  1. Driver would always miss delivery appointments and would always find excuse not to drive. Barely made 400 miles a day. Ended up abandoning the truck in transit on a load without giving any notice.
  2. Do not hire this driver , he is jumping from company to company , asking for cash advance , looking for sign in bonuses , in the 5 weeks working for us most of the time he was requesting to be at home , while he was working for us we receive phone calls from few companies where he apply for job , .....
  3. Driver was home in TX, said he is quitting and abandoned truck in TX. Refused to bring it back, quit with no notice while was on home time.
  4. Getting tickets or violations pretty much weekly. Avoid at any cost. This guy is crazy. No road rules, no speed limits, no traffic signals, he is a king of the road. Insurance refused to renew with him as well. I will save you $20 on MVR, 4 speeding tickets, 3 other moving violations, 1 accident.
  5. driver quit the company without 2 weeks notice
  6. This driver has put holes in our trailer roofs and didn't even report it. Left his trailer unlocked and had a cargo theft claim filed on him. He also doesn't operate legally under the HOS, and argues with you when you ask him to comply. He doesn't submit maintenance records and as soon as he didn't get his way he cried racism. The driver caused thousands of dollars in loss due to cargo claims, damaged equipment and late fees. Steer clear of this one.
  7. She called us for a job, we told her that she is approved and did not showed up for orientation, not answering text messages and phone calls. Keep in mind she has some huge dog with her that she is planning on driving with
  8. Be aware and do not hire this driver!!!!!! He is scammer and use companies for travel!!!! He worked already in every Chicago company and stayed maximum 2 weeks...
  9. Be careful – very weird driver, shuffler, scamer!!! He was very nice and thankful for the opportunity from the beginning. After he get paid, he stopped for the few days at the truck stop and did not deliver the load for no reason. Started complaining and asking for a cash advances everyday, fraudulently demanded $500 cash advance. This guy is waste of time!
  10. This guy is grumpy and saucy, he think he is good driver, unfortunately he is not that good at back up on docks, truck stop parkings and in all places where there is not too much space to pull out the truck for easy backing. He need way more experience and to come down his temper.
  11. Was very interested in the job then stopped answering calls and text messages. Don't want to imagine what would have happened if hired him.
  12. He did not go for drug test twice, wanted paid hotel and transportation.
  13. BEST DRIVER IN THE UNIVERSE ,HIRE HER ASAP/WILL MAKE A LOT OF $$ TO THE COMPANY ,CAB DRIVE 800mi A DAY.IF THERE'S A DRIVER COMPETITION ,SHE WILL WIN !!!
  14. I guess that's how to get a job with a fresh CDL
  15. SCAMMER big time. Dishonest, will steal, ABSOLUTELY do NOT hire this man. He will pretend to be nice and will show himself as hard working, but do not trust him under any circumstances!!
  16. Mr. Chapa picked up the first load in Chicago area with 4 deliveries. As soon as he picked up the load he turned the phone off. We followed him on gps and only called if he needed something. We had to check with the receivers if he made a delivery... He was on this load for 6 days because of being late at every stop. He ended up returning the load to IL. Got report from other two companies that he abandoned their equipment. It was already late... Be aware of this guy!
  17. Very annoying and complicated dude to work with. Always complaining about everything .
  18. TRAILER TOTAL LOSS. DAMAGES TO THE TRUCK. DROVE EMPTY TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT REFUSE TO LOAD. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE. ALWAYS RIGHT.
  19. NOT WORTH THE TIME - during the interview process the perspective driver asked about the drug test; was it done with hair follicle, blood or urine. We asked why she wanted to know and she said she was COMPLETELY BALD and would not be able to do a hair follicle test......DRUG TEST WAS COMPLETED. When it came time to bring her into the office; again she had issues, now she had to take her dog to the vets to get shots, Vets was closed so she would have to take the dog to the vets the next day. Finally told her if she wasn't coming by the next day we would have to move forward. She then said she would drive to our location; once she arrived she had a BIG attitude, read a few lines of our agreement and told us; SHE HAS BEEN LIED TO, HER MONEY STOLEN, SHE HAS BEEN HARASSED. I asked her what she meant and what did she not agree too and she could not advise. So she walked out of the office.......AS A COMPANY WE PUT TIME INTO THE INTERVIEW, ANSWERED ALL HER QUESTIONS, SENT HER FOR DRUG TEST, RAN HER MVR & PSP reports that all cost money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR COMPANY MONEY........we must ask ourselves as employers: what kind of driver was she if she felt she was ripped off by companies, her money stolen and she was harassed.......We feel we dodged a bullet with this one......BE WARNED.
  20. This is a total scam artist. Did 2 accidents in a period of 6 months. The last one involved a low bridge and reefer damages of ($5000). Upon a charge for this he posted s bad review on the company. The final lie was that his mother has problems and he needs to go asap to see her. (this was a story to go to another company and cash final check).
  21. Not worth hiring. He takes long home-time breaks; always late to pickups and deliveries; has clearinghouse issues, not compliant with HOS rules. He just does his own thing.
  22. Not good, just simple troublemaker. Not care about ELD, not care about equipment, not doing PTI right way,. Abondoment,-just drop loaded truck with trailer in LA state. Not respond to calls, left a dirty truck, all BOL was gone.Never ever again job for him

  24. This person rented a trailer from us. He left our trailer in another state. He left the trailer with a load inside. He called us one day saying that our trailer was dumped and that we needed to go get it. We had to pay another company to get our trailer and pay so we can dump the load.
  25. Always running late, no communication. be aware
