    JUNIOR PROPHETE

This driver demonstrated a serious lack of responsibility. After completing his route, he abandoned the truck and went home without notifying anyone or following proper return procedures. Such conduct jeopardizes company assets, disrupts operations, and reflects poor professionalism. I strongly advise against hiring or contracting this driver again.
  3. The driver acted completely irresponsibly. After finishing the trip, instead of completing the required hand-off procedures, he simply went home and left the truck unattended. This behavior puts company property and operations at serious risk and shows a total lack of respect for the team and workplace discipline. Such conduct is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend working with this driver in the future.
  4. Throughout employment the driver frequently complained about various issues, which disrupted smooth route planning. Despite efforts to address concerns, the collaboration did not work out and has been terminated
  5. During the trial period the driver repeatedly raised unfounded complaints about routes and work conditions, failed to follow procedures, and showed no improvement despite support. We consider him unfit for this role
  6. The driver took new truck, picked up a load, collected a cash advance, and then abandoned the truck at a truck stop. Very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.

    FRANTZ BLAISE

This driver frequently went home and could not stay on the road for long periods due to constant personal issues at home. Because of this, he was unreliable and unable to keep consistent work.
  8. This driver constantly argued and created unnecessary problems instead of focusing on the job. He showed little interest in actual work responsibilities and was more concerned with excuses and complaints. Unfortunately, his attitude and behavior made cooperation impossible.

    A C COATS IV

The driver returned home and held the truck longer than agreed, keeping it for several days. After being contacted, he claimed that he could not find the truck anymore. This caused unnecessary delays and showed a lack of responsibility and reliability. Not recommended for future cooperation.

    SHANE CARABAJAL

Shane Carabajal is an extremely unreliable driver who constantly makes threats to damage or set fire to the truck. His behavior is aggressive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Keeping him in your fleet poses a serious risk to your equipment, your company’s safety, and your clients. Do not hire or work with this individual under any circumstances.
  11. DUI
  12. Stay away from this driver. He handled only 3 loads and already caused 2 major damages. Our company suffered significant financial losses. Completely irresponsible – not worth the risk.
