Beware of 7 Star Brokerage! Their use of Freight Guard reports is downright punitive and utterly unreasonable. They disqualify carriers for the slightest issues, no matter how minor or outdated, without any investigation or dialogue. This draconian approach led to severe delays and left us scrambling for options. Their communication is abysmal-unresponsive, inaccurate, and dismissive. When we raised concerns, they were completely uncooperative. Their rigid, unfair, and unprofessional handling of carriers is a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs if you value efficiency and fairness!
