Waste of time! Bought him the ticket, spent 2 days in hotel, refused to go through orientation....left the hotel. Waste of time and money, stay away!!!

Went home with a loaded trailer for an emergency. Load needed to be delivered, he kept saying he'll do it tomorrow for 4 days straight. Abandoned truck with loaded trailer!

Driver reached out to me from the add and told me he has tested positive for marihuana and has completed SAP. I told him I will give him a chance and work around his drug testing schedule to make this work. I bought him a flight plus luggage, got him to IL from TX, ordered him Uber. Came in, filled out all the documents, and asked for a load to Dallas, TX since he had to pickup his stuff (even though I bought him extra luggage to bring his necessary items). Once he got loaded he started calling me that the truck is not working properly, asking to stop to protect the engine. I checked the faults on the computer and it needed some coolant. He refused to add it, saying it has up to max (a lie). Told me I have to make appt at the dealership, which I did just to accommodate him. Once he had the appt set, told me he added coolant and now he does not need to go to the dealership. Once he got home (delivered the load, thanks God), started calling me saying that I need to get him a parking spot by his house and pay for it, since its inconvenient for him to park the truck at the truck stop. He kept arguing with me and ordering me around, I then told him I will find a load back to IL so he can bring the truck back and go separate ways. He then told me he will not go back and will leave the truck in TX (even though I offered to pay for his flight home). He also told me he will not give me my truck back unless I text him and email him stating that he "Did not abandon my equipment". I did that just to make sure he does not do anything to my truck and trailer. We later called the cops to come get our keys and lock up the truck. And at the end of all of this he has the nerve to text me demanding me to pay for that one load he did. I had to pay another driver to fly to TX to recover the truck and other expenses associated with this. Not even to say about the time this truck was sitting abandoned. Please be aware of this guy, do not waste your time on him, unless you want him to run your company and you want to be ordered around all the time.

The guy didn't complete the recruitment process, because he is racist and misanthropic person, asking our company's employees for their religion, race and heritage.

We found empty bottle of whiskey in the truck and some white powder in a small bag and few syringes . Driver was immediately terminated .

Absolute freak. Wouldn't even let you talk. Just screaming and foaming all the time. Mostly on how smart and experienced he is (not even 2 years of experience by the way) and how everyone else are pieces of shit. The truth is, he's just stupid and don't understand what he is talking about, poor bastard.

ABANDONED TRUCK AND TRAILER. Took cash advance during home time, tried to steal fuel. Stole Invertor, truck batteries, truck tools and tablet. Left truck full of garbage. When was sent 1099 has cursed owner of the truck with rubbish words for nothing. Still owes a lot of money to owner of truck.

On 10/14/21 called L. Gunn multiple times and there was no answer. Upon arrival Police a truck and trailer was with a hole in the front windshield. Driver left from truck. On passenger side was slept random unauthorized man.

Constantly throwing a fit if she had to wait to be unloaded and loaded. Disrespectful to dispatch, Safety and shop. Picked up a load and was suppose to deliver in Dallas Tx and she got mad and took the load to Florida. We had to rescue the truck , trailer and load. Difficult driver to work with.

he likes to ignore instructions careless driving and does not care about equipment. had several calls and videos with him driving over two lanes.

She didn't want to return the truck, we called the police twice. She left a dirty truck full of garbage. She blackmailed for money, she blackmailed for a truck. You don't want a driver like this in the company.

Bought a flight ticket 1 week before the flight. Paid $385 for it. Last for days before flight no answer to the phone calls just " I will call you back" to my last text 4hrs before the flight " Are you going to make it to the flight on time" He replied after 3hrs " Sorry can't make it" with no explanation. Be aware. It happened on 12/14/2021 and he had reissued his CDL drive license for a month.

From New York went empty to North Carolina and then stopped answering our calls. We need to recover our truck now.

Never made into a truck, has a trouble with telling the truth, even basic questions. Do not waste your time on him.

Abandonded truck and trailer under dispatch on the other side of the country. Not answering phone calls. Always has an excuse for everything. Clearly lies and is lazy.

Do not trust this driver. He blocked our company phone to avoid calls from dispatchers and He drop the truck by his hometown, messaged us 2 days after he started to drive for another company. We collected the truck 3 days after. He then called us saying he forgot his full bag of jewelry in the truck and demanded money. We do series of video interviews before hiring any driver. He never showed any signs of bad attitude. Please stay away from this driver.

He stop for oil change, I gave him Comdata check took the money and disappear. Driver abandoned our truck and disappear. Stay away.

This driver did a drug test that company paid for, dragged out the time and then just told me he has better offer and he is not coming. Waist of time and money. Did not hire. Previous employer disclosed that he is a heavy drinker. Be aware!!!

Looking for a position again! He is back in the market!

Driver would never leave the house when hometime was over, constantly late for loads, when decided he was going to quit took truck from house in LA to TX to get to next company and abandoned it in TX. We are located in NC.

Driver was working for our company and then one day just up and quit leaving the truck at a Lowes store parking lot. We towed the truck to the dealership where they had to replace the batteries on the truck because it seemed that while the truck was left he had them replaced with completely dead batteries. I would not hire him ever again do to the fact that he is unprofessional. He yells and uses profanity.

ABONDONED TRUCK!! Driver was picking up and delivering two loads for two weeks immediately when he started. He was lying about someone dying in his family went home for days and did not wanted to unload the load and the and he abounded the truck!!! Terrible driver! Do not hire this guy

driver applied to drive with us, we provided transportation to Chicago and accommodation whilst on safety training and orientation. Driver was hired and started driving. Worked 2 weeks and asked for some home time. After getting home told us that OTR is not really for him and that he would like to return our equipment. We agreed and found him load coming back to Chicago. Driver failed to show up for pickup and stop answering his phone. Abandoned equipment - PUT SIMPLY BAD HIRE!

David Edwards at first is very polite in orientation. Maybe after a month of working with us we started to have problems with him. Always arguing with shippers and receivers, always he is right and everyone is wrong. A few times got kicked out from companies we tried to pick up. Also got kicked out of Love's tire shop for being rude to the mechanics and blocking the bay with the truck. On top of that, one company is suing him for hitting one of theirs employees. After that incident we fired him.
