The driver took new truck, picked up a load, collected a cash advance, and then abandoned the truck at a truck stop. Very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.

This driver frequently went home and could not stay on the road for long periods due to constant personal issues at home. Because of this, he was unreliable and unable to keep consistent work.

This driver constantly argued and created unnecessary problems instead of focusing on the job. He showed little interest in actual work responsibilities and was more concerned with excuses and complaints. Unfortunately, his attitude and behavior made cooperation impossible.

Shane Carabajal is an extremely unreliable driver who constantly makes threats to damage or set fire to the truck. His behavior is aggressive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Keeping him in your fleet poses a serious risk to your equipment, your company’s safety, and your clients. Do not hire or work with this individual under any circumstances.

This driver is highly unprofessional and dishonest. After receiving a cash advance, he returned home with the truck and failed to continue working. Instead, he began making up false stories and excuses while holding the company equipment for over a week without any valid reason. As a result, our company suffered significant financial losses and operational delays. We strongly advise NOT TO HIRE this individual. Completely unreliable, manipulative, and irresponsible. His actions showed a total lack of integrity and accountability. This driver is a serious liability to any business.

We had a very negative experience with this driver. After returning home, he began creating stories and continuously delaying his return to work. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate, he never actually resumed driving the truck. In the end, he abandoned the vehicle and did not return it to the yard, which resulted in significant expenses for our company. We strongly advise other carriers and brokers to be cautious when considering working with this individual.

This driver abandoned a loaded trailer with freight and disappeared without any notice. By the time we located the trailer, the cargo had been stolen. As a result, we are now facing a claim from the broker and have been placed on their Do Not Use (DNU) list. This driver's actions caused severe financial and reputational damage to our company. We strongly warn others: do not hire this driver – he is completely irresponsible and a major risk to your business.
