  1. Abandoned loaded truck with trailer. His excuses was that he was late for his flight. Do not hire!
  2. This guy is a joke. He didn't get his answer yet from the owner if he was approved or not, and then called me all the names in the book. He has 2 violations on his MVR and he was looking for a job with several companies he has a very cocky attitude. Dont waist your time on this guy..
  3. For leaving no reason given.
  4. Gives false information on previous employment. The employer Capitol Trucking, Inc wrote he was never employed.
  5. Watch out for this guy, he took a freight on the first day and stopped answering the phones. He only was texting. I believe this is the way he is collecting money from carriers that want to fire him the next day. He says you need to give him a 2-week notice to let him go, and if you don't have a clause in the contract that you can terminate him at any time for no given reason, then he would screw you. He wasn't able to give me his recent employment history just said he was relaxing for about 6 months.
  6. Took 10 brand new tires with rims from the new truck/trailer....replace them with some crap from junkyard, quit and return the equipment thinking nobody will notice. Police involved. Suing for theft. This guy should never drive again!
  7. Abandoned equipment in Dallas, TX after "his home time". Took cash advances all the time, not the most motivated driver.
  8. Took our truck and trailer to unknown location, disconnected gps and ELD and held truck hostage. Lived there for days. While worked for us was constantly late, lived in the truck. Very rude at dispatcher, cursed, moody.
  9. ABANDONED TRUCK RECOVERY FEE COSTED 3000$
  10. Left the truck in a middle of nowhere, unlocked and unsecured together with the load. Very unreliable and rude.
  11. The driver is a liar. At first he was acting nicely and was very responsive saying he is ready to start asap. He completed a drug test with us and we booked him a flight ticket to IL .Once he arrived he disappeared without explanation. Strongly do not recommend!
  12. Runs good but very picky driver. Earns $3000 every week and asks cash advances every week. Returned equipment with damages for more than a $5000 and gone. Stay away from him.
  13. Doesn't know how to do paperlogs, No ELD. Reliability is poor. After couple weeks of driving, lots of excuses for almost 3 weeks hometime. When came back, left after getting loaded.
  14. She didn't want to driver because phone apps for macro point she needed to install were stealing her private data?! She abandoned the truck and destroyed and stole everything that could be stolen. After 1st load Stay away. Far, far away.
  15. Not reliable. Big liar . Late for p/u and DEL . He is with passenger but won`t tell you that . AVOID !!!
  16. Left the company owing $7000. He keeps saying he is from New York, so he is loyal but he is far from loyal. Does whatever he wants on his logs, and when he gets confronted about it, he leaves everything. He begged for us to help pay for his truck repairs and then left.
  17. might have "experience", but is a rude and hard to deal with guy. overly-entitled, requests everything, demands more money, always wants cash advance, and is every company and dispatcher's worst nightmare... abandoned truck at a delivery
  18. Driver went ballistic after learning he would have to wait 6 hours between drop off and pickup. Refused to do the load and demanded a new one "RIGHT AWAY" found him a load paying half of the original load... he then drove over his hours without logging into the ELD and tried to hold the load hostage in Dallas until he was paid. We delivered the load our self and paid him. Worked for us for 2 weeks and was a pain the entire time but nothing like that last load..
  19. We paid him $200 via Zelle just to make him happy when I explained to him if he tested on the road like we asked we would have had results in sooner. Our MRO passed away the Friday before he came to the office, and I told him that they are sending the samples to a secondary lab. They were backed up with our samples as well as their own. So normally we do not give drivers money while waiting for results, but we did to show him good faith in our company. We paid for his hotel stay ($350), Uber ($100), and flight home($320) and back($340) as well as the $200 cash to his account via Zelle. That is a total of $1310 and he hasn't even started with us.
  20. waste of time! Booked flight for him even woke up early to get him to the airport only for him to say "he is going to the ER because he has trouble breathing." Do not waste your time like we did.
  21. He abandoned the truck in NY, no notice no nothing. Almost broke the truck transmission
  22. He refused to deliver the load instead of that, he headed to the yard with load. He decided to steal the truck in meantime. He threatened to me and my employees.
  23. Got all his information he kept in contact the whole entire time up until his drug test. He was supposed to go take his drug test and he never showed up and never responded back to my texts or calls. Don't waist your time on him
  24. Paid the air flight tiket, lunch and hotel room. Arranged all the equipment on his trailer, gave him a nice truck and brand new trailer. The next morning did not answered the phone calls. This guy is irresponsible and a waste of time. Please be careful hd is looking for a job!!!
  25. Driver applied and gave us a call. He seems nice on the call but already lied to us before even coming to orientation. When asked if he had and violations, accidents, suspensions, etc he responded by saying he has clean records but on his MVR he has a Failure to Appear in Court 03/11/21 and License was suspended from 05/21/2021 to 07/26/2021. I would personally avoid this driver. Hire at your own risk!
