed to us that neither truck nor trailer are there on last location by both GPS. Darontae have stolen the truck & trailer and he is still not responsive. Truck is almost brand new 2023 Volvo. We are filling police report this week and we need to go thru a lot of hoops and who knows if we will ever recover truck and trailer. Stay away from this guy as you see what you can expect from him!
  6. DON'T HIRE THIS DRIVER! Didn't do PTI at all, All the time he was late on the pick up/ delivery, no communication with dispatch at all, very rude and uneducated. When he got a 2 week termination notice began to blackmail that he would leave the truck. After that, it was hard to get the truck back. Inside the truck looks like a garbage box. Waste of time and money!

Waste of time. Did a drug test and was ready to start. Came to the truck, started negotiating pay when it was already finalized a day before. He said he'll think about it. Called later said he's coming next day to start. Next day arrived and guess what? He says he's not gonna start. Would not recommend this driver at all.
  8. Very Cooperative
  9. Stole our truck. Police was involved. Stay away not stable personality.
  10. This driver applied to us as an oven operator, he asked for registration and that he would call when we complete the employment procedure. After a few days, we called him more than 10 times and he always asked us to send a package to his address, which we did not do because he did not want to come to the office. A few days ago, we received a report that he had an accident and that he reported that he was driving for our company, which is not true. He never received our equipment and this will be handed over to our lawyers. This driver is a fraud and a thief. Luckily, we didn't send him the package with the contract, eld, and sings over mail , as he insisted.
  11. Worked well, but after having some home abandoned the truck out of state.
  12. This driver is mentally damaged,he abandoned loaded truck at his home in SC and refused to return with no reason,we have to go and pick our truck by ourselves, and after he asked for a paychek DO NOT HIRE !
  13. Below average. Problematic.
  14. dropped our equipment
  15. A very irresponsible driver who likes to talk a lot and does nothing. He does not take care of the vehicle and its maintenance and he likes to lie. I would not recommend this driver to anyone.

This driver stole our equipment , didn't answer our calls. We have to call police to stop this driver from running away from us. Please do not hire this driver. Really bad experience with him.
  17. In order to be a truck driver, you don’t need to be a doctor of science. In order to be a truck driver, only few crucial skills are required: you need to be trustworthy, reliable and willing to work hard. Well, we didn’t get that far with Kirus. He was looking for a job to start ASAP, was so eager to work (at least over the phone), only one obstacle - no money for a plane ticket. We were really straight forward explaining our we don’t buy plane tickets for potential candidate policy, but he insisted that he would not let us down. So recruiting team convinced management to make an exception, only to find out that he played us pretty well as he never showed up at the airport and never answered his phone again. Wondering what would happen if he actually showed up?! To all trucking companies: Please learn from our mistake and don’t get fooled.
  18. Do not hire! The most difficult individual I’ve dealt in 4 years of driver recruiting. Always complains. Doesn’t want to perform his duties like bringing the truck into a shop for regular maintenance. Asks money for everything. Doesn’t show respect to the company and it’s policies and procedures. Doesn’t stay on the road for more than 10 days. Plans vacations without approval. I suspect he drove hung over. Has a tendency to always speed. And here’s the last one: drove over 60 mph downhill on the California to Oregon border pass on I 5 and his brand new trailer got on fire! Trailer destroyed, load destroyed! He refused to take responsibility and pay the deductibles for physical damage and cargo threatening to call the DOT. Then he hired a swindler who started blackmailing us through emails. Horrible experience. This guy doesn’t deserve another chance because he’s extremely dangerous.
  19. Asked for loan of $800, took the money and abandoned loaded truck
  20. After he was fired, he started insulting and threatening us etc.
  21. After home time wont leave home easy , ignoring calls and texts , drove truck Empty from Columbus OH to Romeoville IL abandoned truck at the our yard - newer answered phone or text , has some kind off issues
  22. Abandoned truck with a load, left trash, open food, used condoms all over the inside of the truck. Do not hire under any circumstances.
  23. Driver asked for a $1000 cash advance which was already suspicious, and after couple days on the weekend he left truck with loaded trailer and told that he has family emergency and went home. After checking his expenses we found out that he stole fuel worth of $2500 from our fuel cards and left the truck dry empty.
  24. This guys has big issues, he will text you long messages about how terrible his life is and his wife is sick, so you can send him some cash advance to get home from previous job etc... Don't waste your time or believe any word this guy will say.
  25. He abdoned truck on parking lot in FL
