If I could give this broker -100 stars I would. BE AWARE (NEVER work with this company). This entire company needs to be shut down and this broker Nathan should honestly be in jail. They don’t pay for shipments, love false allegations, and are doing some seriously sketchy stuff here. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Extremely unethical. FRAUDULENT OPERATIONS.

We booked load and after waiting 3 hours at shipper in Sparks NV they cancelled load and refused to pay TONU!When I call their office same Serbian guy answers all phones pretending he is just a simple worker and his boss is in Europe for vacation!With his broken Serbian English accent threatens to give us freight guard report!Keeping in touch with some companies who had been their victim before I understood they also do double brokerage

I will avoid this broker, I had a load booked wirh Mark, friday delivery check in at 7am and was told they don’t need anymore the load, broker asked to wait and at the end they unloaded at 2pm, I lost my next load, and had nothing else at that time afternoon

Do not work with Nicole ! Rate deducted $750 after month and a half! Missed pickup, rescheduled appts, tracking, late on POD's Presented facts and evidence that suggests otherwise but she doesn't want to listen - if there is somebody profesional and higher in the hierarchy than Nicole, please reach out so we can discuss - STEALING MONEY IS A FELONY !

Canceled few hours before orientation , flight ticket wasted

He will get the job done, with us didn't work well, in 2 weeks few OOS and speeding... I believe he had some family issue , wasn't full concentrated ....

Worked with us for 48 days, everything was fine in the beginning but driver had a lot of negative balance due to constantly blowing tires, hitting sidewalks, potholes and god knows what else. Had 6 blow outs within that time. Last two weeks were negative cause he was refusing loads, accepting them but then changing his mind and not showing up. Week before last one his balance as -1.3k but we still gave him $400 to pay some bills, the week after that his balance was -$3k he said he is not going to drive no more and required us to rent him a car from SLC and give him $600, we did not comply so he parked trailer in a no parking spot for it to get towed and then drove truck till empty to ID and left it there

He disappeared after orientation. Very unprofessional and unreliable driver. We just spent time and money on him.

Went through all the hiring process and disappeared before orientation. Wasted company resources. Do not waste your time - unreliable.

A driver who only caused us damage and problems. He left our trailer loaded where it was being towed. he didn't return our equipment, he blocked us on the phone. Avoid this driver

This driver did not answer our calls. He abandoned our truck and trailer. Do not hire this driver.

Don’t even bother, reviews are true, he is just a waste of your time and money. I gave him a chance also but he never showed up. Making some excuses, Kept canceling his flight, unprofessional and avoidable at any cost. I can just imagine how much excuses he would give me not to go on the road when he gets his home time. And his arrival and start was planned by him, at his own terms and timeframe.

This driver is a terrorist. He worked for me for a week and caused huge issues.Do not hire him

He also went through SAP program for a failed drug test and we needed to do a return to duty. He came in with his team driver . After doing 2 loads for us drove back empty to the yard and left the truck in the yard. We lost money with him coming back empty with no explanation. Will not hire again.
