  1. This driver came home started asking for money to be released or else he was going to hold the truck hostage, luckily we moved quick and got the truck and trailer secured so he would not be able to take possession of the equipment. He did walk away with some of the companies belongings but at least the equipment was saved. I would not hire this driver again.
  2. Always complains and has a very annoying and lazy attitude. Abandoned our truck in Chicago, took the mattress with him, came with an OOS tire. He claims he is a hard worker, but none of that is true. He wants to only stay in the GA area and wants to be home every week which we did not agreed on when he started driving. He would curse and complain about everything.
  3. the guy just left our company he was driving Volvo VNL670 2020 he got small cat with him in the truck the cat piss all over the truck and there was sand all over, the seats, the floor the cushions for the lower bed it is all ruined
  4. Driver like this, who can talk eng
  5. was begging for job , passed drug test , asked to consent clearinghouse and disappeared , see on records previous drugs problems , wasted time and few dollars , but guy not eligible to hire anymore
  6. Droped truck with no notice . Never listens to his dispatcher . Does what ever he wants when ever he wants .

  8. this guy came in our company worked here 1 week, got his 1st check and abandoned the truck. His previous employer share same experience
  9. Drove for us back in 2019 for about 5 mo,started good for the first few months but after was all downhill -bad communication/log book violations/late for pick up and deliveries .At the end abandoned truck,my guess is that drugs are involved and thus he changed
  10. started as a team with his brother (Spencer Chappell) and from first week the issues begin- lack of communication/refusing to pick up loads because'' the shipper is racist" ,then had an wrong turn in NJ and knocked down power lines in a residential street -after that without authorization drove 500miles and parked the truck on a truck stop in Jacksonville, told us he has Coronavirus and have to go to a hospital ..
  11. Driver threatened to shoot up the office, had to call police, held load hostage, and dropped trailer. Very sketchy guy.
  12. Not serious driver, jumping from a company to another one, stood at the hotel over weekend from the company pocket , after that he changed his mind.
  13. Terrible driver. Records are good, but his attitude. Please be aware
  14. He said he went home to rest, disappeared for 3 days, it turned out that the truck was in the towing company, he himself was in a psycho hospital, from where he was brought from prison, received a ticket for driving in alcoholic intoxication.
  15. The driver threatened to hold the truck hostage and demanded a ransom of $2,500 otherwise he is going to pursue legal action - we informed our legal team and they were eager to take on the case and see who's in the wrong. The following day the driver changed his mind and was eager to bring back the equipment - which he returned after business hours, dropped it in the middle of terminal blocking docks, and other OTR driver's resting there for the night. Has attitude problems.
  16. drove for us for three weeks and abandoned the truck once he was near his house. doesn't know how to adjust tandems or do simple math to adjust weight on cat scale. horrible with eld does whatever he wants. him leaving was the best thing for us.
  17. bad driver, wasted time, complains only, asking just more $$$ but dont wanna drive
  18. My friend told me about the terrible experience of cooperation of one company with this driver. He started his first day of work by damaging the trailer. Then he had multiple accidents: stuck in the ice, bent the wheel disk, hit another trailer and scratched it a lot while docking the trailer, got a ticket for an overweight violation (btw, this fact was hidden by him), failed to report multiple issues which were actually were happening on the truck and trailer, it was just a total mess (repair cost was $3000). He is selfish, thinking that he is the cleverest, non-reliable, calling 999 times a day, mostly without reason, blaming you for all troubles and sins on Earth. He likes to talk much, more than really doing something. More talking than working. He is not thinking about cooperation with the company and dispatchers but only about himself and his own comfort. He wants more miles, but then he is exhausted and tired and you MUST treat him as a human being. He was doing a lot of things that he wasn't allowed to do (leaving the truck and taking a day off without the owner's approval, leaving the place of accident not informing the company, not informing the company about his violation...). Lastly, he tries to judge the company in court because he is thinking that he was terminated unfairly. I will never recommend him to anyone. Please, avoid him, save your time and nerves!
  19. I would give - 5 stars for him worked 2 weeks, demanded money, got a big advance. started to drinking, threatened finally we picked abandoned truck. inside cleaning of the truck needed to be done with hazmat suits
  20. The driver did a few loads , went home, didnt returned truck. Texted " Come and get it" walking trouble.
  21. He went through the hiring process and we holded the truck for over 2 weeks for him to find out after that that he is no longer interested....
  22. Was a good driver at first, but changes after a month never enough money left our company 3 times and came back. the last time he forgot to set the brakes when exiting the truck rolls into the ditch causing $9000 damage then we give him another brand new truck to drive and abandons the truck middle of the night no call no answer. may be getting to old for this industry
  23. Bad communication. Always late for deliveries.
  24. Vanchez is totally unreliable and not punctual. His trailer got towed and he break one door. When he decided to split ways with us he owed us almost 3000$ and he declined to complete last load and to do usual notice period. This was second bad experience with him, first time he bailed on us 1 day before arrival. I wouldn't rehire him.
  25. Never Hire this driver....asking for advances more than he drives...works a week and drops truck...waste of time... abandoned truck in KY next to home!!!
