Good personality, always talking to dispatch, had a problem with using personal conveyance everyday no reason. When decided to quit no 2 weeks notice was given and told going for personal reasons for a week home. Later started to demand about paycheck as we do have one week on hold. Didn't end very well, was hiding that he is leaving the company.

Had a couple of sleepless weeks with this driver. He was making up stories to get cash advances. "Someone stole his wallet" twice same week... Held truck as a hostage...ect. To avoid issues, pass on him.

Do not hire this driver !!! He will sound nice, and look nice and be silent. He won't ask much, He won't require much. But after 3 to 4 weeks of driving he will suddenly leave your truck in middle of nowhere, Sell couple hundred gallons of fuel to somebody, And he won't deliver you a load he was on. That's what he did to me without one single reason. Without warning. We did not have any problem between. And he was paid good, and had a good truck and trailer.
