    STEVEN BURNETTE

Pick up truck from yard, got loaded drove straight home, then asked $500 cash adv for tow because said stuck. Finally left loaded truck at truck stop
  2. Very unprofessional behavior. The driver took the truck and then abandoned it at a truck stop without any prior notice or coordination. This caused serious operational issues and unnecessary stress for the company. No responsibility, no communication, and no respect for the equipment or the business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in professional trucking and creates financial and logistical losses. Would not recommend working with this driver.
  3. Stole all tires from truck and left dropped
  4. This driver went home after receiving his paycheck, then illegally took control of the truck without authorization. He is now demanding $5,000 and threatening to move the truck to a private yard and refuse to return it unless he gets paid. This is vehicle theft and extortion, and we have already reported the case to the DOT and FMCSA for further investigation. Warning to any company considering hiring this driver — extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior.
  5. Warning to all carriers and dispatchers: This driver dropped the truck with an active load and disappeared without any communication. He left the equipment and freight unattended, ignored all calls and messages. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and dangerous for your business — you could easily lose your customer or face serious claims. Avoid at all costs – not reliable, not responsible, not trustworthy.
  6. This driver has a terrible record — he dropped the truck and disappeared without any notice. Completely unreliable and unprofessional — do not hire.

  8. This driver has a very bad record — he took the truck hostage and kept driving with company equipment without permission. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior.
  9. It boils down to offering a premium level of care. White glove service usually means handling shipments with extra attention to detail, often involving specialized equipment or additional services like unpacking and setup. As for expedited, it’s about speed getting the shipment delivered quickly and directly without unnecessary stops or delays.
  10. Did you guys notice that DAT One will be the only option starting December 13th? I’m really not happy about this. I tried it when they released it in test mode earlier, and it was a disaster. Clunky, inefficient, and way slower than DAT Power. I don’t understand why they’re forcing this change on us.
