nyd September 5, 2024 Share September 5, 2024 We have a three-strike rule. After three violations, we sit down with the driver to review their performance. If it continues, we terminate. velnex September 5, 2024 Share September 5, 2024 We do something similar, but it’s based on the severity of the violations. Major violations, like DUIs, are automatic grounds for dismissal.
