It’s probably the brokers slacking off. The ones making good money have gotten too comfortable, and those barely scraping by are too demotivated to care. Eventually, the market will shift back in favor of carriers, and no one will care about RMIS or all this highway nonsense.

Hi everyone, I’m in a weird situation and hoping someone can help. I’m a carrier who mainly hauls construction materials locally with an in-house operation. I’ve never booked or run a brokered load, but I keep an eye on the boards. RTS just shut off my load board access, saying I have an F rating in Carrier Assure. I don’t get it—how can I have an F rating when I’ve never pulled a brokered load or had any claims? Is this some kind of algorithm that penalizes small, single-truck carriers?
