late on every load, arguing and threatening dispatch, disconnecting logbook and abandon loaded truck and got towed away

Stay away from this guy! Started working with us and from day one complained about every little thing. He was complaining about the windshield wiper and we told him we will replace them as soon as his is done with the load.Instead , he abondoned the truck,and ripped fuel lines and elec installaions and everything he could get his hands on. Damages on the truck $4000, and he only drove one or two loads with us.

Worst driver ever. At best will drive 1700 miles a week. always asking for cash advances for home bills. Took 600 in advance while he was home and abandoned the truck in Park Hills, MO. Finds excuses why not to drive. took upon himself to call road service to his truck to change 4 tires while the ones on the truck were good. thanks to road service guy that called us to let us know

Horible brokerage. Have no idea what they are booking/selling. Comunication over google translate. Fishing /selling loads that they have no idea will ever be unloaded. They don't have even an idea if their load is drop trailer or not. So far sitting already 2 weeks with the load sold as a firm LIVE UNLOAD. Comunication :0 ; Incompetence : 100+

I called on the posted load 3 times and was hanging and waiting to talk to someone for up to 10 minutes each time. Finally, on 3rd attempt, the guy picked up and said that he can't use me because my company address is a virtual address and they will not use me and will not be able to help to resolve that. He refused to give me a phone number for the compliance department so I at least can try to resolve this. We moved to our current address about 18 months ago, I have been putting 10-14 hours 6 days a week ever since in this office and they just blame us that the address is not real. One of the weirdest experiences that I ever had in the past 7 years in the industry.

Such a useless and time wasting company please stay away and also abusing when you are trying to book a load or on a load with them. Stay away and keep your MC safe.

Booked a load with Andrew Haddix to pick up on Friday by 11 pm FCFS, the driver arrived at 7 pm, the shipper said they won't load him until Saturday. Andrew said will submit a request for layover and a few days later the account manager A.J. Sheets, refused to pay layover because we told them ETA of 6-6:30, and the driver arrived at 7:00 pm, even though they said shipping is by 11 pm. Of course we tried reaching them many times and AJ is just ignoring our phone calls. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company! They do not care about the drivers, they can not keep their promises.

Booked a load with them truck was at the shipper for over 6 hours. After so many emails and calls they said it was a work-in load and did not pay us any detention. The RC clearly shows 10am to 2300. Do not waste your time with this brokerage.

Not a bad guy but his willingness to work is questionable. Disconnects logbook sometimes when he needs to go somewhere. Always knows better what to do, making problems out of nothing and it's hard to find a dispatch for him. Hire at you own risk.

We bought him a ticket to come to Chicago and he never showed up. Stopped answering the phone and blocked us. He probably used the ticket to go to a different company. Stay away!

Driver did only 2 loads. Was late on delivery app on Friday. Rescheduled app for Monday. For the weekend he asked me $1200 for his downtime lol. Rude, 0 tolerance. Dropped the trk in Daytona Beach, FL. DO NOT HIRE.

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS DRIVER! Abandoned the truck. Before that he disconnected the trailer and it got stolen!

Don't see that this guy is a veteran, he is continuously disobeying orders and has a poor work ethic. The guy worked for us for a few days and significantly damaged a trailer. Moreover, we lost 2 brokers because he rejected a load that he had accepted before. As a result - freight guard report. The guy uses trash language (pure dirty talk with multiple F-words) and argues with everybody. He has an anger management problem and act strange. In addition, when we told him that the company driver can't reject a load, he decided to quit without notice. Told us that he would drive empty 500 miles to his hometown and drop a truck there. We told him that he needed to return a truck under our contract. And he told us that it's not going to happen. Finally, he left it at a truck stop and we need to find someone to recover it.

DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Took truck hostage, made huge damage on the truck. Destroyed all interior in the truck and broke all lights and windows. He left us red rose in the truck. Broke transmission shifter so we can not drive the truck away. He put a lot of sugar in fuel tanks. He lives in St Lous, MO and calling from phone number 618 301 0824 do not hire!

ABANDONED TRUCK AND TRAILER UNDER LOAD. This driver was very difficult to work with from the start. He is very slow to reply to daily work related communication. Often not even responding until you call and text multiple times. Very unreliable with on time pick ups and deliveries.

DO NOT HIRE! THIS DRIVER STOLE A BRAND NEW TRUCK ON A FIRST LOAD! DID NOT EVEN DELIVER THE FREIGHT. ABANDONED TRAILER. TURNED OFF ELD AND STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE. STOLE AROUND $5,000 FROM THE FUEL CARD. WE REGRET EVER HIRING THIS PERSON. HIS CDL SHOULD BE SUSPENDED, PERMANENTLY. HE SHOULD NEVER BE HIRED BY ANY CARRIER.

Abandoned the units. Hasn't been communicating or providing any updates for more than 5 days. Unethical and unprofessional behaviour. Unathorized deadhead to the house.
