The driver is shopping around big time and not serrious about commiting. He asks for motel, uber and food, drags 2 days, and then won't start, because he has to rethink about the position where indeed he is going for orientations with another company. Don't invest in this driver.

Filled out an application and took a pre-employment drug test with our Medstop credit. Promised he'd start after two weeks. Then he kept asking for more time, and eventually stopped answering altogether. If you're thinking about hiring this guy don't waste your time because he will only waste yours. Drivers who are not serious can only cause problems on the road.

Alex did a decent job, drive performance wise. A very safe and secure driver hauling our 53 foot trailer. Sadly he missed a lot of the appointment times and mismanaged his time causing further delays. The truck however was well maintained and cared for during his time of employment. Unfortunately, home time was an issue for him. We provided him with home time every other week as agreed upon and expected him to be ready to work at 8am on Monday morning. But every weekend after his home time when it was time to get back to work Monday morning, he had an excuse as to why he couldn't arrive early. He insisted on afternoon pickups because Sunday nights he liked to have fun. We accommodated once or twice but reliability is imperative. The average man enjoys their weekend and is up working at 8-9am on Monday. We expect our drivers to be reliable and responsible and ready to work just the same and for those reasons we had to end the employment with Alex. We were cautious to initially hire him because of his short stints with other employers but decided to provide him an opportunity. Unfortunately it didn't work out for us either and after a couple months it was over. Decent man, prior service Air Force, just not a good fit for us. He did return the truck and everything was in great working order, with nothing stolen. He admitted to being tired of being on the road and that's understandable...we gave him sufficient time off during the work week and sufficient home time. Apparently he wanted to dictate his schedule on his terms and that didn't work for us. If you want to roll the dice, be cautious.

I would give him -5 starts if I could. The driver is absolutely full of sh*t. Acts out like this amazing hard working person who is willing to work hard and says he would be a great addition to the team. Once it comes to orientation, gives me the weirdest excuse of how his car with his belongings got stolen by his wife and then asks to re-book a flight for orientation. I went ahead and bought him another flight ticket, he said multiple times he will be able to fly out for orientation and guess what - same exact excuse again, apparently his car went missing with his wife and he still doesn't know where it is, so he can't get his belongins. What a load of bs. Please don't deal with this driver and don't believe his stories and how great he is. Also, lied on his application, when I checked the DAC it was a completely different story.

It was a very horrible driver, at the end he stole the truck and pissed and shitted in it. Stole tablet, mudflaps, and deer guard.

Beware. Guy must be on drugs. Hard to understand what is he talking. Inadequate actions. Took truck and got load out trailer. Dispatcher sent load info but he switched the phone off till next morning. Then started to driver towards trailer drop lot ignoring dispatch and his calls/messages. When asked to bring truck back to Chicago agreed but instead of doing it still drove home and abandoned truck in some parking lot. Hire at Your own responsibility!

This guy is something else. He goes to different trucking companies in Chicago. and pretends that he wants to drive. Asks for money, lies, steals and etc. Make sure you don't hire.

He was leasing a truck from us, after 2 months he drop the truck in FL and dissapear, trailer abandoned somewhere in Indiana, avoid him!!!

Came first day, stole our gps and never showed up again! Be careful!!!

Dumped truck in Akron, OH! While working always late and motivating he is sick. Very unreliable driver.

Driver didnt passed drugtest (CHECK CLEARING HOUSE BEFORE HIRING)

This guy has mental problems, he abounded 2 times loaded truck , he can call you in middle of night tom ask you where he is, because he doesn't know he is ..., stay away from him, no cash advance or paycheck to him, soonest he will get th money he will leave the truck... be carefull.

Avoid this person at all costs. Late on every single load, non responsive to dispatcher or any other calls. Went to GA and used the truck for personal needs and abandoned it.

Mark picked up our equipment on Friday, did orientation and left with load. On Monday he abandoned all equipment in Kansas City, KS and wrote short text message that he changed his mind. Be aware.

Dropped equipment near our yard without 2 weeks notice with loaded trailer. Couldn't recover the load, not responsible, was lying to dispatch he is not leaving. Worked couple days only.

This guy needs to be listed as a sex offender. He tried to hook up with almost every girl in our office a while ago. Very mean and rude guy.
