DO NOT HIRE ! Driver worked in our company for about 3 months. Was always late without any notification, lied about everything and tried to blaming everything else except him. Was refusing loads, taking days off while holding our equipment and always asking to help him with cash advances. Driver done multiple damages to the equipment. At the end driver was demanding company to pay for his bills. Since we didn't issue him advances, because driver was in negative balance because of staying more days at home then working and causing multiple damages to our equipment, driver drop a truck with a load and abandon it. This caused company losing a valuable broker and big financial losses, wile recovering load and damaged equipment. All in all driver is definitely is not trustworthy and we would not recommend him to any other company !

Abandoned the truck after the first load, from Chicago to Houston. No words anymore

This "driver" seems very professional over the phone, but when he got his travel ticket he took the free ride with his wife and never called or answered. Then we got a verification saying they found drugs in the truck. We got another verification saying that he uses the truck as a motel to prostitute his wife out and always finds excuses not to drive. He just drives from 1 truck stop to the next. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This driver wanted to work with us, We had everything ready. He assured me he was ready to come to our company for orientation. I bought him the flight. The morning of Orientation, he texted me saying he did not get on the plane. This man sure knows how to waste your time and money. Be careful, this was my experience with him.

Jorge joined our team (at least we thought so), got his orientation and the truck, then decided that this is not for him and left the truck on a truck stop half way to his first pickup.

Please don`t waste your time wit this driver. We went trough the whole process of hiring him and when he was supposed to show up he never did or called. He had our numbers blocked. When we called him from a different number that he didn`t know he answered and when he realized that it was us he hung up. Save your time and money and move to the next guy.

Don't trust this driver. He said that he is interested and agrees on everything that you will say to him. He wanted to start with us a few times and every time he has a family emergency. At the end we asked him are you 100% sure that you are ready for this week and he said yes. We booked the ticket and 10 minutes later he came up again with the family emergency thing. Very unserious and unprofessional behavior.

Driver theft truck kept vehicle hostage at first. After that, he abandons the truck without noticing the company.

Didnt know how to secure load, make a damage to the load of 15000$, he is not reliable

This driver does not know how to operate a truck. On his very first load he jacknifed and the truck was totaled. His communication skills are close to none. All in all, this driver is a waste of time and money, he should turn in his CDL. I will attach a couple of photos of the accident.

This guy has comprehension issues. Went through orientation, seemed good. Delivered one load, started immediately demanding payment for it. Does not understand the concept of company rules, constantly creating demands. Will nitpick anything he can find. Worked for 1 day. Took a chance on him with the SAP program. Never again. Do not hire.

Be AWARE!!! This guy has a big problems with alcohol!!! Per 12 days of his hire he drove 400 miles only. His explanation: he is sick. We made an investigation why he do not move- the Truck stop store cashier confirmed us, that he bought a six pack of the bear. Terminated.

Driver rolled with our company for several months, was frequently late to his deliveries, disapeared for days, later on started talking about some kind of "voices". At one point decided to leave the company while on a load, refused to deliver the load and just abandoned the equipment, once we got it back found out it was damaged. Overall would consider the risks before hiring the guy.

The driver lives in his own world. He doesn't want to go to take a random drug test for free, because this is his working hours and he doesn't want a waste his time. The logbook does not fill in, constantly violations, and when I fined him, he calls non-stop and demands money and promises not to violate it again, as soon as you return the money, all over again. This is a complete headache, not the driver, he does not care about anything but money.
